Very intimate setting and friendly atmosphere.
Nice, cozy place with friendly servers and flavorful food from a very expansive menu. I am definitely going back. This little gem has been in operation for 10 years. Only (minor) complaint is that the harmonica and piano musicians were a little to loud for my enjoyment over dinner.
Excellent! Always excellent! Keep it up!
Its a jewel in the middle of Ayer MA center. The wait staff was great, everybody is friendly and upbeat.
Make a point to give it a try, but call for reservation because seating is limited.,
Fantastic as usual!!
Always an excellent choice! Thank you Lauren and great to see you Matt!
We went to this restaurant since we were only staying for the weekend. But I did have to say, we did make reservations on open table a few days prior and they did confirm that when we walked in but when we got there it took a little while for our table to be ready. Other than that, the service was really nice. The food took a little long but it was a busy night and it came out amazing. I would recommend this place!
We have been to Lucia’s several times and have always enjoyed it. Will return often.
The food was delicious, the service was great and the ambiance just right. For a great evening out to dinner check out Lucia's in Ayer.
We decided to sit at the bar and the bartender was very pleasant and had served us before. The food did not disappoint.
Meal was just ok, Over priced! Good service, small place, good environment.
Food and service were wonderful. There were lots of menu options. In our party of 4 we each had a different entree and they were all cooked to perfection and was delicious. I highly recommend it.
Lucia is a wonderful little restaurant. We go back time and time again. Food and service are excellent.
We just love this place. t he owners are great, Manager Matt is so personable. We had the lobster, shrimp and pasta dish, salmon special and Three Fighting Sister's, which is a regular on the menu. All were wonderful. You will need reservations.
This is our 4th time at Lucia Tavola’s and it won’t be our last. Everything was absolutely perfect. We love it!
The food was very good with ample proportion so we didn't go home hungry. The service was excellent - waitresses were very attentive to refills and such. We will be returning!
Everything was great! Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The food, the prices, the ambience, especially the Italian music. Our waitress Allyson was excellent, very friendly, attentive and informative. I told my co workers about your restaurant and they put it on their list. Thanks for a lovely evening out. We will be back.
Always a great meal at Lucia's. My second time here in the last week and it never disappoints. Service is always efficient but not intrusive, noise level is comfortable, ambience is amazing. And the food is sublime. Never once been disappointed - always look forward to coming back.
Wonderful restaurant, atmosphere, great food and drinks.
Birthday dinner was great
I had friends visiting from out of town and needed to make a last minute reservation and luckily we were accommodated! Enjoyed the delicious food and tremendous service. Lucia’s never disappoints!
Fantastic restaurant. Always awesome food and service!!
It’s a very welcoming restaurant. Smaller and very good Italian food. Wait staff does a great job.
The food was very good. Our waiter was pleasant and helpful. The noise level was quite. Which made for a very enjoyable night out of me and my wife. Will definitely go back again!
A return trip to Lucia's Tavola to bring family. We have always enjoyed the food and service here, and this was another really good experience (maybe the best). The Ricotta Arancini and Dolce E Salato appetizers were excellent, as was the entre I had (nice seafood Aqua Pazza, and a tasty white wine sauce). We love the cenci desert - all in all a very nice meal!
This is a little gem of a place in the Nashoba Valley area. Everything about our two dining experiences at Lucia's Tavola was exceptional. The food is amazing in that it is beautifully prepared and presented—very flavorful. The service is warm and friendly and professional. The interior space is inviting, and wonderfully decorated. Everything about Lucia's is excellent!
Delicious food, from the scratch kitchen! Wonderful wait staff. Matt was very attentive. Highly recommend the ricotta arancini, the grilled chicken pasta pesto, and the cenci for dessert to SHARE. We were a party of 7. We will be back!
This hidden gem is a must for those living north of boston in the 495 belt - very cute and cozy environment, great food and a friendly staff at reasonable prices - we've been to Lucia's a lot recently and it never disappoints - love the calamari, the chix parm, the fruiti dam-are .....all good choices. Can't wait to come back for more
From our entrance with Matt who sat us and Jaime our server everything was AWESOME! The appetizer was scallops with a bacon and horseradish jelly, Delicious!! We both had a surf and turf. My fiancé had a fillet with lobster ravioli and shrimp with a red sauce, Delicious ( I had some ). My was filet with sautéed lobster in butter on top which was on top of the BEST garlic mashed potatoes ever. A bottle of La Linda Malbec wine and split a chocolate lava cake. So full but to delicious not to finish. Save the trip to Boston and enjoy the most amazing Italian restaurant anywhere!! A six out of 5 stars. Bill & Denise
Mediocre food, average service. Will not return
Great food and service
I have been to the restaurant several times and have always had a wonderful meal. It is a gem in the town....
Every aspect of our anniversary dinner at Lucia’s was superb! The seafood risotto was beyond amazing. A gem of a restaurant.
We've been here many times, but it's not a favorite-doesn't feel authentic and can be inconsistent. This time, we had a nice spot in the window, which felt private and quiet. The meat-and-cheese plate, although acceptable, was nothing special--paper-thin slices of deli meat and cheese you could get at Hannaford's. Bread was very good. Husband's chicken piccata was OK, but side of pasta he requested on top was overcooked, cold, and clumped together. My eggplant Napoleon was pretty good, with sauce and cheese between the layers and crispy eggplant slices. It was a healthy serving and I couldn't eat most of it, so I asked for it to be boxed up to take home. Got to the car before realizing waitress had not brought my take-home box back to the table. The cappuccino machine frother was not working--they had already poured the coffee, so they suggested an "Americano," which was fine. The fried dough dessert was very good. Overall, it was a mixed bag. We've had better meals here. We'll be back, but not very often, just for a change from our usual spots.
The food is simply superb. The service slso was flawless, in spite of the restaurant being crowded.
Awesome as always. Best Italian food and best service around.
We eat at Lucia’s a few times a year and always enjoy ourselves. The appetizers and entrees are delicious. Make sure you try the stuffed dates for an appetizer.
Service by Shayna was outstanding. Timing and knowledge was spot on.
Always the best!!
