They really went above and beyond for us.
Had an excellent dinner at CH. Enjoyed cocktails and wine plus the incredible bisque and salmon dinners. All around great experience that we've come to expect.

Great Food, Great Wine, Great Service, Great Atmosphere.
My girlfriend and I met two of our friends for dinner. Our server Chris was excellent. He recommended the Parmesan Crusted Filet Medallions and they were terrific. We all tried different wine flights and they were delicious. We will definitely be back to this location because of the excellent service and delicious food and drinks.

It was a nice place to go, but we did not enjoy the food- not very tasty. Wine was not great for me. Much of this is due to our taste, but was not a place for us.
As always, everything was s perfect. Our server Adrian was wonderful. He suggested the lunch special of short beef ribs and mac-n-cheese, and it was delicious.
As always service and staff are exemplary. We always enjoy our meals at Coopers Hawk.
We find that CH Ashburn is always a lovely meal. The food is consistently well prepared, interesting and fairly priced for the quality. We recently joined the wine club and love it. Good and varied wines and loyalty points based on wine and food purchases that add up quickly and can be easily applied to future purchases. Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Make time for a tasting, it's super generous and lots of fun.
Everything was amazing. Cocktails, Appetizer and main courses were all very good. Our server was great too! We will definitely be back.

Our server Zack was personable and pleasant. He was knowledgeable about the menu and gave me great feedback. Overall the experience was perfect.

Atmosphere is a tad bit upscale and the food a little on the pricey side but all in all highly recommend! There is definitely something on the menu for everybody.
I had the Chefs special of two beef filets and crusted lobster tail. The lobster tail was excellent but the filets were over cooked and the mash potatoes were very salty, not our usual awesome food.
The food was amazing and a great value for the money in my opinion, the only downside I had was that it took so long to get the food after ordering, other than that, it was excellent!

Cooper Hawkins consistently a great place to dine! Food is always great. As a wine club member, it is always a great dinner at a reasonable price. We love it.

THE FACILITY IS TOP NOTCH, ONE OF THE VERY BEST IN THE AREA. WE WERE GREETED NICELY AND SEATED IMMEDIATELY AT A TABLE OF OUR CHOICE. THE TABLE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY BUT NOT OVERBEARING. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, ALSO OF THE BEST IN THE AREA. ALL THREE OF US ENJOYED THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE AND RECOMMEND IT WITHOUT RESERVATION.
Our waitress seemed to be in a rush whenever she stopped by our table. Other than that, the meal was great and the drinks were good too.

This is a favorite but the last couple if visits the experience has been less than norm. Hopefully things get back to the level (food and service) that CH is known for.
We had a wonderful experience celebrating the holiday season with our friends. We started the night with a wine tasting with Sally, who was as knowledgeable as she was sweet and then moved to our table for an amazing dinner. Our server, Javier, was on point with his service and his charisma, laughing along with us and taking great care of us. The food, as always, was plentiful and delicious. As we are all now members of the Wine Club, we look forward to returning next month!
