I paid $167 for two people (no drinks) for an experience I’d consider on par with Chili’s or Applebees. Service was mediocre and definitely didn’t justify the automatic 22% gratuity (again, for a party of two). This place would be a solid 3 star if the price wasn’t masquerading as a 5 star.

It was horrible, The intro person fat lady in bugandy was clearly racist, dumped us in front of door, did not give a decentvtable, We paid 200 dollar for stupid cheese clay soup a bolognese with wacky pumpkin,yackkky. They did not even lightedvthe candle on our table. Meat ball was stone hard sour. Please do not go , Should return our money.

We are from out of town and we recently dined at this Italian restaurant for lunch and it exceeded all expectations. The food was superb and with attentive staff who made the experience truly enjoyable. Love my super pleasant server, Meghan. We enjoyed a great meal with delicious cocktails. Didn't love that they allowed a big dog in the restaurant... and he was barking at guests.

My first experience at Pacci Italian Kitchen and Bar was fantastic. The food we ordered, including bread with peach chutney, watermelon salad, and entrees were delicious and the servings were more than enough. Our server was helpful and friendly as well as other staff we met. The atmosphere was calming and promoted quiet conversation. I will definitely return.

Overall negative experience. Arrived 5 minutes before our 7pm reservation. Seated almost immediately. The host seating us brought us water. Our waiter’s first interaction with us took 26 minutes. He came to the table to top off our water and quickly asked if we wanted to put in drinks. Our first choice wine was unavailable, unfortunately, after 26 minutes of waiting this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. In understand being busy. But the restaurant was not. He walked around with a water pitcher, attended two other tables, and conversed with other patrons during those 26 minutes. We left. We went to Cotton & Rye and had an absolutely wonderful waitstaff and dinner.

The only issue we had was that we did not get what we ordered for dinner. I did my but my husband did not. He did get an entree that was $20.00 more expensive.

There wasn’t anyone to greet us at the entrance, then I realized we went in at the hotel entrance and not the street. Once Maigan sat us and said she was our server, we realized she was managing as hostess and server. She was great. Food was good. All in all, happy Pacci.

Caesar salad would have been much better if greens were cold and crisp instead of room temp, and lighter dressing. The short rib was tender but needed more flavor. Polenta side was unremarkable, cold and lumpy. Tiramisu dessert was the highlight of the dinner. Can’t see us making a return trip anytime soon.

We actually attended a special 3 course dinner to watch a local quartet. The drinks were great, service was great, but the food? VERY disappointing. My husband ordered the Chicken Parm which was over cooked, tasteless and had rigatoni that was equally as disappointing. My salmon was mediocre at best. The wait staff was excellent and the atmosphere was nice. Just wish the food had been better.

Pacci reached out through an email while we were away for the summer, returning just a few days to Beaufort, SC before the dinner event. Having been to the restaurant once before, I had great confidence it would be a fitting night to surprise my spouse of 49 years with it. And EVERYTHING was wonderful! The band even played our quirky favorite song--My Funny Valentine.

We had a lovely evening until we were told by the bartender that they had a “formula” that resulted in their refusal to serve us a drink. In my 64 years, I have NEVER been told something like this!!! I was completely sober, and this kind of behavior by this restaurant was appalling. We will NEVER return!!! We had ALSO bought drinks for the bass & drum player in the band! We will tell everyone we know to steer clear of Pacci!!

Live music was wonderful. Service was great. Wish there was a high end burger on the menu. Had a long day around the city. Wanted some comfort food but elevated. Disappointed it wasn’t an option. The meatballs and risotto were menu highlights though.

Food and service work great. Very nice restaurant for a hotel. The bathrooms and the flooring were not very clean and the air condition above had a little leak that drip next to my seat. Not complaining just things that need to be repaired.

We ordered the Baratta salad and the roasted Brussels sprouts. For entrees we ordered the bolognese pasta and the carabonara pasta. The Brussels sprouts were severely under cooked. As far as the carabonara, the flavor was good but the pasta was mush. I would not suggest this restaurant to anyone.

We were asked if we wanted sparkling or still while the waitress had a pitcher in her hand. Apparently saying still means you want to pay $4 per bottle of water, with no means to obtain the water from the pitcher. The appetizers were pretty mid, something that would pass for a restaurant half it’s price. The garlic bread with the meatballs was clearly reheated from frozen. The live music was so loud we could barely talk over it, and the whole place feels like they just took a hotel lobby and plopped a restaurant in it. The food was bad. One pasta had the consistency of a plate of mush and goo, and the other tasted like a Trader Joe’s freezer meal that someone splashed a cup of water over.

Service was very slow at 8pm. Drinks took 15 minutes to get, never got more water. Our server did her best, maybe she had too many tables. She looked stressed.
