    The food was overcooked and hard. The eggs were water. Waiter got to our table halfway through the meal and yet we were forced to pay 20% gratuity. Noise level was atrocious. Yelling and arguing couples. Screaming kids. Sat us at a table where every person, waiter or guest, bumped into us. Really poor.

    Hermoso lugar, dentro de JW Marriott Aventura. Fuimos a festejar Thanksgiving con amigos. El ambiente era perfecto. La atención esmerada y muy amable;con mucha calidez de parte de cada persona, desde la recepción hasta cada uno de los que nos atendieron en la mesa. La comida excelente. El plato de entrada, unos scallops, muy buenos. El pavo, un manjar como así también sus acompañamientos. Recomiendo la tarta de manzana tibia con helado, que estaba riquísima. Muy linda experiencia, su menú de Thanksgiving. Pasamos un momento muy agradable. No es económico, pero vale la pena, y la relación calidad/precio es excelente.

    Attending a conference at the Turnberry Resort, we had several opportunities to eat at Corsair, and each was great. The food is all good, except for the fries, which are meh. All my meal companions agreed the food is good and they enjoyed their dishes. I had the grilled cheese, which was very good. My wife had the fish tacos, and she polished them off. My brother in law had the open face steak sandwich, which he pronounced very good. For breakfast, the omelets are great and the bacon is superb. It's great if you can sit outside, especially since it is absolutely freezing inside. If Al fresco is not your thing, bring a light jacket - you'll be glad you did. For the most part service is quick and attentive, but sometimes the kitchen gets a little backed up.

    This place was entirely average and extremely overpriced. $200 after tax and mandatory 20% tip for a simple meal for two - a shared app, tacos, and a vegetarian dinner salad + 2 drinks each. The food was fine but nothing was special. I’d call it better than average hotel food but even if it was a reasonably priced neighborhood restaurant, I would not return. Nothing interesting, special, or really even thoughtful about the place.

    I enjoyed my meal tonight. The matzo ball soup was great. I thought I was at a NY deli. The charcuterie is huge!! Very good assortment of meats, cheeses and veggies.

    The service was fantastic. Our server was extremely attentive to my friend and I, which was very helpful, considering we had 3 children with us. I found the menu to be underwhelming, and very overpriced. I ordered the pasta Caprese. Big mistake! It sat in about an inch of oil. I spent the next day with stomach issues. My son’s shrimp scampi was also very oily, and overcooked. Overall, the food was disappointing.

    My wife’s fish she thought was not fresh and to her seems to be reheated. The main course came out five seconds after the entree and the bus boy did not want to take it back. The best dish was the key lime pie. We won’t return there for anything other than the breakfast buffet

    Shrimp scampi tasted fishy. French onion soup was nothing but onions and didn’t taste like soup. Kids grilled cheese was good. Tacos were pretty good. Waiter was a good guy but couldn’t be attentive because he was working the bar as well

    One of the best brunch experiences in South Florida! The seafood is fresh and plentiful. They’ve added live music (a saxophone that plays along with the music) which was a nice touch.

    I think the food was overpriced for what it was. Also, $6 for a soft drink in a casual restaurant is also overpriced. Finally, I was surprised by the automatically added 20% tip. This was unnecessary for a casual lunch for 2 people at an empty restaurant.

    Went to Corsair for dinner after going to the Waterpark on property, it was a cozy place for families or couples to get a quick bite to eat. The food and customer service was really nice and seemed genuine.

    The food was marginal at best. Tacos were rubbery with shrimp over processed and the fish was poorly cooked and bland. Not at all the high end experience of this area or the resort.

    Unfortunately we had an extremely disappointing experience both for breakfast and for dinner. We were guests at the hotel and have eaten here before without incident. For breakfast we witnessed bussers arguing about who was going to clean up a puddle of water in the floor as well and one slamming water glasses on our table. He even placed a glass of water on a menu sitting sideways literally about to spill over. For dinner we had reservations for a party of 6 outside. We arrive a few minutes early for our reservation and are brought to an indoor table. We inform the hostess that we requested an outdoor table. We are left standing in the middle of the restaurant as she advises she is having a table set up for us. She then brings us over to a small table set for four. We advise her that we are very clearly a party of six and we will not fit at her table for four, we point out that there is an 8 top ready to which the hostess replies that it is for another reservation who should be here soon. We did advise her that we have a reservation, and that we are actually here and would like the table the hostess finally agreed and brings us to the table. We watch the staff then set up another 8 top which is later broken down into 2, 4 tops so it seems the reservation she was waiting for was actually us. It was an extremely slow service experience. We would have to wave down our server to order drinks. Then there was an extremely long wait for our drink so we ended up only ordering one drink each. We would have to wave down someone for water and the table next to us even took it upon themselves to pick up a water pitcher from a service station and serve themselves. It actually became comical about how very awful the service was. The food was fine, nothing notable, but certainly not worth the cost.

    My wife and I enjoyed our Valentine’s Day dinner at Corsair. The food was well presented and delicious, and our server Hector was on point. I’m glad I entrusted Corsair to cater to us, on this special occasion.

    Had a nice dinner on Friday night but I will say their wine menu by the glass is disappointing, Especially by the glass. Not much variety on whites, Only one decent chard. Needs revisiting. The restaurant was convenient for our late arrival to the property. Brunch was a different story, waiter went on a break during our service and it caused alot of needless confusion with meal delivery for the entree portion of brunch. You do both regular breakfast and then get to order an entree! Awkward resumption of service by restaurant manager after the fill in waiter rarely came to check on anything. The unlimited mimosas or aperol spritz are included in brunch price of $65 and helped with the distraction.

    Rigatoni with veal and beef ragu was rich and delicious. The Italian vegetable antipasto was generous, varied, and very fresh. And the French onion soup was as good as served at any French restaurant. The fact that the service was excellent and the outdoor golf-club ambiance was soothing sealed the deal. Oh, and the churros for dessert were some of the best I ever had!

    Cosair has a wonderful lunch menu which I enjoyed with a friend as we took a break from our spa day at Turnberry's Ame. The Mezza Platter was delicious. There's a good selection of salads and soups, as well as other contemporary dishes.
