Fabulous experience at Grand Cru! Everything from good to staff was excellent. Wine selection is very good. I highly recommend this resturant in Ballston area.

We did the First Year Anniversary Omakase and it was such a lovely experience! I’m not a huge coffee person but the flavors were lovely. I also enjoy that they give you a shot of espresso with most of the drinks and that they encourage you to try a little bit in your drink and increase the amount of espresso if you want to. It’s a very customizable experience and I didn’t leave feeling over caffeinated! It was very well balanced. I will say though, I think we caught the staff in the middle of a shift change during our experience. We sat for 30 mins without anyone checking-in on us. At the end, we had a different server attend to us. The people on either side of us, who had the same timing of their reservation left long before we did. It’s a $42 experience, so I’m not expecting Michelin star service, but that did affect my experience.

This is the best place the food is so good and the service is amazing.
