Service was great, steak was tiny. Not happy. Much better deal at Flemings.

Final day of outdoor dining pre Covid shut down. LB was not busy at 2 yet our waiter was so inattentive it was amazing. After 30 minutes, my daughter actually had to get up from the table in order to get him to come over and take our order. Two tables who came in after us had their food before our order was ever even taken. Very poor service.

Oysters were tiny and overdressed. Steak was not served hot. Nobody explained that an order of brussel sprouts would feed 4-6 people as a side dish. Lobster bisque was nice but also not served hot. And this place is expensive. I would have been happier at in & out burger. On top of all this I was also charged twice - over $200 for what i ordered which was correct - but an add'l charge of $146 for i don't know what. I've disputed the charge but I feel i shouldn't have to suffer like this for going to a nice restaurant. what a complete flop. i will never return and never refer this place

Food was great. I couldn't get enough of the red wine steak sauce. Would definitely come back and get that. Delicious cocktail as well. Worth the price.

Amazing food & service as always. Our server Korraine was exceptional with her knowledge of wine. Mgr Mark was on hand to make the evening fun as well.
Sad we'll be missing dining here for the next few weeks coz of the shelter in place.

Ferric time and our waiter Rob was terrific!

I reserved the table for 2 and I added a note that it's for a birthday celebration. I thought outdoor dining would be just fine just like the outdoor seating on the sidewalk before the pandemic.
However, the host lead us to a whatever rectangle table with five chairs, even the sidewalk seatings were all open. The waiter didn't check with us regarding the birthday celebration, nor checking with us and see if they should turn on the nearby heater.
The food was good, but I felt the services were missing.

Travis, our server, was exceptional. He was attentive, timely, and knowledgeable.

The only reason there were not 5 stars for everything is because of the RIDICULOUS requirements of having to eat outside and having to close by 10 because of city wide mandates. This is not LB Steaks fault but it did take away from the experience. The food and service were EXCELLENT!!

The service was good, the sides ( scallops and Mac and Cheese) very good. We ordered boneless ribeyes.
They had too much pepper for our taste. Wish I would have know that in advance so I could have told our server light salt & pepper pls!
Overall good experience but won’t order such expensive cut again without asking more questions about how they season steaks.

Great food and service! They did amazing on their outdoor seatings. We have never felt safer.

The team at upper management do a phenomenal job providing the entire package when dining out. Excellent customer service and the chefs know how to deliver a great tasting meal.

Tomahawk steak for two was great! Perfectly seasoned, very juicy, and cooked perfectly medium. The mushrooms were excellent along with the prawns (appetizer). The mac and cheese was ok. The mashed potatoes were very salty. Finally, the desert was great, creme brule and the bread pudding. Would recommend and are coming back.

We enjoyed our 51st wedding anniversary at LB Steakhouse. The waiter was wonderful and made the perfect selection for my wine. I absolutely looooove the baked potato, our hors d'oeuvres, salad, and entree. That extra nice touch of the dessert to acknowledge our special day was so appreciated!

We've dined that LB 3 or 4 times over the past few years. Always a great meal. This time, my wife ordered the scallops - very good! I, as usual, had the rib-eye med rare. Good flavor - but a bit too much grissel. Since it's advertised as a Prime cut...I was not expecting to navigate around the grissel.
Service was excellent - as usual. Great wine selection - and excellent dessert (Bread Pudding).
We'll continue to go back...but was a bit disappointed this time.

The food was ok and pricey!

It was our Ann so we decided to go there for dinner. We had received some gift cards so decided to use it then. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful throughout the evening. I thought the entree I got was ok as did my husband. It was a nice evening out.

Hi LB, Normally I don’t write negative reviews. However, the 4 steaks, 1 fish, and French fries were too salty. And...I like my meat salty. So...I would talk to your chefs and give the feedback. This was on 11/6 Saturday. I feel that for what I paid...it was not worth what I paid. The drinks and the bone marrow was excellent.

My boyfriend and I decided to have a date for halloween and go eat on Santana Row. We’ve been here before but this time we tried the Japanese Wagyu and it was AMAZING! We may have went a little too overboard with how much food we ordered but it was all worth it. Our waiter was very kind but very busy he took a while with drinks but besides that he was great.

As always food was amazing! LB is one of the rare places that knows how to make a juicy medium well steak. Our server was awesome. She was very sincere and helpful.

I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday dinner, so it was meant to be a very special date night. We come to Santana Row regularly to dine (about 4-5 times monthly), and LB Steak is a place we save more for special occasions. When we arrived, I quietly mentioned to the hostess that it was his birthday, and she then told her co-host who seated us. Dinner was good, and what stood out most was the pork belly, which was the best we’ve ever had anywhere. My filet was overseasoned, salty, and too ‘done’, but it was graciously replaced with a new one that was cooked per my original request. We had a good amount of leftovers, so we asked for to-go boxes. After that, our server brought our check and left it on the table. I was surprised and extremely disappointed that no birthday dessert was brought to the table, and I didn’t say anything because I was hoping it was delayed. I waited a bit, and still nothing. In fact, our server didn’t even ask us if we wanted to see a dessert menu. So it made us feel like we were being rushed out, and this took away from what should’ve been an elevated dining experience. This has never, ever happened before anywhere, and certainly not what we expected from a place like LB Steak. This was definitely the most incomplete and insensitive birthday dinner we’ve ever had. I wanted to speak to a manager about it, but I didn’t want to taint the evening any more than it had been already. And honestly, when $200 is spent on dinner, one shouldn’t have to ask for these things.
