Hooters Orland Park
It was a busy Friday nite and service was great, and the food was delicious as well.
Service was slow. Hostess forgot to sit me after coming out of bathroom. Told my husband she would bring me to the table and didn’t. I was waiting to be seated, thinking my husband went to the bathroom as well. After 15 minutes, my husband came and got me.
Food, server, drinks all were great for our annual celebration. Only issue was the way the service charge/tip is handled. While I anticipated a tip to be included in our bill for our party greater than 6, I didn't expect the original bill to not be returned along with the copies to be signed. Then to have a tip line blank and suggested tips on those slips. Had I not paid attention I could have tipped a total of 40%. Deceptive? Again service was great but not a lot of additional work for our larger group.
It is a great place for some excellent wings. Kids loved it too
Food was very good but the service was really slow and the place could have been a little cleaner .
Our table had Monica from the Joliet Store as our server. As always, the service was impeccable !
Good food, quick service!
Seated right away on a busy Saturday thanks to our open table reservation
Using Open Door was great. However, the service at Hooters on this night was very lacking. It was at least 10-15 minutes before our server even acknowledged us. And she was gone for extended periods of time in between ordering our appetizer and main course. When my chicken sandwich came out it was tough and dry. I didn't even both sending it back because I would have had to wait for her to come back, them to cook it again and for her to bring it to me. We arrived at Hooters at 630 thinking we had plenty of time to make our 9pm movie in Frankfort, and really only ended up being about 20 min early, because that is how slow the service was.
Horrible service and sub par tasting food.
The reservation was made the day before because we had a large party and we were celebrating a milestone birthday. Two people checked in 1/2 an hour before our reservation. The rest of the party was there 10 minutes before the reservation. 15 minutes after our reservations the hostess called another large party. When I asked about our table she said she didn’t have it. She then said it was the To Go’s side’s responsibility. Finally I was asked if I wanted to see a manager. The manager said it was an oversight, that she was embarrassed, as was I with 11 people waiting but, it would be another 20 minutes, at least. 1/2 an hour after we should have been seated we left for another restaurant. It was my son’s 30th birthday. It put a real damper on the evening. I will never go there again.
Went for the wings, but not as meaty as we remembered and much smaller. Service a little slow.
The drinks and food were served extremely quick. However, the food was either old or reheated.
Hooters used to be our favorite place to eat. The quality has gone down in the last couple of years and the wait time for the food (even with no crowd), was over 40 minutes. Our server was great but sadly, the food was not. My crab legs were still frozen when they came out.
Very busy location. Quick and friendly service.
We went for my birthday and the food was good. It seemed they were a little understaffed or maybe spread too thinly with some trainees (our server was a trainee). Overall, our server was good (although she admitted she did not know the birthday song yet...her reaction was good when my wife told her it was my birthday and to please embarrass me!) She did organize the singing crew and they did a fine job!
Service very slow. Waitress was Hanna.
Took 50 minutes to get food. Orland Park Hooters poor service.
Samara did her thang’ my food was goodt
Best service ever by Karla! Thank you so much!
This is the first time I have not given this location a 5 star review. It was Father's Day and they were VERY busy. The problem was the ladies operating the seating section were either not properly trained or told not to fill all the tables for some reason!
My reservation through Open Table was for 5:00. I arrived at 4:50 and there were about 50 people waiting for a table. I gave them my name and they told me it would be at least 20 minutes because of "cleaning tables and stuff". So, we patiently waited off to the side watching several others get seated ahead of us after our reservation time but the real problem was I could see at least 3-4 tables that sat empty the whole time! At about 5:20, I asked the young lady who had the iPad (Gisselle - who appeared to be in charge of the operation) what time a 5:00 reservation would be honored. She looked at the list and I was only a couple from the top of the list and she said said hold on we'll seat you now (after pointing at something on the screen which I would guess was the fact I had a reservation). We were seated promptly in the bar area where I found about 7 more tables that were empty. Our server, Danielle was great! I could tell she was a bit frazzled by the huge crowd but she did a great job! The food was very good as usual - we had wings, crab legs and fish tacos and no leftovers!
I will go back there in the future but will probably steer clear of it on holidays (Hallmark or otherwise).
While very crowded for Father's Day our waitress did the best she could. We were a bit disappointed that there were out of some food items (we were there at 5 pm) but our food was good and fresh.
Awful, awful, awful! Our appetizer came out wrong and our food order came out wrong. They were not that busy when we were there!
My reservation was overlooked & had to wait an hour after my reservation to be seated.
I made reservations for 10 on line but when I arrived they said there was a 45 minute wait to be seated. When I asked them if they honored reservations they tried fitting 10 in a small high top table. Because my party included three seniors I said we couldn’t sit in a high top so the best solution was to separate my party into two tables. We were there to celebrate my son’s graduation and he was seated away from me.
We went to celebrate birthdays. We had our free boneless wing coupons to use. We had an enjoyable time, but the waitress took my phone from me to use my coupon. I didn’t really appreciate that.
The food is really good the only thing I didn't like it is when I arrive there my table was not ready. The waitress was really nice but we get our food first and then after 5 minutes they bring the silver Wars and the plates. I think she have a lot of tables to serve and she didn't have enough time to serve all those tables well.
Crab legs we so clean and so tasty! Boneless and chili/honey sauce on the shrinp is amazing!!! Hooters has the best of everything on that menu! Red Sangria is also soooo good!
I made a reservation for Mothers Day and when we arrived, we were told they weren’t taking reservations. We were a bit disappointed and thought we’d have to wait or leave but the hostesses were great and sat us right away anyways. The service was quick and on point, food was amazing (as always) and for how busy it was for the holiday, every thing came out in decent time.
Terrible service took 50 minutes to get our food it wasn't that crowded hostess was rude our waitress however was nice if it wasn't for her I would've got up and left
Seated immediately for our reservation. Waited over 45 min of food.
After waiting past 715 finally went up and asked how much further down the list they completely forgot about us at that point sat us as soon as they got a table but if I didn’t go up there they never would have sat us .The food was room temp the fries pieces, looked liked they were the bottom of the barrel, very disappointed
The food wasn’t the best. I’ve had better at other locations. Very subpar this go round.
I do not think the hostess know how to use the Open Table app, you go in and receive the same service as walk ups. No advantage using Open Table.
AND TRASH AGAIN
My family and I go there every year for my birthday. ORLAND Park usually isn’t bad but in the recent years service has gone down significantly.
My sister waited 5 minutes before she was even approached about a table and how many were going to be seated.
Our waters were never refilled; we asked a few times.
We waited 15 minutes to receive our check, come to find out when we asked she said she placed it on the table next to us.
The waitress was nice but everything was half-assed.
The waitress came to our table 6 times, mind you we had a table of 11. Once to meet and take our drinks, one for dropping our drinks off and taking our orders, once for dropping our food off, one to sing happy birthday, one to give us doggy bags, and the last to say bye.
Reservation set for 5:30, seated right away. Ordered almost immediately, food arrived an hour later at 6:40 with the restaurant only maybe 1/4 or 1/3 full at dinner time on a Friday. We had plans for after dinner which is why we selected wings, figuring it would be much quicker. We gave ourselves an hour and a half for dinner and barely made it out in time. The waitress maybe visited the table 3 times in the hour and a half we were there and she did not bring our food. The wings were smaller than I’ve ever seen and my sons hotdog came out cold as if they pulled it out of the fridge and threw it on the plate.
We love hooters but we’re extremely disappointed with this experience.
I never knew that there was a Hooters in Orland Park. My Son's Birthday was on Monday and our entire party truly enjoyed ourselves! The location was easy to locate and very spacious. Loved our waitress Milea. She was very accommodating. Thank you all so much. I /we will be back!🤗
I made reservations online and still waited about 30 min. to be seated. The food was horrible and very disappointing. There were also children running around and bumping into our chairs. The service was mediocre at best. After we finished our meal we were rushed from our table in order to accommodate another party since it was St Patrick
Day weekend and extremely crowded. I will never go there again!!!
Server was friendly and courteous. She provided us with perfect service.
