Service and food were both excellent. Will definitely return to this location.
The food was great but the service was very slow. Perhaps because they were very busy or short staffed.
Service good. Food tasty. We were ucky to get a cozy spot because it really is a bit too noisy!
We had their ribs. Generally delicious, however quite a few ribs were burnt.
Great restaurant and friendly service. A little pricey but the food was excellent as was our server when we arrived at 6pm on Sunday November 3.
I always like this restaurant but it was very busy with large groups so its hard to have an intimate family dinner.
The parking was a real problem; and it worse in the winter months to walk to the front door of the restaurant.

As always our server Yaz was spectacular- food was good and exactly as we ordered it.
Had a Birthday dinner with a company of 8 people. Everything was amazing, everybody left happy. The service was outstanding; especially, we were impressed by the work of the waiter, true professional.
Asked to get high table seating, waitresses seated me in regular seating. What’s the point in asking for the option if the incompetent waitress isn’t going to sit you there anyways. Food was okay, would have liked to seat where I requested. Overall nothing great and nothing bad...
Either server or kitchen staff mixed up our side order.

1 steak was excellent. The 'tender loin or steak filet' seemed to have been tenderized and was a thick piece of rare ( my choice) steak meat which seemed - 'almost ground'.
It was a pleasant evening out with old friends. Parking was scarce and we parked in the overflow lot. It is a very busy area for dining out. We arrived at the reserved time and were seated immediately. All meals were delicious. Requests for water refills and a few lemon slices had to be repeated but eventually were brought to the table. It was an enjoyable dining experience.
Very nice! Great service! Were very accommodating with my food sensitivities.
I did not have a good experience dining at this restaurant at all. Made a reservation and asked for some candles to be put on the table. Sat for 20 minutes and not even one server crossed by our table. Left the restaurant after 20 minutes.
Also, too noisy inside.
Not really recommended for a nice date night nor worth the price.
I requested a table in an area that would allow easy conversation to happen, i.e. not too loud. My request was satisfied perfectly. We didn't wait for a table. The waiter was very professional. The food was good, not great, but good. The atmosphere is the dining room is really good. I'll definitely go back.

My wife and I come here for lunch whenever we can. The service is amazing and the food is always great.
Had booked dinner for a special occasion and requested a “private/booth area”. Upon arriving, we are taken to a booth across from a large party - the night didn’t get any better. We sat for 15 mins without any acknowledgement or service. I had to ask a waitress that was cleaning tables nearby for service. We finally ordered our drinks (bottle of wine and carbonated water), calamari for the appetizer, a hamburger, and roast beef dip.
The calamari came out soggy and flavorless, one of the worst I’ve ever had. My hamburger was dry and hard, again lacking any flavor. Service was so bad that we poured our own wine, ask a passing server to clear our plates, and had to find a server to ask for a dessert menu. Ordered the trio of creme brûlée’s - they were bland.
Service was so bad that we watched our server sitting and having a break, eating and licking his fingers. Not once coming over to check on our experience, apologize for the delays, or even deliver anything we ordered... other than the bill.
For what was supposed to be a special occasion and a $120+ bill, I’m truly disappointed. This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this location and nothing good can be said. I will NOT be coming back and recommend others to stick to the staple of The Keg or other places instead.
Absolutely terrible. On all fronts.
We were there for a Thursday lunch. It was empty. We were still ignored by the wait staff. Finally someone came to take our order. Food was terrible. Steak sandwich dry. Chicken tenders was all breading and no chicken. Salads wilted. No one came to ask us how we were. A drink was spilled and we had to get up to call someone over to bring us napkins. They dumped them at our table instead of wiping it for us. We then had to call someone that we were done and to clear our plates. They saw all our wet napkins from wiping a drink and left them there, clearing only our plates. We were then left for 45 mins and had to get up and call someone over to bring our bill. We went elsewhere for desert and coffee as no one cares to take that order and given by our meal it would have probably been terrible. Don’t ever go here

I went there on sep 14 at 8:30 for my birthday.
The host wasn’t there so we had to wait for her which was fine.
Our server was a man in his 40s wearing glasses.
It was Saturday night so I understand they were busy, but he didn’t smile at all and kinda rude to us.
That service was worse that I can get at Fastfood restaurant.
I didn’t want to tip but food was good so anyway I did.
I should’ve gone to another steak house.

Just okay. Ribs are much smaller portions and very pricey for what you get. Used to love Bâton Rouge. The new ribs are just not the same.
Food is bad. Service is poor. I thought the one in Vaughan is bad. This one is even worse. No wonder lots of spaces available on Friday night. Won’t go back again.
Our server Brooke was outstanding. Polite, courteous, accommodating, eager-to-please in any manner possible to make our experience at the restaurant more meaningful. The food was prepared and cooked to perfection. This was my first time at the restaurant but certainly not my last.
Comparing to what I had several years ago at the same Baton Rouge, the Rib I had this time was small, not much meat, and tasted dry.
Food was salty. Steak is not too tender. Waiter service is ok after it got busy then forgot us.
Our server Brooke was incredible. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the menu. She helped to make our evening a lot fun. Great service too!
It was tasty, but filet mignon isn't supposed to be only half an inch thick - it was clearly a different cut
Great atmosphere. Visited with my mom after dinner and never rushed to leave. Felt welcomed and enjoyed the evening.
Went for celebration business lunch. Service very slow. Huge delay in ordering. Ladies had lychee cocktails which were good. Wedge steak salad ok. Steak done nicely. Walnuts did not belong in that salad. No comparison to Keg wedge. Celebration let down overall. We won’t be back

The fixed price menu is of good value as the food portion is large enough to be shared with my wife.
The Tuesday half price for a bottle of wine is of good value and that they re corked the bottle for any unfinished wine for you to bring home.
What we love about this place is that the extraordinary taste of the ribs is the same since it opened.
Our server was really kind and this place was romantic and perfect for a date night 😊 would highly recommend coming here for delicious food and a great experience!
Food was Meh! Lots of sauces to mask the flavour and was quite bland. We had ravioli, seafood share platter, spinach dip, tuna taginaki , vegetable sandwich. It was all average and with lots of great places to eat I would probably not go back
Everything was great except for the fact that we were seated next to party where they left a small child screaming and crying in the middle of the floor. When they were done, the started popping the balloons they brought. It made our great food not so great, especially when some of your staff were just watching and laughing at the group.
The service and food are always good here. The biggest issue is parking.
