I have been to this location before and today was honestly a disappointment. Made reservations for 8:15pm, arrived at 8:10pm. Was not let in the building until 8:47 PM. While ordering I was told there was no lobster Mac and cheese and no lobster mash (that was extremely upsetting); as that’s why I love coming here. Then by 9:30PM the music is shut, they start doing last servings etc. Had I sat down at the time I reserved and arrived this would have not be the case. Really was an unpleasant experience. Side note, I am very conscious about covid, but people arriving 30 mins late should wait, and people arriving on time should be priorities. (Overall DO BETTER CATCH)...

Sat outside. Amazing service and staff was friendly. Food was out of this world delicious. We will be going back once we can legally eat out in NY again!!!

Food was costly for little portions, it was alright

Horrible 4th floor tables and ambiance. Looked more like a diner than a restaurant given the price and value of food. Bouncer downstairs was rude and made us wait 15 minutes out in the Cold despite being right on time. Upon making my concerns known the manager came by and promised us a table downstairs and never came back to change our tables. Overall the service was horrible and will never step foot in that pace ever again. Highly over rated place and pricy food given the service, ambiance, cheap tables and disgusting attitudes starting from the loser bouncer downstairs all the way to the hostess and manager. Whoever is running this place should consider a staffing change unless he is just managing this for fun and doesn’t care, which is quite possible given the gross misrepresentation of this restaurant on their website and open table

Great food and service. Very good protocols on social distancing. Table was ready on time. Best lobster Mac and cheese Great fir vegetarian/vegan as well

The outdoor dining was closed we found out the day of. Service was spotty. Food was very expensive but very good

I did not hace a pleasant experience at this restaurant first of all they wont let you in until your whole party has arrived one of my friends was running late and we were forced to wait outside in the cold until he arrived, once inside we didn't get a table on the main floor no matter what we did they dumped us in the top floor which looks like a cheap diner, nothing like the pictures they showcase on their instagram page, I was very disappointed,

The menu is very limited not many sides to choose from, most of the sides are mixed with lobster and I am allergic to shell-food so I was limited to french fries.

Food was beautifully presented and delicious. The pancakes were extraordinary and its taste lingers a while

The prices were a bit higher than expected. I am not uncomfortable with expensive restaurants, but this one seemed a bit much. They didn’t however charge the 10% Covid fee. A nice dinner. Just a small amount of disappointment. They did handle pandemic precautions very well.

Hi there. We have been obliged to order everything immediately without any chance to add something more later. Dinner started at 7:30pm and finished at 8:15pm. Simply ridicolous.

Absolutely love this place.! The food is amazing and their specialty cocktails are marvelous. We make a point of dining here everytime we visit the city.

Wonderful wait staff. Adorable inside and really cute outdoor patio. Food is quite expensive with very small portions.

The outdoor reservation was made for 8pm. We arrived at 7:50pm. We were not sat until 8:45pm. Before our entrees came out we were told it was last call at 9:30pm due to the restaurant closing at 10pm. It was incredibly unfortunate that we were seated 45 minutes late as our entire meal and experience was rushed.

Great food , noisy, lots of young and dressed up people

Food was very delicious. Wait staff attentive and provided excellent recommendations, food details and even arranged for a custom drink. The Big Fish is such a hit.

Was excited to go since I've been to catch steak a few times and the food was amazing. Place is very nice but the food is a let down. Looks way better in the pics than it actually tastes.

Overall the 4 floor bar space is exciting with a great outdoor space. The food is delicious and the service was great. The food was really great especially the hit me chocolate dessert. But a little overpriced a two person brunch with shared entree appetizer and dessert with 4 drinks was over 250 dollars

The outside reservation line was really disorganised. There was no clear process communicated so there was no order, just people grabbing the guys attention.

When seated we had to ask for water and if we could order a drink. The food arrived in stages so we didn’t get our fries till the very end when we had finished everything else. My friend asked for no seaweed wrap and cucumber option instead. It arrived with both seaweed and cucumber. And then only got 5 pieces of sushi instead of 6. It clearly says on the menu. The portions were tiny. One portion of fries was $17!

We were seated 20 mins after our reservation time due to slowness outside but still rushed through our meal and told we only had 90 minutes. The meal was $400 for 4 of us and the food and service were just sub par.

We booked outdoor seating & when we arrived the only tables available were indoors. The menu was limited & the wait staff was not accommodating.

Got there at 9:50 P.m. had a reservation 10:00wasn’t sealed it until 10:30

We love catch. They have some of the best sushi in the city. So fresh and very flavorful dishes. We’re regulars.

I loved Catch New York. Service was excellent and the venue is absolutely beautiful.

Really enjoyed the rooftop dining experience. Food and cocktails were all delicious!

The Catch Roll is out of this world !!
