Seasoned with our signature spice blend, then glazed with our house-made barbecue sauce and grilled to perfection, served with seasoned fries, coleslaw and ranch-style beans.
8oz grilled steak on a bed of fresh mixed greens tossed in a blue cheese vinaigrette, with pickled red onions, red peppers and Roma tomatoes, finished with crispy shoestring onions and blue cheese crumbles.

Kyle is the best Server. So friendly, and patient.
Although there was a reservation available at 6:45, they close at 7. Their first words greeting us were “you have exactly 5 minutes to order”. Very disappointing greeting and set us up for a stressful experience. We received a honey mustard chicken sandwich with no honey mustard, and never received our drink (but we were charged for it). We left in 30 minutes. Will never go back.
Spare Ribs were delicious.
Server Jahan was very good and should be given a raise.
Burgers were good and cooked perfectly.

Food was ok (not bad) and the staffs were frieendly, but we had to keep asking 4 times each for extra stuffs like dishes, etc..
Service was slow. Food was mediocre. Bill was expensive

Great food and service. Just crazy the amount of taxes you pay in San Fran. That was an eye opener! Celebrated a birthday and it was really nice.
It was strange to eat at a tourist-destination restaurant post-COVID. I appreciate that this restaurant is still following health safety guidelines.
They should let you know tip is included in the bill. Never got refills on our drinks, asked how everything was but was very quick to take our plates away and give us our check.
I am on a special diet due to diabetes and Hard Rock Cafe accommodated my requested substitutions and modifications to the menu. I was still able to enjoy my meal despite the absence of sauces and frills. TY

First time eating at Hard Rock, food was very good but the service was so so. It wasn’t our waiters fault for o be honest, he had too many tables(at least 8 from what I counted at one point) and was running all over to keep with everyone on a holiday July 4th in a high traffic tourist spot which it was very busy. At this point with employment issues across the nation, I think this is the norm for awhile now.
The ribs were FANTASTIC and I’m from
Chicago we have good BBQ. They were back back ribs, but they so much meat I literally kept saying these have to be St Louis ribs because I have never seen so much meat on baby back ribs. Wife had the Tupelo tenders which were ok but not overly special at all.

Super fun dinner for 4th of july

Grilled chicken sandwich was dry. twisted Mac and cheese was not delicious. Kid didn’t like her chicken strips. Overall bad tasting food that was over priced. Service could of been better, waited for condiments and refills on water.
We are receipt 5779 on July 3rd.
1) food was dry as a biscuit. They even over cooked chicken tenders, the shrimp, and “their famous” steak burger. I ordered medium burger and it was very well done
2) service was so slow (but likely not waitresses fault).
3) our cocktails didn’t arrive until 30 minutes after we ordered. Cocktails were heavily watered down, I’m guessing they were sitting ready for 10+ minutes) and ice started to melt. Awful
4) the default tip that is automatically incorporated into bill may be impacting performance at this location.
It is clear they have a MAJOR staffing issue, but the food was so bad it could not use the covid-excuse. Awful. Will never take my family back there. I’m guessing this place will be out of business in 12-18 months.
Charged a 25% automatic gratuity for a table of 3. By far, this was least interesting Hard Rock Cafe I have been to. Very disappointing.
Poor service, very slow. Our meals did not come out of the kitchen together. 1 person received her meal 15 minutes after everyone else with no response or explanation from the staff. We had to flag the waiter down to inquire.
Staff in training. I actually emailed them to give feedback (rather than here) but no response. I guess it will settle when they get more used to the job. But this is one of the least good HRC, regardless of untrained and rude staff.
Absolute worst service ever. Our waiter was more into hanging out behind the bar chatting with bar goers than waiting tables. Manager had to come ask us if we wanted drinks 10 min after we sat down. She also took our food order , came out incorrect and we had to hunt waiter down to get the missing items.
We went for my daughters birthday, it wasn't as expected, melted ice cream, no singing or candle. I would not recommend for a birthday celebration. Service was also a little slow even though it was not that busy. The server was nice and accommodating.
Poor service. Needed a reservation even though there was plenty of empty tables, (if you didn’t have a reservation you could go online and book a reservation right there), they were using COVID as a reason but you were seated close together so definitely not 6ft apart. Gratuity 16% was added to the bill, they lost out bc I normally give 20%. We had an extra $50 in fees such as gratuity, liquor tax, food tax, employee tax, and another tax. They asked if we wanted a children’s menu, our son said no, ordered a cheeseburger off the main menu and they gave him the kids meal cheeseburger. Drinks were watered down. Food was ok. We go to Hard Rock every city and country that has one and this was by far the worst Hard Rock.
Good but with COVID, service was a look title slow.

Good food at a good price. We often eat at a Hard Rock when we travel and have learned to expect a certain standard. The food presented well and tasted great. The service in the restaurant, and in the Rock Shop, was fantastic. Another great visit to Hard Rock!
*For those of you visiting San Francisco for the first time there are a LOT of small local add ons to the bill. Not a problem here as the bill is fairly modest.

The food was not that great, and very pricey considering the quality of the food, there is so much added fees on your bill, you also need a reservation,I will never go back, I rather have had a hot dog on the Wharf, I dont like leaving bad reviews but I just have to be honest
Hard Rock was great! Be forewarned though, due to COVID they are only sitting a few tables so you will need a reservation in order to enjoy dinner.
I highly recommend making a reservation. The wait for a table on the weekend is often well over 1 hour without one.

Not the worst or best place to eat at in San francisco. i made a reservation before hand which i recommend because when we left the wait was 1hr+ The service was good everyone very kind my drink was good but my food i honestly didn't enjoy, my boyfriend ate my meal plus his i think its over priced for the quality and quantity of it but im a very picky eater my bf isn’t on the other hand and he liked his meal but said it coulda been better. Id give it another try but still think its over priced
The food taste terrible, spicy Bangkok Shrimp is poorly prepared , it taste s nothing but jalapeño. Cheese burger as well with half burned fries . We ordered the chicken tender as the way they served is disgusting .
I appreciated being given a table considering I was late getting there. I drove all the way from Modesto & had to pick up my friend and we had a hard time parking. Thank you for accommodating us.
Such a great experience! The staff was warm and friendly. The food came out fast and hot. It was a perfect Mother’s Day outing with my family. I would certainly return and I would strongly recommend this place to others.
6:30 reservation. Seated about that time. 6:40 waiter comes over and says you need to order right away - we’re closing at 7. Pushed out the door over the next 30 min.
Be clear to your customers. I get (now) there are Covid restrictions at the wharf. Be clear to your customers. And don’t be rude.
Birthday dinner gone way bad.
Disappointed there can be no sporting events on the TVs.
This was my first visit to this restaurant in over two-years, and we would visit again. This is the way every restaurant should be dealing with covid protocols nationwide. From the second we walked in, we felt like the staff was doing everything possible to make their guests feel safe and welcome, and the service was excellent.
