Prasino - La Grange
This was our first visit and we would definitely go back. Delicious breakfast skillet! Omelette was huge and very tasty.
A great place to get together with friends. There is outdoor seating weather permitting.
Very eclectic menu choices. Restaurant has a very nice atmosphere and very cozy. Lamb spaghetti was delicious!
Haven’t been to Prasino’s for over a year. Nice to go back. Excellent food & service! Some things never change 😊
The food was fantastic. There were a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. My wife would particularly recommend the cranberry and jalapeno margarita. All in all a great dining experience. Would definitely go again.
The staff really seems to care about what you are telling them, they recommend amazing food, and are as sweet as could be. Food is always fresh and always comes out with a beautiful display.
Our party enjoyed the food but our waitress was horrible. She only made eye with one person at table when talking with us which we found very rude. She never came back to refill our water glasses and she did not get our bill right at the end the meal. Terrible service!
A good restaurant with equally good service and an interesting menu. It was also enjoyably quiet.
Large, delicious portions and the pom fizz was also very good.
I am a repeat guest because of their commitment to sustainable food. However, the lackluster Asian Salad may put me off returning for a while. It was a pile of food-processor-ed veggies with an anemic sauce and dull tofu. I do better at home. If i return, I'll order very differently! Wait staff kind, attentive. Guests liked their food.
Great tasting food, the juices are amazing
Our breakfast was delicious. My avocado toast was a perfect choice...healthy but not too filling. I added an egg to the dish which was a good option. Staff was efficient and accommodating.
We love Prasino, always good food and service.
Delicious food! Great service!
Went for late breakfast just after noon. For the most part it was very good. Been there before and will be back. This time though the food was slow to come out. Especially since it was breakfast. And the sunny side up eggs on the skillet were not quite done. I do recommend and we will be back.
Went for breakfast. Delicious fresh food with an artisanal twist. Reasonable price and great ambience. Sat outside on front patio. Great experience!
Met 6 friends at prasino on Sunday. Cocktail menu is good, thankfully, because that's all we had on the table for an entire hour! The food was good and I'd go back again, but the service we experienced was just horrible. Either the server had too many tables or she just didn't care, but it was unacceptable. I was ready to leave and go across the street for some bbq, but my friends wanted to experience the food. Overall, underwhelming, but I'd probably be willing to give them another try.
Never been disappointed anytime I’ve eaten here. Great place!
Great food/drinks -- a perfect place for brunch!!!!
Server was great in accommodating our special requests. Food was very tasty!
Birthday breakfast with friends
As always, Prasino exceeded expectations in their service and food.
Service was way too slow. IIt was not that busy for that slow of service. We waited at least 20 min before we received our drinks. Server gave appetizers and drinks to table that came after us BEFORE us.
Amazing food with a lot of choices. Great cocktails too!
I normally love this restaurant. But this time I had asked for outdoor seating or a booth. I didn’t get either. The veggie wrap was terrible. No taste. The server took my plate before I was finished, dropped the food on me and apologized but didn’t offer to buy me a drink, etc. the fire alarm went off which was deafening and went on for conservatively 20 minutes before we grew really frustrated and left with a headache. Of this had been my first visit I wouldn’t return. And it was the first visit for my two guests. They won’t be coming back.
I have enjoyed many meals at Prasino's in the four years bank in this area.
The noise level is a bit challenging for me with my hearing aid.
We would eat here more often if the parking situation was easier.
Sometimes there are not even spaces in that nearby garage!
The food was great! The lobster avocado was delicious and was so the Carmel dessert!
Everything was great as usual! My favorite dishes keep shifting because there are so many great dishes to try! Thank you for always making me feel safe as a celiac eating here! 🙂
Wanted to love it but the place lacked energy- its very large and it was quite empty for Saturday 7pm. The food was so promising but all fell a bit short across the board. Chewy octopus, dry and not very warm short rib tacos, cocktail with no bite- we had a couple other sides and small plates but nothing wowed us. The friendly, engaging service from our server was a highlight.
Food was delicious, hot & nicely presented. We had a nice server who was very attentive.
Great food and atmosphere! I love how they serve breakfast until 2:30 pm. Always great food and service.
Great restaurant and great service! I would love to go there again!
Fresh food great tasting service wonderful location easy
Service and food was excellent. My husband enjoyed the Prasino burger and I enjoyed a kale salad with salmon. Their avocado lobster starter is a must.
We enjoyed a wonderful brunch with friends. The service was wonderful as was the food. Great bunch setting.
Dinner was solid and service was excellent. We sat outside which was very nice.
I love the fresh food at this lively, sunny restaurant. The service is outstanding, and our server walked us through the dessert menu. Great place to watch people passing by.
I love this place the food is excellent and the decor is lovely.
I was super impressed with the level of service and food- it was such a lovely meal in every way!
This is our third time to Prasino. My wife and I split the beet salad. It was superb and plenty for two. We both ordered the salmon over spiral zucchini and tomatoes. Also, very good. In fact I say it was one of the best cooked salmon I've ever had. Before dinner she ordered their sauvignon blanc which had hints of grapefruit. If you love grapefruit, probably a wonderful drink, but was just so-so with my spouse. I ordered a glass of their red sangria, which was very tasty. I'd order that again. Server was friendly and attentive until we needed to leave and then she was more or less AWOL. Another server saw our dilemma and took care of us. On the downside, about midway through our meal one of the bus boys decides it's time to scrape the undersides of ALL the nearby tables.. with a putty knife. All the crap you can imagine that would be under a restaurant table... well... yeah... it was falling on the floor. My wife nearly lost her appetite. After the scraping was over and we had time to get our minds off of that, we were debating dessert when we saw a flourless chocolate cake on the dessert menu. We ordered one to split. Unfortunately, it was overbaked. No gooey chocolaty middle. Big disappointment. Overall, a nice place that was strangely not-busy on a Friday evening... but maybe they make a habit of cleaning table undersides and others, like us, find it totally unappetizing.
