Had a great time with the family. Came here on a Monday for a birthday. It was very quiet, given that it was a Monday, and we were sat right away. Everyone was courteous. Our server was Joseph who was polite, very accommodating, and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. One of my sons asked for more cheese on his cheeseburger (it had pretty much all melted off or into the meat before we got it) and Joseph took it to the back to have it fixed. We said it was ok to just bring a slice and we would be ok but he insisted to have it fixed. That was great. My youngest son’s quesadilla was pretty fried and also lacked cheese but we didn’t say anything about it. Joseph and the manager Seacrest recognized that the two items were subpar and took them off the bill on their own. That’s probably the first time a restaurant has ever demonstrated self-awareness and self corrected. Really great customer service. The food was good, good portions and well prepared minus the two items above but again they resolved that without an ask. The music was all top hits too and playing just loudly enough to enjoy and not overpower conversations. Overall everyone enjoyed their time. This location is really well run. It was our first time even though we have lived here for 3 years and we will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Amazing find! Wife and I decided to try a new place in town vs. going to our usual hangout, the green house. I was blown away this existed in downtown Puyallup. Great service, amazing food, a proper whiskey selection and killer cocktails. The vibe was great for enjoying a meal and drinks with your significant other. If you don’t at least try this place you’re doing yourself a disservice.

I used to come to this place often then they quit serving the Chop Chop salad and a few other things I did not really like so went elsewhere. But decided to try it again and maybe they put the Chop Chop salad back on. No Chop Chop salad but the menu was smaller but the food was excellent and so was the service. Two of us had the hamburger and both men said it was the best they have had in a long time, And it looked delicious and one had the Rueben Sandwich which was awesome and another had the Fish n Chips and they were outstanding. The French fries were the best. I will be coming back again. The new update which was some time ago I understand was an improvement. Now if they just get the Chop Chop salad back it would be 100%. They say it has to many ingredients for a small kitchen but I don't really by that. They made out before for years and if you look at their Beet Salad and compare what goes into that it probably has more ingredients. I do understand restaurants should update their menu's occasionally so it is ok. Good job Bistro.

Love, love, love what you’ve done on the patio!! It’s beautiful and comfortable!! The chandeliers make a lovely environment!! It’s special and well done!! The food was great, love your Cesar salad!! The lobster roll sliders were awesome!!

When we arrived we were seated in less than 5 minutes the server was very friendly took our drink order and appetizer once the drinks arrived the server took our dinner order appetizers showed up very timely and drinks were refilled by the time we finished our appetizers our dinner showed up and drinks were refilled over all it was a very pleasant experience
