Solid thanksgiving buffet!

We were seated right away but not in the main dining room. We were seated in the banquet room. I was a bit disappointed at first, but not for long. The service was stellar, the food superb, and our overall experience was spectacular! Definitely going next year!

Food was great and plenty of it. Musicians went around to different tables and played. Service was great and friendly.

Dinner was absolutely delicious!! Jesus (our server) is amazing. He told us that wine and appetizers were complimentary on Wednesday evenings. He also gave us comp chocolate chip cookies after dinner. We will be back soon. Thank you, Jesus!

Really delicious dinner. We enjoy going to 37 north from time to time. Food was delicious and service was outstanding. We even had a lovely jazz band playing in the background. Nice dinner. We will be back.

Me and my GF went to 37 North to celebrate our last night in san Fran from our Yosemite Trip. The waiter was awesome and very polite. The restaurant had jazz live music FTW. My chicken sandwich was great but got a little messy while eating no big deal. Will definitely go again.

This restaurant seems like it's back on track serving good food and free Jazz! Worth a visit...

After reading reviews, I was expecting better. Pretty much an average hotel restaurant.

Jesus was wonderful. He treated us like royalty. This restaurant validates parking, so enjoy your meal in a leisurely fashion.

We decided to eat at 37 North based on reviews and were not disappointed. My friend had the seafood pasta and said it was very fresh. I had fish and chips. Excellent!

We are locals and went to enjoy air conditioning and use and OT reward on a 100+ degree day. The food was surprisingly good. The service was slow, which fit our needs, but other people were looking anxious. The room is louder, sharing space with the bar, TV lounge, and reception.

The front desk gave us a hotel key card to open the parking gate before we left.

37 North hosted our party of 10 that included two babies and they made us feel completely at home even though we were a little scattered at times. Our server Michael was the best!!! The food was great, from the steak tacos to the impossible burger. Everyone enjoyed their apps and meals.

This place is a hidden gem just because is a restaurant hotel, great menu and bar. Amazing rotating menu and great customer service.

The food was good and there was a great variety but the hot food was only lukewarm to cold although they had chafing dishes. The service was great. Also, there was only three of us and they charged an 18% tip plus two additional service charges. It would've been nice to know this upfront. Even if it was in small print on the advertisement.

Food was cold, the room we were seated in was a bit dark, and the dessert selection was small. Crepe bar was a plus, but long line to wait in. Would have liked more selection overall for the price.

This is the second time we took my mother inlaw to brunch here for Mothers Day. She absolutely loves it. We've now decided to make this a tradition. The live music and great food is perfect for us.

Came here for the Mother's Day buffet brunch, quality has definitely gone downhill compared to previous years. The selection on meat was way less than before. There wasn't a carving station. Seafood selection was decent (crab claws, prawns, oysters, etc). The omelette station was the busiest. Desserts were unappetizing! Desserts looked more like what you can buy from Safeway; extremely sugary, lack of appearance, full of food coloring. Overall, our party was disappointed. The live music was the only highlight of the dining experience.

Thank you for helping us celebrate our son's birthday and Mother's Day! It was wonderful, and our server was especially attentive and kind. 😊

What I like most about this restaurant is the free Jazz, service, food, and price

Roast chicken was delicious and service by Jayson at the bar was stellar! Roberto in the dining room is a real professional who obviously takes pride in his role and noticed he was incredibly customer centric in ensuring I had a great dining experience and noticed he was doing same for his other guests! Good man this Roberto!

This was a very pleasant surprise for a hote restaurant! Jesus was our server and he was personable, professional and very efficient. We enjoyed the food very much. I had the ribeye and my husband had the crunch burger. I would recommend this as a great place to stop if you are in between flights and have some time.

Great place to chill and watch sports TV or enjoy a delightful Jazz band during the dinner hour. We had a wonderful meal w/ dessert. Every item in the menu is five star. The host and our server, Jesus, were very accommodating. Love coming here.

Ate here on Sun 15Apr. Excellent service! Felt very welcomed the moment I stepped into the restaurant. I was allowed to choose any table to sit comfortably as restaurant was not packed. Water came quickly and orders were taken swiftly. I ordered the butternut squash soup, the grilled pork chop with Moroccan spice which I asked the sauce to be separate as I love my food as is and a cup of tea. Food were yummy though the pork chop came with charcoal grill marks, I managed to cut them out. Overall excellent environment. Free Hilton wifi too. Oh, if u are driving, dining guests park for free - don’t be like me, park at the public car park outside and walked in in the cold. Love it. Will return.

Food was completely underwhelming. Brussel chips where full of air and not a lot of actual food. My steak sandwich tasted like the meat had been steamed instead of cooked properly. The french fries were mediocre at best.
