The food was not that good. Ribs had to be sent back - even the manager couldn't figure out why they were doubled boned and too thick to cut.
Food came cold, waitress never checked on us, eating shrimp 🍤and steak cold was pretty disgusting. Husband and I were very disappointed. 100 down the drain, and as we were leaving another guest and his wife complained as well..We asked for manager never got one.
We were seated right away. The table and seats were still wet. When we brought it to the server attention, she quickly dried them off. The meal was done perfectly. It was my birthday and having put it on the reservation I thought they'd bring out and small sundae like before. Not doing that anymore. We'll go back.
Go all the time , service and food always great
My husband and I, along with our 9mo old son had a great dinner on Friday night! The service was excellent and our food came out perfectly prepared and hot. We enjoyed the campire feast for two and it did not disappoint! We will be back soon!
We had an unexpected guest and does not have plans where to eat. I made reservations and in about 15 minutes we had a place to eat, good food and service
I wish I remembered our waitress name. She was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! She will be the reason we return
I prefer prime rib thicker cut. Drinks were good as were the ribs and bread. Do not like the butter.Servers forgot menus.
Just not the same Black Angus post COVID. Will not be back! Food was way overpriced!
We really appreciated our server, Rhianna, she was very friendly and attentive...one of our top servers in all our visits! As usual, the food was great.
Our waitress was absolutely amazing.
She was attentive and very sweet. Made great recommendations on drinks. Sadly the food did not like up to its usual standards.
I ordered my steak medium well, and half of it was medium which I didn’t mind too much, but the other half was medium rare, I don’t know how but it was so bloody. I didn’t want to wait For it to be cooked again so we just boxed it up and took it home. Same scenario with my husbands steak. He ordered it medium rare and got a rare steak. Not quite sure if it was misheard or what happened. The asparagus were probably my favorite part. They were cooked beautifully. I can’t remover my waitresses name but she was fantastic, just wish the food was cooked how we ordered it.
Food is always good. And our waitress was wonderful. Good personality and very helpful. Will definitely be back. And the coupon is a great deal!!

Service and food was excellent. We all had the New York steak sandwich and were very happy.
This was a very good dinner place. Only thing is they need to be a bit more organized at check in, especially for those who already have reservations. They still made you wait even though there were plenty of tables. Staff were sweet and attentive after seating and
the meal was wonderful
I was only able to rserve for a table for 5 online but when 11 of us showed up, the manager was very accommodating and understanding. We had 2 tables next to each other and we feast! :)
Good service, felt comfortable and safe dining indoors with current Covid guidelines/protocols.
The food was just not good at all, for what we paid for. My chicken had zero flavor I had to dip it bbq sauce my boyfriend meat has a lot of fat. My ribs were so dry I have to ask for extra bbq sauce, the only amazing thing we loves was the strawberry raspberry lemonade and the cookie dessert.
Upon arrival, our server Venise was rude and short. White wine ordered was warm, had to ask 2x for condiments. When steaks arrived the ribeye looked like a flank steak. None of the plates look like the add and her response to the restaurant not having A1 was “did you want to go to Raleys”? And laughed. Never maintenances the table or checked on us.
We won’t be back and will let our friends know things have gotten worse.
Food was as usual very tasty. Server was attentive & refilled our drinks without having to ask for refills.
It 45 minutes for hors d’oeuvres to arrive. We canceled order for entrees

I had made reservations for my wife and I to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had a 5:15 reservations and got there right at 5:15. There was a couple that came in a few minutes behind us that had reservations for 5:30. That couple was seated before we were. I do not understand why that was. We were finally seated at almost 5:30. We were not too happy with that. We were seated and the Man who seated us seemed to be a bit lost. Then it took almost five minutes before anyone came over to see if we had been helped. We had not even been offered water or anything else to drink. I am still recovering from throat cancer and I need to have water around more then I use to and I was getting very dry by the time someone got there. The young lady that was our wait person understood and got me some water right away. When she returned she took our order. I had asked about bacon and cheese for my baked potato, and she said that was part of the premium one and I was ordering the standard one, but in light of what had happened she gave them to me at no extra charge. This was nice attempt to make up for had happened to us earlier. Through out our meal she was right there on top of everything and made sure that I did have plenty of water during our stay. I just hope that they get the memo that they should not seat some with reservations that are later then yours and do leave you sitting around longer then you should.
Both my mother and wife loved the salmon dishes. I enjoyed my shrimp. Having Jessica as our server was a pleasant surprise.
The food was delicious. However, we felt a little rushed by the server.
Our server was great, she was very attentive to refilling our drinks before glasses were empty and she checked on us frequently. What was actually disturbing was that it appeared all staff were to wear masks but the manager (or asst manager maybe) and 2 male servers walked past our table several times during our 90 minute visit with their masks worn below their nose (the manager and one server actually had it below their mouths) and were observed fidgeting with their masks while serving/taking orders. It was uncomfortable to observe this as it would have been more sanitary for them to just not wear the mask at all rather than have to continuously touch it while also handling people's food, drinks, payment, etc. It is very unsanitary and violates food handling safety to touch your face that frequently without washing your hands while serving/handling customers. Either mask or don't mask but if you're going to mask, at least do it right.
We were sat at a table that wasn’t wiped down from the previous guests the water marks from their couples were clearly visible I ended up wiping it down with my own disinfectant wipes, drinks were brought out we asked for straws but never received them, it was really loud in there. My son ordered a kids meal which is said to come with a desert and never got it, the food that we did get was well prepared and tasted great, overall it was good but kind of a downer given that we drove an hour and half to eat here and the above occurred, I really hope you guys reopen the Dublin restaurant.
Could have been because of the occasion ( Father’s Day) un-organizas staff. Food—starters, no plates until asked for them, entrees, one of the entrees did not meet the requested sides, the waitress was informed, she supposedly was to take care of it, but forgot. A waiter came with the ticket before dessert offering, etc. I have always had a good experience at the Black Angus; not so on the last visit.
Still recommend the place, just tu to avoid Brentwood’s location.;(

The food tasted good but the portions were not adequate for the pricing. My side of broccoli consisted of two florettes with a 1 inch stem. Additionally the food took too long to arrive to the table and the bread was cold and hard upon arrival.
The server was great, however , l won’t be back.

Honestly I have had been experiences here before . Tonight seemed like a one off . Food came piratically , my steak was almost rare when I ordered medium well (slight pink center not bleeding) so had to send it back which meant my family was all done by the time my steak came back so they just sat and watched me eat alone . Will be back , maybe just not at the last reservation time at 845 before closing so they aren’t in a rush to get people out .
