Our second visit to this restaurant, as fantastic as the first. Every detail from the food to the wine to the service was perfection. Our server in particular had a great knowledge of wine and advised us very well on our choice. We both had the fillet of beef which was cooked to perfection (med-rare and med-well) we had a drink upstairs afterwards and it was the perfect meal to celebrate a birthday.
Good food and a great environment. Overall I had a great evening. The service was okay but the closeness of the tables makes it difficult to interact with wait staff. The door person seemed totally overwhelmed and there was a bit of to-do between some of the staff about where we should sit - it seemed embarrassing to everyone concerned. In my experience when a customer gets caught in a fracas between two staff the staff usually do something to rectify it but that did not happen.
Varied menu, delicious food. Fast service, that was appropriate and friendly.
Took a family style stroll through the menu. Huge hit with our group.
Great atmosphere and good service. Food was just slightly below expectation particularly the lamb stew. On the pricey side for the quality.
Nice comfortable restaurant and well located in the Dublin center area. It was very busy the night we were there. The over all experience was fairly good (with freinds) but the prices are quite high and all dinner choices were al-a-carte. The pork chop option (over cooked) for example was 27Euro and add-on sides are 7-8Euro avearge. The prices themselves are enough to make us not want to return.
Staff, Venue and more importantly the food were all amazing. The Staff couldnt do enough for you and they made the whole evening a really nice experience. Top restuarant and I can not recommend this enough. The Mushroom Ravioli & the chateaubriand is some of the best food ive had. We will be back again. Thanks
The menu has so much potential but execution was just terrible. 4 out of 5 of our meals were cold, we sent them back.. 10 minutes later mine came out the same temperature as before and my sister’s steak was cremated, service was slow and noise levels were very high. All round disappointing.
Tables far too close together and expensive for the size portions you get
Great food, good service. A bit on the expensive side, but wow, the fillet beef is to die for!
The staff is super friendly and the special requests I did were fulfilled to the dot.
The food was cooked amazingly
The menu a bit complicated to understand
Nevertheless was a very nice food and environment
Excellent menu choice, excellent food and the Rabbit was great, perhaps could have been a little bigger. Atmosphere and service also excellent.
Great Food and Service!
Will definitely go again.
two large and very noisy parties engulfed the entire restaurant and we had to shout in order to communicate with each other.
Resulted in disappointing evening.
All round great experience
Outstanding cuisine...never ever disappoints. Keep on coming back here. We had Chateaubriand, kale with foam, beautiful...hand made dessert baked just for me. Almond tart with plum sorbet. I love love love this place. My friend had a Chardonnay which she loved! I was driving...they’ve got a wood fired oven. They bake their own bread.
Starter OK but cost €28 for Flatbread?
White wine OK but at €58 you would expect more than ok
Red wine excellent €38
Mains Ribeye steak €36 very poor, tasteless,I wont be going there again.
Fantastic service and a warm welcome from all staff we encountered. Food was great.
Amazing food and great cocktails. The service is first class. Definitely be back again.
Excelente comida y excelente servicio!
Lovely food good and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.
We booked a table for 8.30 pm to be told the service was running late.. We went to the bar and 25 mins later I got a call to see if I was going to honour my booking!! 0verall bad attitude from girl on the desk and bad service overall.. The food was good but very expensive. The girl that served our food was very pleasant.. Overall the restaurant was too noisy and too busy. Overall not a pleasant experience.. Disappointing!
Never disappoints. Fun atmosphere if you don’t mind the noise and the food is spot on delicious.
The place the food the people were all outstanding. I highly recommend this incredible place if you are in Dublin. We had an absolutely wonderful overall experience in an incredible city that we will always remember.
I haven’t been to this place in years and kind of booked it last minute but it was fantastic. The sharing “Woodfried” was great as a sharing starter and the Steaks are excellent. Definitely worth a visit for a special occasion
Yes , this was my 3rd visit and much better than the last so I am glad I returned
Loved the restaurant, the food and service were excellent. It was just very loud so made it difficult for a conversation.
After more than one hour waiting for our dishes, we left the restaurant.
I brought 3 guests from US out for dinner. Everything about this restaurant was great. Food, service, ambience....we all loved it
First time eating here. A friend and I met for an early dinner. The staff were so friendly and inviting. It’s a very busy place but a really nice atmosphere although some tables are very close together. I had a really wonderful mushroom ravioli starter. The rest of the meal was just ok. The main was salmon served with cabbage and more cabbage as a side! The dessert was a take on banoffee, the top layers were lovely but the base was very odd. The house wine was delicious. The portion sizes are on the large side and the early bird is good value for money. I would return but perhaps make better choices.
Food is absolutely delicious and would highly recommend. Perhaps not for a romantic and intimate meal as on a Saturday evening the noise level is really high. Would love more options for dessert. We had the lamb stew and the beef stew and both were amazing. The service is second to none, always smiling and so polite, making sure your needs are well looked after, best service ever, staff are an absolute credit, well done!!
Always a good experience! We were running late in the day and they kindly let us eat later when we give them a few hours notice that this was the case. We had an impromptu sing song with the Irish American table next to us at the end of the night. We were last to leave and graciously treated throughout.
We were a party of 8 for dinner on a Tuesday. Great atmosphere and excellent food. Service a bit spotty as the place was super busy. Need a few more hands on deck on busy nights.
Average starters but the mains were decent enough for the price.
Will be back soon.
Best Cauliflower soup! Food was amazing and the staff was very attentive!
A must visit in Dublin.
Amazing meal as always. Staff are fantastic too. You cant beat fade street social !!
This was an amazing find!! The food was fabulous, and the service was outstanding. Although more options for dessert would have sealed the deal. Def a place to bookmark for next time.
Well over priced staff are rude service is very bad food came out cold , only good thing about this restaurant is the restaurant its self the staff are ruining it and the chefs
Value for money indeed food and service was amazingly good and well organized - recommend for a friend dinner, date and family retreat. Come early and get the cozyness and calm vibes.
