The presentation of each dish was so original from the calamari in a seaweed cone with a wonderful sweet mustard aioli to the rainbow shrimp plated between a red beet purée and carrot purée. This was certainly the best meal I have ever enjoyed on Christmas Day and possibly one of the all time greats. The food was imaginative, the wine was Devine - recommended by our excellent waiter. I wouldn’t have found this place if it wasn't suggested to me, but I would say for fine dining, this is as good as it gets. Bravo Tintoque. More

What a fantastic experience. The maître d makes you feel so welcome. Our server Michel was so efficient and helpful A perfect place for Christmas dinner with wonderful trio playing guitars. The food is carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The salads were fresh and yummy and the shrimp in the appetizer were huge. The turkey dinner with all the beautifully cooked vegetables was delicious. It was crowned by the trio singing and playing happy birthday. The consistently best restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. More
