An excellent 'new' cornerstone for the town of St. George. Start out your Friday or Saturday night here at one of St. George's BEST dining options, along with an outstanding bar to accompany your dining selections! The food is fantastic! Fresh vegetables can accompany (a la carte share plates) your main selection (have the steak!) and the flavours will not disappoint either. The staff are enthusiastic and appear to truly enjoy their entertainment and dining environment. A special note to the bar staff who make an EXCELLENT smoked-version of a Manhattan!

While in St. George, we met a gentleman and asked his opinion as to the best restaurant in town. There was no hesitation when he told us that Aragosta was the best. We immediately made reservations. Our experience was better than expected. When we arrived, we were immediately seated and quickly greeted by Chef Imi, who made us feel very welcome in his restaurant. We were pleased with his personal attention during the evening. The food was superb. The red pepper gouda soup was so tasty that I could have made it my full meal! My salmon was cooked perfectly, exactly the way I prefer it. My wife enjoyed her pan-seared sea bass as well. Each entree was presented with an eye-pleasing vegetable medley. When in St. George, Aragosta is a must visit restaurant. My sincere compliments to Chef Imi and his staff.

This was our first time eating here. It was very good and the portions are amazing! I will say the server seemed very busy (good for her) and maybe needed more help but she was amazing.

We had an outside table which had a beautiful view! The food was amazing as well as the wine choices!
