Parlor Pizza Bar - West Loop
Overall great place. Little too much flop with the za though. 🙄
Worst experience with the bartender and staff. The Moscow mules did not taste normal so we asked if we could just swap them out for cheaper gin and tonics. She didn’t care if we hated our drinks. Went to the hostess upstairs and she was so sassy and did not want to deal with anyone. We then let the manager know about our experience, he stared at us, did not care and walked away. Overall food was great and our server was very nice. Customer service is non-existent on busy nights.
First time and it was worth the hype.
Ok. Asked for napkins and silverware three times and never got it. Nachos good.
Cheesus, Mary and Joseph was the BEST
Delicious pizza and appetizers and a great selection of drinks
The Bloody Mary bar is where it’s at!
Our evening was a wonderful experience. The hostess was extremely helpful and extremely accommodating. The waitress was very attentive - fast service - friendly personality.
They won’t seat your full party till everyone is there and then when everyone shows up they threaten to take your table away... what’s the point of having a reservation
We came for a friends birthday. The staff was very accommodating to our large party of 16. They moved our whole party inside right away when it was cold even though the bar was completely packed and booked up.
Great patio! Honey Boo Boo pizza is to die for
They serve great wood-fired pizzas, have bar with a good selection of beer, music and fun atmosphere. Nice place to hang out after work with colleagues or friends.
Great food and drinks! Spicy margarita was a little too sweet but overall everything was really good.
The food is fantastic, especially the pizza and the wonderful Antipasto Salad. But if your hearing is challenged, figure out how to sit in a corner somewhere.
I was there early on a Tuesday evening when the weather was beautiful; the huge parlor was completely full. Noise was deafening.
Was very good food and drinks. Good time all around
The food is good- not outstanding. I think it’s expensive for what it is. The service at the west loop location is shorty at best. The servers generally make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by being there. The hostess are always friendly. The most annoying part is that the busters hover over your table at all times.
The front desk staff was awesome and hooked us up with a table for our entire 18 people birthday gathering!
Great for our girls night out!
I had made my reservation for about 20 people as we were having a team happy hour and when I went to check in, the hostess asked me if we wanted to wait a few more minutes and she would be able to set up a space for us in the upstairs area which turned out GREAT as it was such a beautiful day! The service was as expected given the crowd since, again, the weather was so beautiful, but we were all served as best as she was able and everyone left happy! We will continue to come back no matter if it is just a small group wanting to get together or for another team event! Thank you VERY much!
We all enjoyed sharing delicious pizzas. It was extremely loud so not a good place if you want to chat with your guests.
We love going to parlor -always know we’re going to get great food with a wide drink selection. I swear we’ve tried everything on the menu but there’s always plates that pass us that make our mouth water and keep us coming back
Wow!!! This pizza was fantastic!!! (Understatement!) even the salad was really good. Great beer, great food, loved the setup, all around awesome!
I very much enjoyed this experience. We had a great table and great service.
LOVE THIS PLACE ... brussel sprouts out of this world ...had the chicken sandwhich instead of my usual pizza ...very good all around ..
The ambiance was very nice, but since it was really dark inside, it made it difficult to read your menus. I would suggest getting a little more lighting or brightening up your menus.
Food is always delicious, but a little expensive
Awesome food atmosphere and great service! The beer was also ice cold!
Good food and fun atmosphere. Not a Chicago style pizza if that’s what your looking for.
If you're looking for a quiet spot, this is not the place — but the burrata be kidding me is a must-have!
Great food. Great atmosphere. Fun location. Service was spot on even though the place was packed!
The restaurant was loud. We also got there before the brunch rush, but still had a hard time getting good service. The waitress also suggested that we needed to order another pizza, but when the pizza came out we had 2 full pizzas go untouched.
Horrible service by our waitress. It’s like she did not know how to handle a party of 10. All I saw was her rolling her eyes and showing such attitude. It also took forever to flag her down to put orders in. A drink order was also made wrong.
Outstanding pizza and their desserts we're spectacular
I had made a reservation for 10 people weeks in advance for the patio. 2 days prior, a female employee from Parlor called me to discuss and confirm my party of 10 for the patio. My party arrived 5 minutes early. It took over an hour to be seated. I had family from out of town and we were on a strict schedule to show them all of our favorite parts of the city. Not only that, there was no place to stand together, we were constantly being pushed around by waitstaff and bussers, and the manager said that the patio is never a guarantee. Well, I would have liked to have known that prior to making the reservation, prior to an employee calling to confirm a patio table. Seem very unorganized and running a loose ship. Disappointed.
Our server (Taylor) was great, friendly and helpful...and the pizza she recommended was great. On those items alone, I would have given this place five stars. However, a couple things tarnished it down to a four-star rating for me...the Brussels Sprouts were a bit thick and chewy (not the crispier kind I was hoping for) and the place was just damn crowded and noisy. You may not order the Brussels Sprouts. You may feed off that kind of energy. If so, this could be a five-star place for you. Hell, if I'd gone on a Monday evening instead of a Sunday evening, my review may have been different. It just so happened that 7pm on a Sunday night is not a time I'll likely go again. But I would definitely return.
So fun, great vibe, service and easy to order for larger groups. We went out with six couples for dinner & drinks. Ended up being $70/couple (not including tip). Very reasonable for the city. It is a little louder than I would have liked but everything else was great.
So fun! Great service and delicious food.
Arrived 20 minutes late for 5:30 pm reservation due to bad weather. Seated immediately despite packed restaurant. This was my first time at this restaurant. Recommend the smaller salad option as that is plenty for one person. Fresh ingredients and tasty sauce on pizza. Large variety of beers.
First time here and my friend and I loved it. Staff was super friendly, food was amazing. We had reservations which was super helpful because the place was packed. Would definitely go back
