    Betty is the perfect spot for date night, happy hour, meeting a coworker or friend. The menu is not overwhelming but still plenty of options. Cannot go wrong with anything they serve. I went with my mom this time and tried the wild boar ragu. It was incredible! She had the gnocchi with mushrooms, kale and butternut squash puree and was over the moon. I love the intimate but simple feel, and the servers are knowledgeable and lovely.

    Disappointing. The hostess was very nice, but the rest of the service was inconsistent, inattentive and slow. The bouillabaisse was oddly spiced. The fish and clams were dry. The gnocchi was the opposite with a very bland almost tasteless flavor. It was not a delightful dining experience. They also charged us a service fee for using a credit card even though the food was pricey for the quality and portion size. Unfortunately, this is just not a restaurant we could recommend nor would we return to. There are to many other choices in and around town.

    Lovely, unrushed dinner during which we could converse without yelling. Both the regular menu items—lasagna, pear salad—and the seasonal specialties—pumpkin apple soup, bouillabaisse—were ample and delicious. Generous pours on cocktails and wine. Attentive but not hovering service.

    Betty is a restaurant I crave periodically. Even though I live in South Seattle, I get the itch every month or two to take a trip to Betty. The seasonal changes keep it interesting, and the servers are always delightful.

    Family of four had a great meal and service at Betty. Roasted chicken, ribeye and risotto were all very good. Charcuterie board was excellent. Cheese board very good. Staff was very warm and welcoming. Slight delays in getting some of our orders due to staff member coming late —otherwise five star service. Four stars overall because I am stingy with five stars. Thanks for a great night, Betty!

    We always enjoy dinner at Betty. We had the grilled sardines and burrata with figs to start and the salmon Nicoise, mushroom risotto, and the pork tenderloin. All the food was prepared perfectly and the drinks were excellent as well. Service is always impeccable.

    My husband and I went here for our anniversary celebration.Food was excellent. We had a 5pm res due to our show at the Paramount theater started at 730pm sharp. Had the mussels (still on HH!) lasagna and wine. It was a bit loud but overall a wonderful experience and will return. The service was also excellent.

    Betty consistently provides perfectly prepared dishes, in such quantity that 2 people can share each one. The servers and bar staff are attentive and service is timely. My absolute favorite neighborhood restaurant to go for a solo meal at the chef's bar, or to host family, or treat out-of-town guests. Never fails to delight. The apple-huckleberry crisp with bay leaf ice cream this time was a taste treat! The shrub was a nice surprise.

    The food here is fantastic. The menu changes frequently to feature dishes using seasonal seafood and produce. The wonderful corn bisque that we had last night is a good example. We have always found the service to be friendly and attentive. It is great to have such a reliable restaurant in our neighborhood. A really good place to have a meal with friends or family.

    Absolutely excellent food. Portions are generous, that’s becoming rare for a Seattle “small plate” menu. The wait staff was not really responsive, our waiter seemed new, but the food was so good it didn’t matter.

    Betty was our go-to neighborhood bistro, but since the Pandemic, we haven't really been back to our restaurant routines . . . last night, we returned to a fabulous menu (alas, on the cusp of changing to fall), attentive service, Negronis and our favorite hostess, Kinsey.     Betty Restaurant was a pleasure to revisit for the first time following COVID. We relied on them heavily for take out and take-and-bake during the pandemic and they haven't missed a best since reopening. Warm reception, friendly service, good wine selection and delicious food. It was a pleasure to return and we look forward to our next visit!

    Another great meal at Betty’s! Three of us had the ribs and they were outstanding! The fourth had the chicken and raved about it too! Both couples each shared the peach salads and all four thoroughly enjoyed them! Always feel at home at Betty’s where all the servers stop by and say hello, and all of them help each other out! A special shout out to Kat for her excellent service!

    We had the pleasure of dining at Betty restaurant during our visit from Amsterdam, and it was truly a delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was nothing short of amazing, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We can't recommend Betty restaurant enough, and we'll definitely be returning on our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!
