The food and our Server Chad was outstanding. Didn’t have to ask for anything Chad was on top of things and always checking on us.
Natalie was our server. She was great.
We used the Email offer to make a reservation and to get the $20.00 off our meals.
I used the gift cards I had purchased.
We all had different entrees and salads. I took photos!
We had cocktails, sodas and a flavored tea.
The Noise level was fine. A few times when we have dined there...it has been LOUD!
But that was fine. People get happy and talk loud.
We had 4 people in our group. We were able to eat and talk easily.
I even had the special Key Lime Pie. yum!!
Staff can become more aware of dairy, egg (non-vegan) ingredients.
A Birthday celebration with great service and plenty of food selections with portions taken home too! Keep doing what you do Horatio's and we'll keep coming.
I have eaten here scores of times, and never once have I been disappointed. The food is always excellent!
Horatio’s never disappoints. I had seafood fettuccine. It was amazing. Their bread is so yummy as is their crab artichoke dip
Will go back more often during spring and summer time to enjoy the beautiful sunset.
Checked in 35 min early with host, went to bar to wait for rest of party. Noticed uncleanliness of furniture /tables in bar....thankfully bar waitress checked cold beer glass as it was dirty. Dinner waiter didn’t arrive at our table for 10 min and then did not bring a drink menu. Once drinks & food were ordered.... drinks were missing, as were appetizers and entree’s. And entrees were served with dirty soup/ salad plates still in front of us with no where to put entrees down. This restaurant used to be a family favorite, hadn’t been here in a long time and don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon if ever.... food was excellent so it’s really a disappointment to have service ruin a great classic restaurant.

It was my 60th Birthday Dinner!! We had a fun and wonderful time and our waiter Chad was awesome!!

Horacios was definitely off on the day of our lunch. It took forever for the food to come and the food went to two tables before it made it to our table. The food was warm at best. Nothing was hot.
One person in my party wanted a salad with dressing on the side but when the salad arrived the dressing was already on it and the explanation was “it comes like that” even though we weren’t told that when we ordered it and we have had the dressing on the side every other time we went to the restaurant.
We wanted brunch but didn’t arrive until 2:15 so we weren’t able to order off the brunch menu but that’s our fault.
Lastly, we came because of an email promotion of getting $25 off by joining the rewards program but it wasn’t automatically applied to our bill.
On the positive side our server was really sweet. She was nice and very friendly.

We have been to Horatio's several times over the years for breakfast/brunch, but this was our first dinner there. We decided to make a dinner visit with for their Leap Day (2/29) prix fixe menu. With 7pm reservations, we started with about 15-20 minutes for our table to be ready. It was crowded and loud that night. On getting to our table, we were fairly quick to order, and here we were at 7:30pm and they were already completely sold out of the prime rib. Hey...it happens...but here was evidence of poor planning. So we opted for the salmon. Our dessert orders were also placed right away after we had to substitute for the salmon. And...5 minutes later, we were told they ran out of one of the two desserts...a creme brulee. My spouse has a gluten allergy, and essentially the dessert menu had nothing GF besides the creme brulee.
Our waitress. Morgan, was doing an excellent job managing her tables on this crowded evening, so my 3-star review reflects 5 stars for her, 2-stars for most else this evening.
Salmon - strange combo. Garlicky peppercorn cream sauce was delicious, but the salmon was glazed with what tasted like a maple sugar glaze. The pairing was just off. Good salmon and good portions of everything. Dessert...my key lime pie was good. Morgan offered my wife any dessert since they ran of out prime rib and creme brulee, so she asked if they could do ice cream and put some of the raspberry coulis on it that is used for the cheesecake. What she got was the children's strawberry sundae. Seriously...kitchen messed that one up. And it was soft serve, not ice cream. So that was just a total miss.
Note to Management: Make a much better estimate when you run specials like this, or you're only going to get 1-3 star reviews from even your repeat customers.
Meals were all very good and service was excellent. We had not been to the restaurant is a few years since moving out of the area. It seemed like a light crowd for a Friday evening.

We come here very frequently over the last 15 years. Husband order was wrong and we weren’t checked in. Valentine’s Day was a disaster as I had my reservations set and they even sent me a text reminder but for some reason once we got there they didn’t have it in their system. Certain hostess can be very rude and the lady “D” who takes group reservations was extremely rude and a terrible experience to make simple arrangements with.
Victor was a great waiter, as always. He always anticipates our needs and fulfills our
requests perfectly. The food and service is always great at Horatio's.
Food definitely has decreased in quality as well as taste. My favorite for years had been the crab & artichoke dip, and I was totally disappointed that the recipe seemed to have changed to be like any other ordinary dip. The braised short ribs were unappetizing and non-appealing. The steelhead special was dry and overcooked. Overall, it was an extremely unsatisfactory and disappointing experience.
Great spot. Food was good. They where out of oysters very disappointed. Husband ordered NY steak wasn't the best tasting. My Steelhead was excellent. Server was pleasant and nice. Did take along to get food but we would come back

This used to be one our favorite go to restaurants. We were there last night 2/15 with reservations booked on Open Table at 7pm. We got there and were told there was a glitch in the system and there was still going to be a 45 minute wait. I asked how long have you known about this? She said for hours... so why couldn't they have called folks with reservations and let them know?! We waited at the bar and asked to speak to a manager. The manager never came and instead they used the tables in the bar area to sit people - which was fine with us. For $40-$50 plate, you'd expect pretty damn good service - instead the waitress talked to us like we were eating a Chili's. Barely cracked a smile and was very short, but she apologized since they were incredibly busy. Then the food came and our steaks were overcooked. We ate it because we were starving and why complain when the manager didn't even come the first time. So disappointed with the service and food here - this use to be more of a fine dining experience but it's so run down and you might as well get the same steak at black angus for half the price.
Our server Chad was amazing!!!! Attentive to our needs even though they were super busy with Valentine’s Day weekend. The lobster and prime were off the roof! Hats off to the chefs, line cooks and servers. Very satisfying evening. Even the management went out of their way. And the view was great, the nautical feel was amazing too.
I made a reservation for 5pm for 5 people in the bar to celebrate my sister's 55th birthday. We usually get great service both from the bar and kitchen. I blame the low rating on their GM who apparently did not schedule enough back waiters (bussing and delivering food) and Bartenders (that should have been back to back over a holiday weekend). It took 40 minutes to get our drinks (2 Cadillac Margaritas, 1 bottle of wine and 1 lemonade). Then we had to place our orders and it took another 35-40 minutes. When I saw one of the cooks/chefs actually delivering 2 plates to a 2 top I about flipped out! Get in the kitchen and cook!! We are out here with nothing on the table. Our food sat under the heat lamps (the creamy pesto pasta sauce was dark and congealed) and the Chicken Dijon was warm. We were so hungry we all ate it. Additionally, the waiter never came back to ask if we needed/wanted additional bread (which is part of their service). I was sad that my sister's special birthday was a dud.

Made reservations for 9:45 didn't get a table until 10:45. The steak dinners resembled a applebees steak dinner with Steak house prices. Paid 12$ for jumbo prawns, and got only 3 small shrimp. Way over priced for the quality food. Spent 200$ for two steak dinners and a bottle of wine, felt like I could have got the same thing at a franchise restaurants like Applebee or chills.
I normally love this place when it’s not a holiday. Valentine’s Day was a pretty horrible experience. They were overbooked and behind on reservations 45 minutes to 1 hr. When I got seated the kitchen was really backed up too. My 9:15 reservation got me out of Horatio’s about 11:30pm. I normally have this place rated high but on this day it was bad. Probably won’t do Valentine’s Day there ever again.

They severely overbooked this evening. The wait for people with reservations was 45mins to an hour. I stayed patient and positive since of course it was a Valentine’s Day Friday. However, the wait was pretty bad for all of those people to have reservations.
Went on a busy night (valentines) so took a while to get seated even though we had reservations. However, the food was great. I’d love to go back on a regular day.
It was a really bad overall experience last night. We had to wait one hour in order to have a table for us to sit down. What is the point of making a reservation.
Had reservations for Valentine’s Day made reservations a month in advance for 7:30 PM when we arrived at the restaurant there was a line going out the door. staff was in total disarray. we were told we had to stand in line to check in and then again we were told that the line we were in were people waiting who had already checked in .

Our server was great very apologetic we weren’t served our dinners until 930pm. Ordered calamari appetizer with artichoke hearts there was more artichoke hearts than anything. We are not at attending restaurant anymore on a holiday obviously they triple book tables and creates a very bad dining experience
It was Valentine’s Day and they were overbooked.
We arrived at 715p for our 730p reservation, (there was a huge crowd stacked up in the entry), we checked in, and we were told “it’s about a 25min wait...”, so about 740p, right?
We didn’t get to our table until 815p.
Once seated, everything was fine from there. Service was excellent, food arrived fresh and hot, we had the fried calamari appetizer and ordered the crab stuffed mahi mahi and the roasted salmon, both were excellent choices! Everything was great! Jasmine was our server, she was also great!!
Had a 7:15 pm reservation. Showed up at 7:05. There was a line to check in. When we checked in at 7:15, they were still trying to seat people from the 6:30 seating. It was obvious the wait would be about an hour. We told the hostess we were leaving and went elsewhere. They were grossly overbooked. Sad!
I love Horatio's, that's why I gave most of the categories 5 stars. But something went terribly wrong on Valentine's day. Did you overbook? They tried to tell us it was because of the holiday, but I've gone every year for 17 years and never encountered what happened that evening. We waited nearly an hour and a half for a table that I had booked a month before Valentine's day. It was standing room only, no chairs to sit in, and impossible to wait in the bar. Yes, you gave out free champagne, but after my 4th glass, I wasn't feeling happy, I was feeling disgruntled. What's the point of making a reservation if you don't honor it? We had plans after dinner which we had to miss. It was either that, or skip dinner, as it would be impossible to get in anywhere else on that night. Not sure why you ask for special instructions; I ask for a window seat every year, and never get it, even though I always book early. Anyway, quite disappointing, but the waiter was wonderful and the food was delicious as always.
Did not honor our high top seating reservation. Seated us in the bar. Disappointed

It was Valentines Day, expected it to be busy but not as busy as it was.
We requested a window table, got a table next to a window table.
We'll still go there but not on Valentines Day.
