Burnt offerings is a collaboration between Chef Jennifer Eckmann and entrepreneur Alexandra Emtsova. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in restaurant and catering business and Alexandra has over 10 years of experience working in Luxury Industry. The Jewish community is growing rapidly in the Valley and with more people coming to visit Las Vegas every year, the city needs more options for Kosher food.

They studied the market and realized that it’s already flooded with similar Mediterranean options.

Las Vegas has a strong Israeli population that has the needs for middle eastern cuisine, but that does not satisfy everyone’s tastes.

At Burnt Offerings we decided to showcase a unique fusion of food from different types of cuisine that is, “GREAT FOOD, THAT SO HAPPENS TO BE KOSHER!”More
