Delicious Heights Bedminster
The mushroom barley soup was excellent. The salmon in the salmon salad was cooked perfectly. Our waiter was very professional.
Nice setting and okay food offerings. Service was fine.
We've been here quite a number of times and the service has really declined over time. Our server this past Sunday was so unsure and lacked any confidence in her job that it actually made us nervous. (When you order a gin and tonic and the server asks, "would you like that on the rocks?" you start to worry...) With each item we ordered she just seemed to get more unsure of herself. Maybe a newbie or a trainee? Then she should have been accompanied by a more seasoned server. Anyway, we'll probably go back since the food is good, but we'll likely just sit at the bar in the future.
Seated on time, food was good and reasonably priced. The wait staff was very patient and personable. Always a good place to talk, enjoy friends and good food.
We had been to Delicious Heights in Bedminster in the past and had a good experience. Not this trip.
This trip, we had two dishes. 1) Breaded Vodka Chicken: The sauce was weak, the breading was way too much, and (the worst part) the chicken was overcooked, rubbery and not editable. 2) The cheese meatloaf: This dish tasted good but there was something wrong with the meal as it caused a major bought of digestive issues that evening and into the next morning. The dessert, French toast with rice krispies was very good.
Suffice to say my wife and I were very let down by the experience and would not come back or recommend Delicious Heights to our friends.
Bacon on the burger was raw and had to send it back. I ordered a margarita pizza but got just a regular pizza. Waiter seemed uninterested in us in general.
Very nice place.
Too fast service. Ordered drinks and an appetizer, both were great but our main course came before we could finish the appetizers.
The food was very good and the ambiance as well! I will definitely go there again and I am eager to try the Basking Ridge location.
Excellent menu options. Delicious food. Attentive service. Dark room with big back booths for privacy and conversation. Worth the visit. Go to spot for locals.
Very nice atmosphere and service but the food was just ok. Three of us had the beef fajitas and agreed that they were the typical food chain meal. We probably won't go back but if we do we will order the run of the mill burgers and see how they taste.
Food is consistently good. We shared the thai chicken wrap for our appetizer, which was really good. We both had the Wok Seared Salmon, which was delicious. The service was not great. Not attentive. Example: the waitress took my husband's silverware away and said she'd bring new silverware. When our dinner was served, he still didn't have his silverware, and we had to track someone down to ask for it. But the food was very good. Nice, casual sports bar.
The food and service never fail to please. Portion sizes are always generous, highly recommend this restaurant.
Service was poor from start to finish. Eating utensils needing to be asked for when the salad was served along with water. We had never been asked if we wanted another glass of wine! Can you image that! The entree served while salad was still being eaten. Ok by then wine gone- entree started no water refill- OMG! Coffee served way before dessert ....most people have coffee with their desert. Only good thing was eating outside overlooking golf course on a beautiful night- more wine & good service would have been nice too
Place was slow, our order was done wrong, service was slow as well
The food and service is excellent and consistent. We’ve never had anything that was less than great. Lindsay C makes our dining experience a pleasure every time.
We are so thrilled to hear how great your experience was at Delicious Heights! We hope to see you again soon.
Was there for a business lunch and received excellent service and great food!
On behalf of Delicious Heights we are so happy your experience for your business lunch was so spectacular! We hope to see you again!
Waitress was spectacular.
First time here and we will be back. Food was very good, especially liked the buffalo cauliflower. Cooked f perfectly.
Lots of beer selections, including many NJ beers on tap.
My dinner was delicious! Would definitely recommend!!
Jasmine, our server was great! Kitchen let her down a bit by bringing out Luke Warm soup and fries.
Waiter was new and unsure of procedures. A few order mishaps, manager seemed to not have orderly procedure for silverware and we had to ask several times for utensils. Drinks took a long time too. Waiter worked hard but was not really supported by others.
We loved the Easter Brunch we went to. The choices were awesome and food was very tasty. We will be returning for dinner
One of the best places for a relaxing meal in Basking Ridge. On a weekend get there early! No more reservations for outside.
The restaurant and staff were great. OpenTable scheduled the lunch at 11:45 am; however, the restaurant does not open until 12:00 noon on Sundays. Please make a note of this for future users of OpenTable and Delicious Heights.
Had some picky eaters with us, but still found decent enough selections for dinner. Sangria was awesome as well as the cappuccino.
The specials were outstanding. One of the most delicious steaks I’ve ever had. Lindsay C makes the dining experience awesome every time. We are so thankful to have such a great restaurant close to home.
Food is great. Restaurant is comfortable but dark.
It was not busy but our waitress seemed to forget about us.
I’m always pleasantly surprised with the specials offered. The St Patrick’s Day specials were excellent and diverse.
Delicious Heights was outstanding! From the apps to the dinners, we were blown away by the quality and taste. Would definitely recommend and plan on visiting again soon!
I have been to this restaurant countless times, and I can honestly say that every time I have, the staff is unusually friendly and accommodating. The menu is very diversified and I usually try new things as the meals are delicious! You won’t be disappointed. 😊👍
We are so thrilled that you were happy with your experience! We look forward to seeing you all again soon.
Appetizers were great. Dinner was average. Nothing impressive especially for the prices. We were there from 7-10 and there were a lot of children there. Just in case anyone is looking at this restaurant for a date night, i would avoid it. Wouldn’t visit again but worth a try. It has great reviews but it was not for me. Their sister restaurant in basking ridge (i think) was much better when we visited there a couple months ago.
Always a fun time with co workers... Food and drinks good and varied. Server was accommodating and knowledgeable about Bourbon... our drink of choice these days. We sat in the bar area, which is always a bit loud, but a fun vibe.
I will start by saying our waitress was great. She was very attentive, efficient and polite. As for the food it was average at best and for the most part under seasoned. Wings dry, guacamole bland, fried calamari fishy, hamburgers bland/boring Mac n cheese no taste. As for atmosphere the bar area looked nice but area we sat in was cramped with booths. Won’t be going back
Waitress was attentive and personable. Food was not as good as past experiences. Did your establishment change chefs?
We had a phenomenal valentines dinner. Food was excellent and service was awesome as usual.
Hostess was a bit rude and disconnected. Waitress was wonderful. Food was just ok. No need to revisit.
Nice menu, food was good, nice beer selection. Buffalo Cauliflower apps was very good
Chef was very obliging and made me a vegan dish not on the menu. Top marks and greatly appreciated.
Very nice atmosphere, good place to take the kids.
