This is a great place with excellent service. The pizza has to be in the top 10 in Boston.

The food is out of this world I don’t say this often as a 100% Italian from Naples Italy the gnocchi was just like my mother’s. The staff are always friendly and on top of everything. The owner always comes around and is very nice and friendly too. Every time we come to Myrtle beach This place is always a must.

I love ducali. Usually the pizza is so delicious but this was burnt and the toppings were put on after it was cooked and it wasn’t as good as usual. Also I’ve always ordered the cavolo which is the best but is no longer offered which is disappointing

It was a very laid back casual atmosphere. No frill, but good food and good service. It wasn't very crowded and the noise was moderate, so I imagine it would be very noisy on a busy night.

Nice casual option in our North End neighborhood! Everything was priced very well, the service was friendly.

Calamari: When you're dealing with calamari in the North End, it's a tough sell. It was decent, but hard to say it was great when you know there are so many other calamari options right near by. I'm not sure it was fried fresh as it came out so fast after ordering. But it certainly wasn't bad by any means.

Aragosta pizza: My husband loved his pizza. Served at a great temperature, very fresh, crust was great, yummy white sauce, generous lobster. He was very pleased. We thought it was reasonably priced as well.

Pollo frito: I thought the sandwich was just a tad bland, though the actual ciabatta bread was very good. HOWEVER, I requested this without cheese (lactose intolerant) and I'm sure that would have made a huge difference. I ended up dipping my sandwich in the leftover calamari sauce which worked great. Fries were yummy.

Would definitely come back and try more things from the menu.

Ducali was very hospitable and willing to adjust a reservation on short notice. Great service, atmosphere, food, and drink.

Food was fantastic! The atmosphere was very fun and upbeat, but it was really loud. I was dining with one other person, and we had to yell to hear each other across the table. Despite being super busy, the service was good, and the I think the prices were fair. I would go back again!

Hosted a surprise 50th birthday here. The wait staff was excellent and so helpful/accomodating. Every pizza that came out was a masterpiece! Just excellent! Thanks for a great night!

Made a reservation here before a show at the Garden since it takes reservations and is walking distance. It was nearly empty when we got there and they put us next to the window, but it was very cold/drafty so we asked to move. We were told to do it ourselves. The bathrooms are downstairs and were freezing. The water did not get very warm for properly washing hands.

The server we had was very inattentive. Took forever to get her attention, would forget to bring things we asked for, didn't ask if we wanted more drinks and worst of all, when she cleared our plate, there were some left over peppers from our nachos and she ATE ONE OF THEM while she was taking it back to the kitchen.

We ordered Nachos, Caesar salad, a couple sandwiches, and a pizza. The food itself was delicious with good sized portions. Their drinks were limited. I tried to order a jack and coke and a friend tried to order a Titos seltzer and were told they only have flavored liquors, which we thought was very strange.

I would not go back there to eat in the restaurant, but if they did take out, I would consider that.

Didn't seat our reservation- said it was a mistake with open table.

SO disappointed. Two years ago we fell in love with Ducali's food, ambiance and beer so we brought our family here for a special night .... sadly, the tables were empty, the food way over-salted, they ran out of sausage at 7:30pm (so we couldn't have the calzone we ordered) and they had virtually the same beer list as 2 years ago. On the plus side, our server was cheery and delightful.

I went in for an 1130am reservation on Sunday and after placing our order we waited 45 minutes without receiving anything we ordered or an update from the waitress. There were only four other customers in the restaurant and we could see the kitchen, which did not look busy. The wait was unexplained. We left without eating.

Food and vibe was perfect for pre concert for some gal pals. However service was not good. Seemed short staffed and spent almost 2 hours for a simple meal. I would give it a try again due to the pizza being sooo good!

Great pre game spot for Bruins, Celtics games. Awesome assortment of tap beer and menu is bomb, whether pizza or sandwiches.

Let me start by saying I love Ducali’s. I use to work in the neighborhood and miss visiting on a regular basis. We try and get back with old colleagues there.

We made a reservation for a party of 6 for 6:00. When we arrived there was only 1 group in the restaurant at one of the large tables in the center. We were escorted to our table which was right next to the only table that had people at it. So I asked if we could sit next to the windows. The waitress told us not those were only tables for 4. I asked if we could put 2 tables together and she said no. About 30 minutes later a group arrived and sure enough the tables were put together. I was disappointed.

Was quiet, but it was 5 pm on a Saturday night. Our server was very friendly and prompt. We ordered a salad, for which the kitchen split for us. Way to go. We got the salad with goat cheese and cranberries. Very yummy. My daughter ordered a pizza with cheese tortellini and I ordered the Quattro Formaggio. Both pizzas were excellent. The beer selection was not too hot, but it is a pizza place. I would highly recommend this place to any pizza lovers!!!!

Great food! Restaurant is a bit small and it gets crowded fast. This causes the noise level to be quite loud. Highly recommend to anyone that wants the best pizza this side of Italy. Truly the best.

They did not honor my reservation that I made with open table. Place was extremely dirty terrible service. My dad and I left after standing in the corner waiting until 6:00 for our 5:30 reservation. Do not waste your time go to halftime pizza or for that matter Dominos are cleaner.

Great spot for pre game Bruins or Celts game meal with the extra value of being able to reserve on Open Table! Pizza was awesome with wide range of combo's from the basics to unique specials. My son had the Fried Chicken sandwich and said it was "bomb" (which in 20 year old speak is delicious). Also, super beer selection on tap available in growlers, perfect for a group. Best of all great value vs area spots.

Service was terrible. They didn’t even have a table reserved for us, we had to share a table with another couple. The excuse was “it’s my second day” from the hostess. Once we sat down we waited forever for service, and when we finally placed the order which was for two pizzas, she only brought one over as she “couldn’t hear us when we ordered”. Total disaster of an experience. Never again.

The only bad thing I have to say is that we had made a reservation for 7:00pm for 4 people and it took them a little more that a half hour to seat us. I thought the point of making a reservation is the time you make it for you would get seated.

Great spot, love the pizza and burger. Only complaint is they don’t have mustard for the burgers!

Pizza was very tasty, nice local beer selection, and the calamari was spicy.

The staff at ducali nearly shut the door in our face upon arrival. When notified I had a reservation for a late night slice after leaving a Celtics game they asked if I could find another place to eat near by. We were whisked out into the cold and the door was locked behind us.

Busy, small place. They can get very busy before events at the TD Garden so make sure you get there early before the crush. Pizzas and other items are very good, fresh. Our pizza was excellent, the arugula salad fresh and nicely dressed. Service was uncharacteristically slow.
