Food wasn’t great fish tacos were bad
Steak was too salty
Not a very extensive wine list, limited choices. Calamari app was good but fish tacos were a bit bland & steak was just ok. Boston cream pie was very cold, almost frozen & lacking taste.
Excellent food, service and ambiance. No need to leave the Hyatt when the hotel has such a good restaurant. I look forward to their pre-pandemic menu, which featured a particularly good fish and chips option.

Terrible wine! Food tastes horrible! Went with 2 of my friends and we all agreed it was a terrible experience in food and wine! (We all had different wine and food and after tasting each of the foods we all agreed on the same thing! Do not go there. However it was affordable
Had a discount voucher for a three-course meal. Food was very good, as was the service. Menu almost too diverse, but understandable that the hotel is trying to please everyone. Ambiance a little lacking but overall a good experience. Definitely worth a try.
My wife and I always eat here prior to shows at the Opera House. The restaurant is not noisy, the service excellent, food excellent. All in all a nice experience.
Perfect place for a business luncheon. Food is always fantastic and service exceptional.
Our dining experience was fantastic. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Room temperature was too cold. Some people were wearing their outdoor coats to try to keep comfortable.

Food & service was very good. However the restaurant was not busy yet they sat a table of 8 which included 5 rather very unpleasant children right next to us.
Excellent service and menu options. Food can take a little while, but it's the right temperature to eat as soon as you get it. Very carefully and well made. Definitely recommend for a date night or special occasion!

The drink quality was mixed depending upon the drink ordered. There were 4 of us and two were happy, two not.
Same with the good quality. The menu was great but the execution uneven. Steak tips were tiny chunks of meat, I would rather have paid more for actual tips. The risotto good, but very garlicky. The cod and salmon were great and the chicken was very tasty.
Wait staff was inattentive and confused by my daughter's order of a simple burger and fries. Food was mediocre at best. I had a Caesar salad that consisted of a bowl of lettuce, five small slices of cold chicken, a few thick slices of parm, no croutons, and some goopy bottled dressing, and it set me back $20.00. The setting is uninspired, very "two star hotel restaurant" ambiance--you could be in any city anywhere. When dinner was over, the server brought me someone else's check. Overall, a lousy experience for a $60 + tip meal. I made the reservation due to proximity to the Boston Opera House. Won't make that mistake again.
Very nice meal, although service a bit slow. I thought the menu was interesting and fun. Convenient location as we were headed to the theater.

There sea a hair on my plate that the manager pointed out it was a red hair I have red hair but the hair was clearly black. Rude beyond rude. Even if it was red , who points that out? Did he think I pulled it out of my head and put it in the plate ? We had a show to get to why fool around with time constraints? Rude

This restaurant is a refreshing change from a few of the 5 star restaurants I frequent such as Davio’s Italian Steakhouse where the price is higher and the serving size is half the size of our experience here. This restaurant was a great value along with the 5 star quality experience.

We went for dinner before a show. The wait staff seemed very inexperienced and not very attentive, but were very friendly. We ordered the meatball appetizer that was way over cooked, one was inedible. I ordered the Honey Glazed Salmon and my daughter ordered the Steak and potatoes. The Salmon was good but the couscous was terrible and they forgot the spinach all together. My daughter's steak was cook perfectly but under seasoned and we believe the mashed potatoes were a combination of boxed and fresh. Overall the main meal was ok for a hotel restaurant but we will not be back. We had planned on returning after the show to have drinks and dessert at the bar but opted out and just went home because of our dinner experience.
The crab cakes were excellent and the scrod was the best I have had in years. I really liked the atmosphere as well.
Excellent dinner. Everything was very tasty and filling. We had the tuna and dumpling apps, the salmon and haddock mains and the molten chocolate and bread pudding desserts.
Excellent all around. Great waiter, great atmosphere, excellent food. Top notch.

It wasn’t very busy at the time we were seated, so it was fairly low volume. The food was good. The salad, basic tossed, had a lot of less traditional vegetables which I could have done without. Servings were moderate in size. Risotto was not bad but lacked flavor. Service was good.

The food here was terrible. We were served bread only after our meal, before dessert. The servers were not knowledgeable about the menu and the glasses were dirty. Would not recommend.
We enjoyed a three course dinner that included many choices. Portions and presentation were excellent. Our waiter, Francisco, was welcoming and attentive.
From the street, you access this restaurant by elevator to the 3rd level. There is no view of the city.
Our first time visit to this venue was a great experience. We decided to dine in the city before the theater and chose the restaurant based on proximity to parking and the play. We were greeted very warmly, shown to a lovely table and servers appeared quickly. They are well heeled in patrons wanting to dine well but be at the theatre on time. Menu has wide choices in every category which is impressive. My mushroom artichoke flatbread was ample in size, delicious and arrived crisp and hot. My date choose one if the burgers and which was also very good. Diners around us were enjoying their meals as well because we could hear their happy comments. Our gentleman server was attentive and appeared to thoroughly enjoy his job. The restaurant also validates your parking ticket for a discount. We will be back next month.

I don’t like writing negative reviews, but in this case it is warranted. The server tried her best, but she appeared to be covering too large of a territory. So service was very slow, I imagine that it was driven by the kitchen. On to the food: the stewed chicken was tasty but undercooked, making the dish inedible. The Bostonian hamburger was good but the request to leave off the bun was ignored and the bacon that should have been included was missing altogether. The lemonade was tasteless. The paleo burger was ok. Too bad they didn’t have Diet Coke—that could have been a positive. Pepsi is not a substitute for those who care. The waitress comped the meals without being asked, and that was very nice of her. She seemed to be acknowledging the kitchen was not as it should be. The ambiance was great and the seating was very comfortable, but none of us will be returning.

Sadly, the food came cold and was only fair in quality. The service was fairly attentive until the end when it was difficult to find anyone to get our check. There weren't enough staff for the number of diners.
Extremely poor breakfast buffet at a ridiculous price. Service shows utter contempt for guests and can't be bothered to do their jobs.

Two issues: I didn’t know exactly where to go in the hotel for the restaurant - the signage isn’t great - and when we arrived the hostess was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge us to the point that my wife asked if we should sit at the bar.
Other than that, pricey, but the food was great and our server Francisco(?) was amazingly helpful when we asked for suggestions.
