Enjoyed the cabana! Server was very attentive at first but then seemed to lose his rhythm and started forgetting our requests for additional cocktails, utensils, etc. Happens to the best of us I suppose but we couldn’t bring ourselves to give a full 20-25% gratuity as we had initially planned. Otherwise very enjoyable experience overall.
New manu is not my favorite. Website still has old menu, that is misleading!
the pancetta dessert was very good. However this restaurant is too pricey
I was just doing my expense report and took a closer look at the receipt. I paid wrong receipt! This is a basic error and should not happen at a place like the four seasons. Therefore, I am feeling very disappointed.

I took a former colleague to lunch. I made the reservation for 11:30 because I had to get back to the office by 1:00. At 11:30, we were initially the only customers in the restaurant, so one would think that the server might have focused on us. After he stood around talking to his fellow workers for 10 minutes, he finally came to the table, and when I suggested that we had a time constraint, the service improved considerably. We each had a salad. The salads were very good.
Too expensive for what was served. Hospitality was 100%
Had a breakfast... and it was just okay... nothing special. High-end Denny's.
Great food and service as always!!!
You can ask for plates from prior menus and the staff will go above and beyond to get the kitchen prepare them for you!!
Thank you!!
We were seated promptly, received water and then didn't hear from the waitress for 30 minutes. It was extremely disappointing.
A bit overpriced, but excellent overall. Prior visits not as good; but, this was much better
Need to refine service-was a little hurried, plates removed from across the table
Usually their Ribeye is great. But this $70 steak was not worth the premium
Server was not present. Bread was okay. Appetizer was very expensive for the tastelessness presented. Pasta was delicious but way too small of a portion especially compared to the tiny tasting portion. Dessert was delicious. Kudos to the pastry chef. Statue decor was creepy and weird. Overall, would not return.
Great spot for business lunch. Not too noisy. It seems that the menu choices have narrowed, need more choices of light lunches and salads. Food was good, service excellent.
We received outstanding service and the food was delicious. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. They had a good wine list with many outstanding wines by the glass. There was a easy place to park nearby.
Loved the meal, ambiance...everything. Perfect place for a business meal. The only issue I had was that they were out of their signature dessert. We weren’t going to get any dessert, but our server sold us on how good their signature dessert was (a chocolate cake that won their pastry chef a contest on the Food Network). 10 mins later, the server came back and told us they were out of it. We didn’t appreciate the server building up our anticipation of the dessert and then disappointing us, especially when we weren’t originally going to order dessert anyway. That’s the only reason I knocked down the service score...on all other dimensions, the service was excellent.
We had a lovely recent anniversary dinner there! The pastas are wonderful, the service is friendly and attentive. We come back here every couple of months and are never disappointed.
The staff was super chill and helpful - we had a great ladies brunch.
Awesome food and service!!
Great food. Great service. Great place for a date night.
The food is delicious and looks amazing. Plus, Cal is an awesome server!
Really expensive mediocre food
It was not crowded but still took 15 minutes to get a drink order in and another 10 to have them served. Ordered starters and entrees. 20 minutes between each. Enjoyed a stone cold “hot” meal and no one checked in until after we were done. Terrible service. Exceedingly noisy. Not my first experience but definitely my last Quattro.
Delicious gourmet food. Beats MICHELIN Star RESTAURANT’s in the south SF Bay Area.
great place and great food. I go here all the time for meetings
Great food and service !!!!!
We celebrated my sister and brother in law anniversary!!
The food was delicious and very tasty!!!
Incredible service and friendly staff
Asia the manager went above and beyond with her attentions
We took a picture with her and the hostess
The desserts are delicious, prepared by chef Eric Keppler who won best baker of America. The Nana’s Chocolate Cake is out of this world!!!
A must try!!!
I have been here several time and the service and food has always been excellent. Thank you to wonderful staff for a memorable evening.
Excellent service, delicious food and beautiful garden setting. It’s pricey, but worth it.
Lovely setting, delicious food in just the right portion sizes. Very relaxing evening out.
The main course and dessert were excellent. The service was fine but subpar for an establishment like the Four Seasons.
Great food, great service and great ambience. 5 star all the way. The servers are great. Akash the Manager really made us feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. He is very knowledgeable about the menu and he is rockstar. The food is fresh, healthy and very beautiful to look at. Everything comes together to make for a great dining experience. The only negative aspect is that there was a man smoking in the outside patio late into the night
and he was smoking a cigar. I don’t think anyone in the restaurant saw him to be honest. Please put up signs to not let people smoke that close to the building for health reasons.
Great food. Great service. Good ambience.
We ordered 3 appetizers and bread : the bread was served after we finished our appetizers. We ordered 2 bone-in ribeyes : 1 medium rare, 1 medium, they served us 1 ribeye split into 2 plates (server thought we wanted to share..) and the meat was well done. They apologized in the best possible way (nice staff) and served 1 new ribeye for each, the medium rare was medium so my husband couldn’t eat it, and we gave up and didn’t reorder a third ribeye. They waved the charge of 1 rib-eye out of 2, which is fair. There is no ambiance in this restaurant, and the menu is limited, nothing exceptional and pricey. Such a good location... in such a fancy hotel, we expected more. We won’t come back.
By now they know us for our special occasion dinners and are very courteous and even solicitous.
It's a lovely environment, especially the outside space which seems to have fun 'themes' that change (it's 'Riviera' at the moment), but the cost is just so ridiculous that it's almost prohibitive to eat there, even for Silicon Valley... the "medium" sized pastas were $16-20 and are so ridiculously small (a tiny dish the size of CD that probably had 10-12 noodles).... and there was even a smaller version available! I would think about returning if the prices were just a bit more reasonable. It just seems silly expensive.
The four course fixed price menu was exceptional. The ingredients, presentation, and flavors were excellent. Everything was up to the Four Seasons standard. Would definitely have the same dinner again.
Extremely noisy. Noise levels made dining unpleasant. Food was average. Not a good value given the high prices.
Amazing service! Well balanced and perfectly presented plates! Perfect wine pairings!
My husband and I enjoy coming here for a date. This night was not our usual experience and certainly not the brand of the Four Seasons. Our waitress was slow and many people around us were waiting. Our cocktails came eventually and my husband’s $32 manhattan came without the special cherries. Our appetizers can at the same time as our salads. Three young men were scrambling to help wait tables.
When we finished we just wanted to leave. But, our $110 point credit was defunct because the hostess had cancelled our reservation (although on Open Table it was showing that we were currently dining). The manager made us wait while she made phone calls that were no help. I was standing there with her while she was on the phone. She offered to buy us dessert. We just wanted to leave. Others around us had their drinks removed from their bill, but we were not offered that. I had to ask for a discount.
The original server came back on the floor but said nothing to us.
I applaud the three young men who stepped in to help. The rest of the staff need training on brand and service.
I will also add that it used to be much easier to use open table points. Now it’s such a hassle it’s seemingly not worth it.
