everytrhing was great. One criticism, the bartender assumed I was giving her a $3 tip on my one beer purchase and kept the change. That was quite presumptuous.

There was a person who got into an altercation with one of our guests and the people at Parlor were terrific. They made the person leave. I really appreciate the way this was handled. Kudos to Parlor. The pizza was awesome.

Amazing all around

Our server was my favorite I’ve ever had—she was so sweet and friendly. The service was on point—the bussers work extremely hard to ensure waters are always filled and empty plates are taken. The manager also checked in to see how our experience was—and everything was excellent. We dine in regularly during dinner and order carry out on almost a weekly basis—this was our first time in a couple years dining during brunch and everything was amazing. Two of us split the antipasto salad, chicken biscuit and eggs Benedict pizza.

We had another great dinner at parlor. We selected parlor to a quick farewell dinner and it didn’t disappoint.

Highly recommend! Our server was great and we loved our food. Big portions and it came out quickly. The nacho bites appetizer, kale salad and burrata pizza were excellent.

Service was horrible! We spend over $300 and there were many problems and manager never came over.

Parlor Pizza has some of the best nachos in Chicago. Two years ago, we ordered their nacho bites and received a very large platter dressed up as you'd expect. Last night we were disappointed to see the amount of nachos reduced to a single ring of nachos. Maybe 16 chips total? $1.00 for 1 chip? Once the chips are done, there's a pile of lettuce and tomatoes sitting in the middle. If there were more chips this would be consumed; however, since each chip is already piled with pork and the like, you can't really scoop anything else onto the chip. I recommend 2 rings of chips (16 on bottom, 12 on top set in a smaller circle. No spare ingredients left in the middle unless a small basket of naked chips is provided.

Great experience overall, pizza and nachos were delicious, but just provide more nachos/chips.

Not the best experience. Felt the food was really overpriced for what it was. $18 for a calamari appetizer that was more peppers than calamari. There were five of us ranging in age from 25 to 50 and not one of us could read the menus as it was so dark [at 6 pm] in the restaurant. We all literally had to do the old folks thing and pull out our phones for the flashlights. Three of the four pizzas ordered were completely raw in the center. Honestly, we should have told someone but were all looking to leave as soon as we could, restaurant wasn't busy but was getting that way and were having a hard time hearing each other. Makes me wonder what its like when you are in the middle of the place and not a side booth like we were. Was okay but honestly, have no need or desire to ever go again when there are so many other great places to go in the city.

We've been to Parlor in the West Loop numerous times. The food was good but our server was in a bad mood. FYI - it's pronounced WU-ster-shur.

The ping pong table on the patio needs to go...very aggravating if your table is next to it especially when obnoxious kids are slamming the ball and paddles around while you're trying to eat. Overall service and food was good! Also one of the best bloody Mary bars around!

Usually the food is really good, but the Brussels sprouts were way too salty and the toppings on the pizza just fell off of the pizza.

Amazing brunch- the best Bloody Mary bar in Chicago. The pizza is great (Sgt Pepper with the spicy sauce) is a favorite. If you are looking for a brunch pizza the Mrs Lorraine is really good. They also have a great avocado toast and all the salads and appetizers are great. Especially good for a large group since you can usually get a large table and it is reasonably priced!

I’ve ate at all the parlor locations including the west loop location before. I brought friends from out of town here, hoping to eat dinner and make a night of it. They put us all the way back by the kitchen in a corner and our waitress was awful. She barely spoke to us, messed up our order, we had to ask if our other food was coming (twice) but she forgot to put it in which was “her bad”, and never apologized. We left right away we finished our food. I was embarrassed I brought my 6 friends here.

Table wasn’t ready for about a half hour after scheduled time and we arrived on time.

Food, drinks, service and atmosphere was fun! Would like to go back and sit outside.

My friends got there earlier than I (who made the reservation) did, but the hostess would not let my friends to seat at the reserved table although more than half of restaurant tables were empty. So, lessons learned, Don't ever make reservation here. Just go and ask for a table, that's way faster and get more attention from the hostess apparently. Your reserved table is not yours. You will not be seated to your reserved table because all your parties showed up but the person who made the reservation showed up little late. My party was very annoyed of the service that was provided. Now I really do know that this opentable or any reservation is useless to this restaurant. To add more information, I did call the restaurant to see if I could change my reservation to earlier and confirm, but when I pressed the right key to 'reservation' department after the automated response, but there was just dead silence and I kept got hung off.

Great time at parlor having drinks and apps on the patio. Usually I feel like they’re overpriced for the size of the pizzas (thin crust is t really helping the chase either), but quite a few of the pizzas have really unique flavor combos (honey boo boo is my absolute fave) so at least that’s worth something!

Patio service on a Sunday afternoon was really attentive and super fast. Have visited before when it took a long minute to get a beer, but when it’s not too crowded they seem to have the system down really efficiently. Would absolutely visit again

The host station is what set the bar for a non-stellar experience.

Customer dog at next table was sniffing me all evening. Our waitress petted the dog every pass... not sure she washed her hands.
