Wonderful experience minus the interaction with the head of the house. Made the reservation for 4 adults in the comments I wrote "plus 1 baby". Never have I counted our 5 month old when making a reservation. Well the lady we checked in with made a snooty comment to the couple we were meeting who arrived first. Then we we arrived she hardly acknowledged us. Finally I just started speaking at she looked at the lady sitting is and said this is the party of 4 but really 5. I thought the comment was odd, but once we sat down and the couple we were meeting explained what happened to them it all made sense. Every one else was extremely friendly and kind including the lady who sat us. Just the check in woman was terribly unpleasant.
Usually a tolerable amount of noise, but every once in a while a big party ruins the ambiance. Friendly service. Never have ordered a dish I didn’t like. My friend orders off the gluten-free menu; they mistakenly brought her regular pasta, but gave her a complimentary salad while they fixed the issue.

We keep coming back and not sure why.... the food is good, but the Open Table reservation, put your name in with cell phone text never makes any sense. It never the time frame the hostesses say it is. It appears that they either forget or purposely put other people ahead of those waiting. Every time I have gone, it is not just us that says it, but others complain of being overlooked or put down on list when arrived first and same number in party. The hostess situation there is awful... it is the face of the restaurant and they are not professional, efficient or competent. Only reason restaurant is success is that it is the only "gig" in the mall, but for us, we will leave mall and visit somewhere close. 5,6, 7th time NOT a charm!!!
The food was outstanding! Unfortunately the service was less than adequate. It took a long time to have our order taken. I never got a refill on water. I had to get another server get our check.
We love the shrimp appetizer and we always split it, and every time we wonder why there are only 5 shrimp and not 6? An odd number just seems..... odd? But very delicious.

My older son's food was incorrect, my younger son's food came 20 minutes late, my food was cold. I sent back my food and my older son's food. His food came back correct, mine was still cold. They assured me they made it again but it was exactly the same. I sent it back and told them we wanted our check. Was looking forward to lunch that day and it was a very disappointing experience. Not to mention I never had lunch and was starving.
Cooper’s Hawk never fails to satisfy! Food, service, atmosphere, it’s all great. It is a little noisy but that’s because it’s always so busy, because well, they’re great!
Been here a lot as former club members, and usually have a great experience. Our last 2 times have been less than favorable, especially our visit Saturday night. Had reservations at 5pm for my wife and I, got there at 4:45pm. Waiting area and tasting room was busy as expected, so glad we made reservations. Didn’t get seated until 5:20 or so, when we get in the back, the dining area was 1/2 empty! Our server hurried us through our order, twice cutting me off and walking away before I could order the soup I wanted. Our main course took longer than usual to come out, and was less than satisfactory for the price paid. My wife ordered a $35 filet medium that had a heavy char outside and nearly raw inside. The plate came with two unappetizing broccoli stalks and a tiny scoop of potatoes. My short rib risotto had clearly been sitting a while before it was served since the gravy was already gelling up when it arrived. This was a $130 dinner that I really feel didn’t meet that value. Not really sure why popularity equals poor service and quality, but it looks like this CH location is doing just that. Probably going to be a while before we come back for a meal, if at all.
We had an 8:45 reservation on a Friday night and got in a couple minutes early. I had the surf and turf combo with soy ginger ny strip and drunken shrimp, mashed potatoes, and roasted vegetables. It was good, but the bacon on the shrimp was ok. My boyfriend had Parmesan crusted chicken, which was delicious! He didn’t care for the shredded potatoes, I thought they were ok. Dinner comes with pretzel bread and that was really good. Overall, the food was good and I’ll definitely return.
Once again, a good night at the Hawk. The only issue, and it continues to be the only issue, is that this is the loudest upper scale sit down restaurant that i have ever been to. They desperately need some sound absorbing devices installed.
Our first visit, for a birthday celebration. Service was good; so was the wine; and most of the food was excellent -- though one of the dinners wasn't hot. (The deviled egg appetizer was too laden with vinegary sauce, but the amount of candied bacon with it was stingy.) They fixed the cold food, and efficiently. And when we ordered their chocolate truffles for dessert (VERY good), they were gratis for both of us (maybe one because of the birthday; one because of the cold food).
The upholstery in one of the seats in our booth was torn, the stuffing sticking out. That wasn't too cool. Needs a manager's attention, and fixing ASAP. The noise level was a little high for such a nice restaurant (bar too close by), and so the ambience could have been better. Prices a little high, all considered. The kind of place we'd go to only on a special occasion. But we WOULD definitely go back.

This is one of my favorite places to come to. I try to come as often as I can because I love the good food, the great wine, and the ambience.
Our server was fantastic!! The wine of the month was my favorite so far! Delicious!! And our food was fabulous as well. Our whole family loves Cooper’s Hawk!!
Food was amazing as always. Filet medallions were delicious. We also ordered the cheese tray with the candied bacon for an appetizer. It was very good as well. Service usually is as well. Server seemed more concerned with the couple next to us who were ordering wine and desserts. Felt like we were overlooked because we weren’t drinking. We do not drink but we did order two expensive meals and an appetizer. We were too full for the awesome desserts this time unfortunately. We did not get silverware when we were seated and had to try and catch our server to ask for some. Took awhile for water and ice tea refills. When he brought the bill, he just dropped it and left. Didn’t ask if I needed a box and didn’t give me a chance to ask. Brought just a box, no bag, when we did get to ask him for one. Food was great and we will definitely be back. Just hoping next time that we get the amazing service we usually get the next time we come in. The cashier who was running the register for the truffles and candies was awesome. So were the hosts at the hostess stand during what was a very busy night for them getting guests seated.
My friend and I love Cooper’s Hawk. We had an early lunch.
We have now been about 7 times in 3 years. Every visit we find a dish we enjoy a great deal. So far, the wines are good to great. You can sample prior to ordering a glass or bottle. Wait staff is always knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. The bad thing is they are always busy!!! :)
I was a little put off that the hostess manager placed my party with someone new 1 week with the company. We are regulars at the restaurant so there is a level of expectations I have when it come to promptness. The sever took at least 10 mins to acknowledge our table sadly it took another server who know us to say did someone get your drink order. I was like no who is our server they pointed and I was like she walked pasted the table at least three times and said nothing. However, she was at the next table chatting it up as if it was a night on the town. The server who knew us pulled her to the side and said take care of these guys they come here a lot that’s when she got her act together. As a regular patron I was a little put off Friday - starting with hostess manager.
One word. HORRIBLE!!!!!

The food was very good. Pleasantly surprised at the lunch portions. However, for a restaurant focusing on wine and wine pairings - very disappointing. The Chardonnay was weak, underwhelming. I would not recommend Cooper's Hawk as a winery.
The experience was fair. The server was slower, and appeared to have a lot of other tables she was serving. The manager helped out quite frequently to ask if we were still waiting on food, and if we needed anything. The area was quite loud, and the table adjacent to ours had babies at it. Not a fan of Saturday's at Cooper's Hawk, but the food was good.
One of my favorite places to dine, until this evening. Table was sticky filthy (probably the greatest turnoff), service was slow, burgers were not cooked to desired wellness.

I love Coopers Hawk! The food is outstanding, wine tasting is so much fun! The staff is unbelievably friendly and on top of things all the time!
The wait was way too long for having a reservation (over 30 minutes) but service was good tonight in the dining room.
We had a reservation for 7 and were there 15 minutes early. However we had to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time to be seated.
My Lady and myself absolutely love going to Cooper’s Hawk! Everything is always so tasty and the samples of their wines are great! Got her a wine club membership she loves it!
