    We've been at this restaurant several times and enjoyed it. Not so much on this visit. Good: 1) Chance to browse their excellent collection of retail wines and choose one for dinner, with only a $10 corkage charge. 2) The crispy duck my wife enjoyed. Bad — terrible, really: 1) The live music. Two singer/guitarists were simply intrusive all evening. The hairy one had a really irritating voice, fingernails on a blackboard level. While background piano or guitar is usually pleasant during dinner, live singing is not. We were eager to leave the restaurant when we finished. 2) I ordered a double-cut pork chop ($44). This was way out of my usual price comfort zone, but I thought if I was gonna do it, Marché Bacchus was the place. What I was served I could have cooked up better with my Calphalon at home, ingredients from Albertson's. This specimen was, maybe, 3/4 inch thick, single bone, a strangely shaped elongated oval. A haze of (maybe - they were tasteless) sweet potato threads strewn there upon, and three mini-slivers (crab apple size) of "baked apple" that turned out to be the best thing on the plate. The chop was dry, tasteless, not particularly tender, without a smidgen of sauce or a fleck of seasoning. I should have sent the thing back, but it was late, we were tired (service that evening was pretty pokey), and we'd about had it with the music by that time (see No. 1 above). Oh ... and the 44 bucks — Albertson's has bone-in pork loin chips for $7.99 lb. And I don't charge myself a corkage fee at home. Maybe we'll go back to Marché Bacchus, but at our age I'n not sure we'd chance wasting another evening there like this one. Bon Appetit.

    It was thanksgiving and our anniversary with my wife plus our first time in Las Vegas. We’ve booked a table in this restaurant and was expecting to have a dinner at the table, but it all ended up being at the bar… We were running little bit late, arrived 6 min later than it was planned, I called 15 minutes before we come that we are being little bit late and asked not to give up on us with the table. They said it’s all fine you can be later. We came in and right after us other couple went inside and we all were sent to seat at the bar. To say more, there were 5 more couples sitting and waiting for their queue at the bar. I just can describe how disappointing was that evening, I will never recommend this place to anyone even with the reservations, they just don’t understand what reservations are made for. 15 min grace isn’t exist in this place, but it mentioned in the reservation. We started eating at the bar and hostess decided not even get us a chance to seat at the table. Worst experience in my life, they didn’t even have any menu except for the “thanksgiving”package for 85 per person, and if you think that at least the food was nice - no, it wasn’t and portions was super small. It’s a disrespect which I never experienced in my life even in a cheaper places. I hope no one ever will go to that place. Happy thanksgiving!

    Way backed up, reservation at 630p, sat an hour late. As usual, they seem to overbook and not have enough workers. Server not very pleasant. Food options out x 2 on the menu. Foie gras hard and cold. Food bland. Not the best experience for the money. Many other options at this level do much better. Sad.....very nice setting and has such potential

    This place is terrible! Our Thanksgiving dinner was ruined. It was very obvious that the restaurant overbooked their dining reservations, and didn't staff appropriately. Pure greed, IMO. I was also just notified that the restaurant notified Open table that I didn't make my reservation. The audacity of this place. I had a reservation for 5:15pm, and was 45 minutes after time. Our main course, was COLD, and served to us at 7:30pm! That was extremely unacceptable! I had to get a Diet Coke, after asking the server twice, from the bar because the poor guy was running around like crazy trying to put out the fires from other irate guests that were complaining about their service. $85 a person for this lousy dinner is just awful. Don't believe me, go read the yelp reviews from other guests that evening. We only get one Thanksgiving a year with our family, and dining at your restaurant ruined our holiday.

    This is a Thanksgiving tradition for us, and this year we had an outstanding wine, a 29-year-old caramelized Riesling spatlese, as well as the best pumpkin pie I've ever had. Holly was an excellent server.

    Saiid was our waiter and he was terrific! Very knowledgeable and helpful. The food was delightful. The live singer was wonderful, though sometimes I couldn't hear my date when she was talking, but it was good music nonetheless. Looking forward to our next visit!

    Excellent restaurant overall, totally enjoyed our lunch. Service was outstanding. Only criticism was the French onion soup. Cheese topping was very rubbery and difficult to cut and broth was not very flavorful. But don’t let that steer you away from this restaurant. Everything else is excellent and well worth repeat visits.

    The hostess Cameron ignored us when we arrived and we had reservations. So we went into the restaurant and the waiters told us to check in w Cameron. Cameron sighed, told us she’d just punched out, continued for 5 mins to address an envelope, then grudgingly grabbed some menus and walked us to a table. The restaurant was mostly empty. I said we’d indicated on the reservation form we wanted a window seat. She said “we don’t look at those reservation requests.” I said well plenty of window seats open- can we sit over there? She huffed and said ok but your service won’t be good because the waiter was just assigned another table! I said we’d risk it. We had to ask 3x for water refills. Staff was absent most of our meal. When we finished our meal 2 hours later we were the only ones left in restaurant and lights mostly turned off and only two waiters at bar. It was a weird and empty vibe. Food was good but super pricey. Service, hospitality and ambience were cold and barren.

    This used to be a nice restaurant. The service was so awful we should have left and would have if it wasn't my mother's 82 birthday and she wanted to go to her favorite French restaurant. Where to start? The patio is shabby. The windows are in desperate need of a clean, there is a bizarre condiment table in the middle of the room/walkway, making a reservation does not at all guarantee you a nice view. We went for lunch and there were 15 people tops in the entire place and two servers. Two servers is fine for six tables. And yet, these two servers could not manage. They were not attentive to any of the diners. When our entrees arrived, my mother's was wrong. A salad is not a chicken pot pie. They left my entree which we picked at for 25 mins before my mother's food arrived. She had to eat by herself. We had to ask to order dessert as it was not offered. The Butterscotch pudding was a no go. It was 14.00 and consisted of 3/4 whipped cream and 1/4 grocery store quality pudding that had not set properly. However, the carrot cake was amazing. I did not complain and left a very nice tip. I was embarrassed that it was not a nice birthday lunch experience for my mom. Also, on the way out we picked up a 56.00 bottle of champagne. We checked out at the hostess counter and I was given a restaurant receipt for the bottle that I shopped for and brought to the counter myself. Suggested tip, 18% and up. Nope. Hopefully they can get their act together as this was one of our favorite places:o(

    Love the whole vibe at Marche Bacchus! Chose our wine and was seated perfectly to take full advantage of the weather and the view. Food was excellent, service superb, and the live music added some bonus ambience. We definitely be back!

    Everything about Marche Baccus is memorable except the tomato salad. It truly is over priced for a sprinkling of tomatoes and a sip of the very odd gazpacho. Bad choice on my part and not enough to deter me from a return visit.

    Service was very poor. It took just over 1 hour to receive two glasses of wine and a bread basket. The restaurant was not entirely full either, this was 8pm on a Tuesday. The value for food quality was not on par either.

    Best eggs benedict in town, and the breakfast potatoes are addicting. We sat on the charming patio and watched ducks and turtles while feasting and drinking mimosas. Coleton's service was just right - very attentive and personable. We look forward to many more Sunday brunches here.

    The food speaks for itself. Everything is chef made, and flavored perfectly. The ambience is superb, they'll sometimes have a live singer playing soft music. The view of the lake is undoubtedly the star jewel of this restaurant. Amazing experience.

    The view of the lake is great! Really makes you feel like you are not in the desert anymore. The food was pretty bland and not what I expected for the price point. Very disappointed in that respect. I had the fish du jour with bland lentils and broccoli that tasted burned. There was hardly any flavoring or sauce on the fish. Again, for the $42 price point I expected much more.

    Beautiful restaurant overlooking the lake. The service is excellent. Love the wine store in front, just pick out your wine & enjoy with your dinner. Jeff will help you pick a great wine if you need suggestions. The food is always the best. We will be back often.
