Our tapas selection offered a fantastic variety for sharing. We recommend the Carne Asada con Piquillos, and the very tender and tasteful lamb chops, unbeatable! Dessert? Truly recommend the torta bolero with sorbet of berries and black pepper. Wow! You’ve got to try it! The atmosphere at Bolero is equally impressive. The outdoor patio, surrounded by rolling vineyards, is perfect for a romantic evening or a celebratory gathering. Bolero is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience.This is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves exceptional food, and service. I can’t wait to return!

The food here is amazing. It was my third visit so I knew how good the food was. They have such wonderfully Creative and traditional dishes. Our reservation was for 6:45 but not seated until after 7:30. The bar was a bit understaffed as our drinks took almost 15 minutes, since one bartender for bar and restaurant.

Amazing food. I’ve been around Southern California trying different Italian restaurants. This place is by far the best. The ingredients are so fresh and the food/service was handle with care and love. Will most definitely come back.

By far one of the best meals my husband and I have ever had. We started at the bar while we waited for our table. The michelada oyster shooters were very good and the service from the bartender was just as great. We were seated and the great service continued. We shared 1/2 dozen oysters and a steak and lobster surf and turf which is a must try. Will definitely be going back next time we’re in Temecula

We came here for our Anniversary. This was our first visit and I observed online that there were vegan options available for my girlfriend. It was a great atmosphere and everyone from the hostess, to our server, and the management was very friendly and contributed to the pleasant experience. As it was our first visit, we had questions about the drinks and the menu. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu, the ingredients, and was able to make recommendations. We loved our drinks, our appetizers, and our main course. The restaurant even gave us complimentary champagne for our anniversary which was very nice of them. Thanks for a great experience!
