Food was great and service was very good and quick. The issue we had was the smoking and we understood you can smoke in the restaurant but when being seated we requested the non-smoking section but was told the entire restaurant was non-smoking till like 9pm however at 8 there were three tables behind us that started smoking and we could not enjoy the evening anymore.
Convenient if you're already at the casino or staying the night there, but I won't go back any time soon.
It was only 7PM and they were already out of ribs!!
The french onion soup was salty also!
The coconut shrimp was really good and our waitress was awesome!!
Service was good but the food leaves a lot to be desired?
I’ve been a regular at your club, and I have gradually watched your numbers drop very consistently! This table service is a total rip off! People don’t pay anything at the door when they can go around the corner in the casino and pay nothing! Listen to a great band dance and have whatever you want to drink!
This place needs to get it together with their understanding of what a reservation means. I made a reservation for 10pm for a table. Was told upon arrival that if anyone who wanted bottle service showed up we'd have to leave our table.
Our Server was amazing - They made accomodations to hold & decorate our cake - The DJ was the bestest! The seating was perfect - The space was spacious & engaging.
Amazing food. Phenomenal service! Cant wait to come back. Felt like we were in Vegas!
Food wasn't anything special, they didn't have a drink menu, a wine menu, or a dessert menu available. The dessert we ordered was awful. there was not one apple and the ice cream melted so it was basically a bowl of dairy soup.
It was our first time eating at Vegas Baby. The food was fine - nothing crazy good for the price. Our server Stephen was not very good at all. We tried really hard to be patient but drink refills were hard to come by, I couldn't get any splenda for my ice tea, one gal from our table didn't get her food with the rest of us because it wasn't put in for some reason, my beer was rung up at 2 different prices .... it was just one thing after another. He was trying but it was just a hot mess. Then we were told we had to give up our table for the evening/night club part of the night after dropping over $200 on food for that specific purpose AND we all had to pay an additional $5 cover for the band. We didn't get any information on the "table service" to hold a booth even though we spent quite a bit of money. It was just a deflating 1st experience at Vegas Baby to say the least.
It was great! Much better than my visit in October. Our server was very attentive too. Our food was delicious and the atmosphere was great!
The meal was a mixed bag - appetizers were tasty and great value (Shrimp Cocktail and Potato Spring Rolls), and my wife’s Fried Chicken entree was excellent. Unfortunately I ordered the Ribeye Steak Sandwich which was inedible - tough as old boots and full of gristle. The staff did offer to replace it, however my wife would have finished her meal by the time it would have been recooked. If the server had checked back on our table within the first few minutes we could have probably rescued the situation, however it was a full 10 minutes after the entree’s came before any member of staff came near our table. Our server was happy to remove the entree from the bill, which was good.
didn’t care for food. it wa just ok. also we had a party of 20and wait staff would only give two checks..hard to divide between that many people. oukdnt come back.
we went for New Years Eve , this is our 3rd time and as always had a great time!
the only thing was our seating was a little off instead of one table for 4, they sat us
at 2 little tables for 2. But outside of the seating the food and drinks were great
We loved everthing about this restaurant, great food and entertainment.
Food tasted good. Meatloaf was great, Lobster Roll could have used more lobster. Shrimp cocktail was poor as it was clearly made well in advance.
It seemed to be a fun place, with a big movie screen in the back with clips of old Vegas movies playing and also what seems to be a very interesting feature on movies, people, places and stars that made Vegas Vegas. I would have loved to seen it with the sound on.
Service was a little slow once the food arrived, beverages could have used a quicker refill and our table was never pre-bussed... even after we got the check (which took too long to arrive) the waitress never removed the plates.
Staff was slow and inattentive. Our server was not knowledgeable about the menu. I asked specific questions because of a food intolerance. The server told me that he would not know what was in the food and asked ME if the menu stated the ingredient was in the food; he reasoned that if the ingredient was not listed on the menu, it was not in the food. He did not offer to ask the kitchen and I was brought a dish that contained the ingredient I should not eat. If you're going to Blue Cheap, eat at William B's Steakhouse instead.
Was told couldn’t sit in our booth where we ordered food and drinks, because someone had gotten bottle service service. After moving the booth right next to the one I was in was empty! Also the people never ordered bottle service! I found you waitstaff and female bartenders too be rude and not know how to make something as easy as a lime drop! All I had to say was really? Also there was no lightning! How could you even open the doors without lights! I slipped in the bathroom and when I can back I had to give my seat up! Thought I was in the twilight zone! My number is 2195886571 feel free to give me a call!
Service was not timely.
Took a while to get service. Had to flag down a server and ask to be waited on. Good too a while. My fries weren't very warm. My friend's salmon was under cooked. They did fix. But was a bit frustrating.
It wasn't clear when we made the reservation that due to renovations at The Game the It's Vegas Baby menu was not available and the restaurant was converted to The Game. The food was good, but our waitress was not. She forgot my husband's drink order to start with. When she brought us our food she didn't bring plates first so we had to sit about 5 minutes before we could start eating. She would walk right by our table and not even glance in our direction to see if we needed anything. The table sitting next to us commented to us that they would not be so patient. Other than the service everything was fine.
The menu was good. The potatoes soup is amazingly good, price was standard. Would have liked to see larger portioning for drinks and soup size. (Bud light on tap).
Wife's salmon dinner was very good according to her. However, my porterhouse steak which I ordered medium came back very well done, almost burned. Waitress agreed and sent it back. Next one came back medium wellat best but by that time I just said nothing.
Problem is probably while they advertise it as 16 oz. it is a very thin porterhouse. Cooks need to work on the porterhouse steak. I do not advise ordering it.
They did comp us two desserts for our trouble.
We came here for our first year anniversary and were blown away at how good the food was. Came back for our four year anniversary because we had been telling every single person we met how good it is. Though this trip to say the least was not a great experience. I got the pork shank and it was unflavorful and the sauce was over the top sweet that just did not do it for me. Wife got the lobster ravioli dinner and it was baked to the point that everything was dried out, pasta dry, and lobster was tough and dry. She was going to try and get more sauce to help but unfortunately the waitress disappeared for long periods of time, and by the time she came back we were ready to go. I will say when she was at the table she was very pleasant and friendly. We were disappointed as we had loved this place very much, most likely will not be back anytime soon.
Always great food, and wide variety of dining choices.
Restaurant had one other couple; attempted to seat us next to where the food comes out! Server screwed up the drink order; seemed like she knew nothing about being a server. Charged us twice for the evening; had to spend time in the Emerald office to get this straightened out. Blue Chip has restaurant problems! Also, a tray of used plates was dropped by the busser!
The service was horrible and the manager was rude.
My friends and I had a great time.Everyone was very nice.Someone spilled a drink on the dance floor and I went up to the bar to get something to wipe it up.Before reaching the bar,I slipped on another spill that was left on the floor.I got up in total embarrassment and pretended it didn’t happen. My friend got me ice and later a gentleman introduced himself as a medic and checked on me.I am an X-ray tech and told him that it seemed fine.I am very bruised and have a small chip in my wrist ,but I think I will live.I appreciate someone checking on me .It wouldn’t stop me from coming back to your place.Music and service was great.I’m not quick to sue anyone. But watch out for those floors. Many people would take advantage of that.
I usually have the Par-a-dice (fried chicken) which is great. But other items on the menu are just too spicy or strangely prepared. Like who ever heard of putting BBQ sauce in meatloaf or dumplings that are hard balls of flour in chicken 'dumpling soup that aren't even cooked? The shrimp cocktail sauce is also very spicy. Nothing like the items at William B's.
The food was mediocre. It's been quite some time since I have eaten there, and I probably won't hurry back.
I would recommend as a place if you wanted to sit down away from the crowd. Food was average, service was average, although our server was very friendly, nothing made the experience stand out as memerable. Seated at 6, took almost an hour for food (place was not busy.) no drink menu. Server couldn’t tell me drink options. Girl at the host stand was a little heavy to be wearing the spanks bottoms. She would have been much cuter and more presentable in a miniskirt( if you’re going to show thigh) they just didn’t fit her well. Overall it was an average experience nothing great
food was great. did not stay for the band but have in the past and usually always really good music and lots of fun!
Do not get the drunken chicken. No flavor and it tastes like rubber.
It is a good option for those seeking an alternative to the other restaurant choices at Blue Chip. The food was good and the service was excellent.
We paid a lot of money for just very mediocre food. I was disappointed that my $15 Chinese Chicken Salad was literally just cabbage, a couple mandarin oranges and less than 1 oz. of chicken. Bad. Also, we had reservations because we wanted a table for the band playing later in the evening. Then we were charged $5 cover per person while the table next to us didn't have to pay because they said they weren't going to stay....they stayed and got away without having to pay. This was BS. This will be the last time we ever go there!
We love to go and have a great night out with friends! Thanks to the great service we get from being seated, to our server, and our food and drinks! Also we love to stay for the band! Thanks for always letting us keep our seat! You are all awesome!
Usually this is a great place to eat and reasonably priced and offers a great menu selection but I had the worst possible service this last time. It was nearly 20 minutes before I ever seen my waitress and the place wasn't busy. Once our food was served my girlfriend requested some mayonnaise on the side and we were done eating before the waitress ever brought it. It only takes one bad person to ruin the experience.
We actually ate there two nights this past weekend. Most of our meals were good except for the ribs. They were tough and needed a steak knife to cut the bones apart. Salmon and drunken chicken were good. Portions were good. Prices reasonable and the Friday night early menu 3 courses for $23 was a good deal. Service was so so even though they weren't crowded. Had to keep asking for water refills. It was convenient when staying at the Blue Chip. I tried to book through Open Table for 8 people and it wouldn't allow it, thinking they were booked, I called and got the reservation changed without problem. Come to find out we were the only ones there at the time of our reservation so not sure what the issues was?
Very relaxing, Great for a date, Valentine’s Day or Anniversary. I recommend the Blue Chips, very delicious
Wasn't the best experience at Blue Chip. We normally go to William B's but decided to give this a try at Vegas Baby - Soup was awesome - Potato soup - desert awesome - Cheesecake - however the main meal was not the best. Food came out with potatoes and green beans cold. Steak was warm. By the time the potatoes came back warmed, the steak was then cold. The timing just wasn't correct. However, will try again. Waitress very cordial but we could tell she was new to her position. Everything we asked her she said she wasn't "allowed to ". Like box up our to go boxes. I'm sure there is a better way to say that.
