We’ve been here several times And each time never disappointed with the food Each meal we’ve ordered is absolutely delicious And the service is always on point

Signage at the Omni Hotel is poor. We had to ask someone to find the location of the restaurant- there was NO sign on the plaza area to lead us to the restaurant. Even though the salad tasted good, the lettuce was not washed sufficiently to prevent the grittiness of sand and/or dirt that was present.

Delicious food, lots of fresh produce and high quality meat. Great service and wonderful chefs.

We have attended many holiday buffets at Park Hyatt Aviara. We were happy that we were permitted to sit outside in a pretty, quiet patio area. The buffet room felt cavernous to us and not a warm, welcoming space. The food choices were very good, although we wished the hot dishes were hotter! There was a diverse selection of desserts which looked very elegant but did not taste great: many tasted the same. We missed the more traditional Xmas cookies, gingerbreads and homemade pies! Still a nice opportunity to dress up and celebrate, thanks for having us!
