    Food was great, my scallops had a bit too much pepper for me but overall food was great. Server was wonderful. Ambiance/decor was dated and noise level was fairly high.

    Amazing as always!!! They never disappoint!!! Had business meeting and there was another super large group so we had difficulty hearing each other, but other than that, amazing!!! Been coming here for 20 yrs!! Always on point!! Krista is amazing!!!

    I booked Billy's for a work dinner and I was super pleased with the overall outcome. The menu was excellent and the service was spot on. I didn't have to wait at all. Most importantly, I didn't feel rushed!

    The food was great as always, but I had a staple in my wedge salad that I bit down on and experienced a little pain. The salad was great, but I could not finish it. The manager came to speak with me and apologized for it. I did not have to pay for my meal but was upset that I could not finish the salad.

    This place has amazing atmosphere and they really went above and beyond with my special request on my reservation about my girlfriend leaving for uva and they made it very special and it made our night, the food was also fantastic and our server Kaylee w was so kind and amazing at her job. 5/5 stars would come again 😁🥳

    There are many dining options in downtown Roanoke, and Billy's should be near the top. With so many great menu options to choose from, it was not easy for my wife and I to make our decisions on what to order. But with the help of our waiter, we made our choices and could not have been happier. Our meals and drinks were excellent, as was the impeccable service. If there were any complaints about the visit, the noise level in the dining area was loud, particularly with screaming children, and the number of children running around the tables was a bit much. Also, the mounted televisions did not have appropriate sports programming playing. While we were there, UFC fights were going on one TV while infomercials were on another visible TV. With live baseball and golf being broadcast on other stations, it would have made more sense to have something on that everyone could enjoy if they chose to watch. But all things considered, Billy's is worth considering the next time you are in Roanoke. We are happy we did.

    Billy's is our standby restaurant for a varied menu, excellent service, high-quality food for special occasions. Last night was my birthday and we brought along our young adult children and their dates. The service was fantastic. Kids were happy with their choices. Wine glass was plenty full. My husband had an amazing grilled seafood dish. Everyone was happy.

    Octavio was outstanding. We came from DC and have been fortunate to have a lot of great service. He rivals that level and exceeds it. The food was great but the service was better and we see him as the basis of that. 5 of us, 2 kids, 3 adults. We had cocktails, wine, apps, entrees, and deserts. Highly recommend.
