Greta customer service. Our server was really nice and came constantly to check in on us. Also, the food and drinks came out perfect timely. Did not feel rushed but was not constantly waiting so it was perfect.

We didn’t get a table until 25 minutes after our reservations. Her appetizer had two pieces of hair in it. I didn’t bring in some new one and it was comped.

Food was delicious as always. Staffing was inadequate for the crowd, so the wait was longer than it should have been and the appetizers came out with the meal. Waiter did his best to communicate and take care of us and the other six tables he had.

A manager was sent to this location for this particular eve. They went to seat us and we did not like the able in the middle of the room under a bright light. They did not have a sever for the booth we wanted. This manager knew we were upset. He put us in the booth and waited on us until our service came in. He did it out of Great service, no attitude and so friendly. WOW, we need more managers like this in all restaurants. Great Job P.F. Chang's. Sept. 9th Sat. Our reservations were at 5:30. We arrived about 20 mins early. This manager know how to treat customers. Kristi Bruce

We had a party of 4 and ordered a few appetizers along with a main dish. Food was okay but several of us in the party felt that it was particularly salty. No major issues regarding the service but felt that they could have been a little bit more attentive but the restaurant was very busy. One odd thing was when we initially sat down we were handed 4 drink menus and 1 food menu. So nothing dramatically good or bad and would dine there again.

Compared to other PF Chang’s experience this one was a disappointment. The food was OK, but I am used to “really delicious “. The calamari tempura had a rancid aftertaste; I think the batter was a bit past its prime.

Stopped going here based on our last experience, but, thinking things may have changed. Things have only gotten worse. The only thing worse than the menu was the food.

Made a reservation. When i showed up to be seated. They stated I needed to wait another 40-45 minutes on top. Said this was a 3rd party service and they couldn’t do anything about it. Don’t waste your time.

This PF Changs location does not honor reservations via OpenTable. When we arrived, they said we’d have to wait another 30-35 minutes for a table when our reservation via OpenTable was at 1:30PM. They said we could sit at the bar if we wanted to be serviced quicker instead of waiting, which is ridiculous considering we had a reservation. This location should be removed from OpenTable since they do not honor reservations.

There was horrendous traffic getting to the restaurant but the team was very nice to honor my reservation even though we were so late. Great food and service as always

Took 30 minutes to get our table..we arrived for 8pm, table not ready until 8.30 Had to stand around outside..not good Service was slow. Server was polite and helpful with the order, but didn’t particularly check back with us on progress..we wanted to order some additional items and it took some time to get his attention

The food was good and our server worked hard, but they did not have enough staff. We were greeted and served promptly, and the food and drinks came out quickly. We were not offered refills on water and iced tea until after the end of the meal. We had to fill our own “to go” containers. It was busy and loud. The booth seats had no lumbar support, so I had a backache by the end of the meal. If you don’t have enough staff and it’s noisy and crowded, just don’t pack so many people in there. The parking at the Anaheim Garden Walk is crazy. Try a less busy PF Chang’s if you can.

I asked for a booth but they said I didn’t and stuck us at a table up against the glass. Bright lights above the table were too bright. Food was good but disappointed in the ambiance and seating

I’ve no complaints. We were sat immediately upon arrival. Our waiter was attentive and fast. We had drinks and appetizers followed by our meals. Food was hot and delicious.

Showed up 10 min early for reservation and had requested a booth and although 2 were open and restaurant was very quiet (according to waiter) got sat in an area serviced by bar staff - very odd). Ordered smoked sushi and when brought to table it wasn’t smoked so I asked if I ordered incorrect one and was told “smoker is broken” (shouldnt that be something told when ordered). Order the sushi as an appetizer then 3 entrees and every thru g came at once so I asked why - and was told restaurant is slower than expected so kitchen made everything at once. Because of that entrees were cold by time got half way through them. Service was excellent though and 2 bar servers were very friendly and attentive even though bar did start to get much busier near end of our dinner. Likely wouldn’t come back as overall experience wasn’t great

This PFC is second from the worst that we have been to, which is many. Apps and meals were served at the same time, meals barely warm and the bathrooms were hideous. Dirty as a no name gas station bathroom. So sad as it was a very nice PFC on our previous visit to this location a few years prior. Perhaps it’s the way things are nowadays.
