The grilled lamb chops and crab cake was excellent. The other dish my friend had of beef had to be remade because the first batch was not hot and the meat seemed tough. Overall the restaurant has a gorgeous ambiance and they were able to honor my request for a table by the window for a water view.
My wife and I went for our anniversary. The food and service were great as usual. We live close by and visit often and we’re never disappointed.
We had a reservation and arrived early which was not an issue as we were seated within 2 minutes of checking in. We enjoyed a lovely view of the Potomac as well as the detail of the interior. Service was very good and our waiter was able to answer any questions we had. Our food was served promptly and starting with appetizers to our entrees and finishing off with dessert was prepared exceptionally well. We enjoyed every bit of our dining experience and would highly recommend to anyone that enjoys Chinese food!
My first time there It was wonderful!! The service was outstanding. The whole dining experience was just great!! Would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you💯💯
Food great. Service impeccable. Very upscale feel.
The atmosphere is breathtakingly beautiful an zen. The customer service is superb. The food is delicious but a bit overpriced. I left the restaurant still feeling hungry and the bill was about $200 for four of us.
What a wonderful experience
From beginning to end, the service was fantastic. We went for my daughters graduation and mom's birthday and they treated them special. Not to mention, my brothers a vegan and they had a great menu for him as well
This will be one of my go to restaurants
I use to come here many times about 2 years ago and recently visited it. The quality of this place has gone down, the food arrived very cold.
We ended up not eating there because the hostess decided to be confrontational and rude and argue with us as customers. The manager did not seem very concerned either. Had a nice meal out planned for mother’s day and ended up going elsewhere. Have rarely been treated so rudely and with such arrogance. I would not recommend and will not return.
WOW! Beautiful ambiance! Excellent service and great food
Located at the National Harbor with a fantastic view of the Potomac River. The food was fantastic.
We celebrated Mother’s Day with a party of 17! The greeters and wait staff were great! We’re definitely coming back! Sincerely, Melody Royster
Excellent and promp service. Broad menu with something to please anyone. Amazing atmosphere and views of the Potomac River. Beautiful even on a rainy day. It was a delightful Mother’s Day 😘💕❤️
Great mothers day selection. We were seated immediately and the food was great. Sushi rolls, crispy beef, crab rice and the hawaiian chicken came in a pineapple which may son loved. One of our favs....
Loved the flavored water and the hot towels food was hot and very good
Excellent service and food. Highly recommend!
Beautiful experience. Waiter was very personable and knowledgeable about the food. Very tasty. But a little pricey
Went here for the first time for my spouse’s birthday celebration. Everything was great from seating to dessert. I would definitely come back.
Server was great! Great customer service and food and Sri makes were delivered in a timely manner
Nil was an excellent server. Enjoyed the ambiance and the view. We ordered the Singapore noodles which were noted we spicy and there was no spice. We also orders the pad Thai and there was a lack of flavor.
The food was so so. The service was terrible. Service was ssllloooww and very curt and we had a decent check. Will not come back.
Prom night. Great view of the harbor.
Pre-Mother’s Day Lunch
My husband and I went for lunch. The service was mediocre. Our server was dry and severely lacking in personality. The first table we were seated at was under an air conditioning unit. It was leaking and dripped on me. I ordered crispy beef and general's cauliflower. Both of which were indicated as spicy dishes on the menu. There was no heat in either. The dishes tasted similarly to teriyaki. That was very disappointing and no better than what I could have gotten from Panda Express. Two appetizers and two lunch entrees (only water to drink) costs more than $60. I wouldn't mind the price if the food had been more palatable than fast food.
My husband and I love this place. The restaurant itself is decorated beautifully, and is very unique. The food choices including a wide variety of sushi are delectable. Service has always been superb, and the view of the harbor is perfect.
Good Place to eat, I made plans to spend my anniversary there. Booked my table on line and requested a window table and notified them it was an anniversary dinner. Didn’t get the table and had to remind the staff multiple time the reason for my dine in.
We would have give 5 stars but one of our guest had a staple in her food. Other than that, it was good quality food.
Best Japanese fusion food I've ever had.. Everything we ordered was eaten...
It was amazing. Staff was so friendly and nice. I will definitely return
Good sushi, waiter had a good and helpful personality, not rushed enjoyed our dinner will go again when back in the area.
I wanted to treat my family to a different type of cuisine for the holiday and choose Grace's Mandarian and it was an absolute great choice. The food was wonderful. It was my first time having lamb and what a wonderful introduction to the dish. I will definitely be adding lamb to my options of ordering when I go out to eat from now on. Gleachy's service was wonderful, very pleasant, hospitable, attentive and accommodating. When Im in the area again I will definitely visit again.
Came to Grace’s for Easter lunch. The food was delicious as usual. Our server was pleasant and things started off well, but he started to stay away for longer periods of time, not refill drinks, forgot what we requested, took very long to come back with requested items... Again the food was delicious and I usually have a great experience.
Graces is one of my favorite restaurants so I would normally do 5 stars but I didn’t care for my waitress this time around. Not rude but customer service didn’t seem like a priority for her.
We had a party of 10 for dinner. Everything we ordered was really tasty from the edamame, yellow tail through the rack of lamb. Drinks were also perfectly made! Great experience for our group. Service was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place!
Outstanding dining experience! Enjoyed the food and the service was excellent as usual!
The service is exceptional, the food was very good, the atmosphere is peaceful, the bathroom was clean and had a beautiful flower arrangement. Even the water served for the table had cucumber and lemon in it! I highly recommend this restaurant.
We really enjoyed the food and the service was very good. We would go back again,
Was here on business in November and couldn’t wait to come back. Easily the best sushi and Chinese food I’ve ever had. Ambiance is cool and service was knowledgeable and attentive. Definitely go!!
This was a weird experience. The ambiance and subtle touches suggest fine dining, so I was expecting elevated pan-Asian. But the food was more like if your neighborhood Chinese takeout spot stepped it up. We started with the crab rangoon. I was expecting classic crab rangoon, but improved. But it was exactly like delivery (oversweet, imitation crab) except had sprinkled shredded Mexican blend cheese on top (WHAT!? WHO!?).
We asked for the tea selection, expecting a curated lineup of excellent teas. The selection was small, but promising. However, when we received it, it was Mighty Tea. A run of the mill grocery store brand. Our server offered us honey, which my husband accepted... it was Sysco Food Service packets.
This kind of experience continued throughout the meal. My drunken shrimp udon was tasty, but oily and the shrimp were just overcooked. His sashimi platter wasn't bouncy and glossy, but dry. The lemon ginger cheesecake with wasabi whipped cream tasted like a freezer, had a soggy crust, and came with flavorless whipped cream that was already falling flat.
For a $100 lunch, I expect curation, deftly crafted flavor profiles, high-quality ingredients, perfect textures, and elegant platings. But what I got something on par with delivery Chinese. Not bad. Tasty, even. But not in any way elevated.
If you're accustomed to fine dining, do not go here. You'll be confused and disappointed.
Excellent service and diversity of options on the menu, including gluten free. Enjoyed our team dinner at Grace's Mandarin. Beautiful decor and nice sunset views.
