Cookies Cream was the pioneer of vegetarian fine dining at the time of its opening in 2007. The experimental yet pure vegetable cuisine of chef Stephan Hentschel received it ́s first Michelin star in 2017. At Cookies Cream tradition meets the future. Back in 2007, there were no recipes and no rules for a vegetarian fine dining restaurant in Berlin. So we created a cuisine of our own which is about using modern techniques of processing, as well as old knowledge of ingredients. Cookies Cream is ever changing and never the same, always true to our belief in pristine products – carefully chosen, respectfully prepared, lovingly served.
