Though the food was just fine, prices were high for the quality. Also, it feels a bit corporate, with some rules enforced. For the money, I’d rather go to a local place that feels more personal

For anyone with food allergies, the 110 is an amazing place! I can eat here with 100% confidence. The only problem in Hadley is parking. It’s a nightmare!

We used open table for our reservations. our server was Jenna. She was very friendly, competent and attentive. She made suggestions and they were great!!
We (party of 2) decided to check out this recent addition to the Amherst area, enticed by their 'allergen-conscious' menu. We reached the place without a reservation at 1900 hrs and they seemed to have several free tables (I counted at least 5 empty tables in the room in the which the bar is located and possibly a couple of tables in their central dining area as well as several vacant stools at the bar). After waiting a few minutes behind a party of 8, when we were unable to catch the eye of any of the restaurant folks to be seated, we made a reservation on OpenTable which indicated that seating was available every 15 minutes (when we reserved a table) starting 7.15 PM. The host finally turned up and said we had to wait 40 minutes, when I pointed out that they seem to have several free tables and we just reserved a table using OT. She said OT doesn't get updated and there's a wait of 40 minutes. I resigned myself to the wait and asked if we can come back at 7.45 (it was 7.05 when we had this conversation). She insisted she can seat us only at 8 PM.
Things only got worse once we were seated at 8 PM. We ordered their pasta primavera and the gluten-free version of the vegetable stir-fry (this replaced the linguini in the regular with soba noodles). We mentioned that the gf option was a preference not an allergy. We were served a vegan version of the pasta even though we said that we're not vegan and love dairy/cheese. When we pointed this out, the manager brought some cheese and the original creamy tomato sauce in a bowl to have over the dish we were served. The vegetable stir-fry did not have the gf soba noodles we had requested and was so sweet it made me gag. This was the first time in a very long time that I actually struggled to finish a dish (started gagging after a couple of mouthfuls). My partner's comment was "Do they think vegans don't have any taste buds?" which I think sums up our meal. The complimentary bread and butter was pretty good.

Server/bartender was quite pushy and wasn’t friendly. Food wasn’t as good as other 110 restaurants I’ve been to in the past. I won’t be going to this one again.

No complaints. We had a small group gathering and it was better than expected. Very accommodating and loved the large bar area!
The layout was a little unusual compared to other 110 Grills I have been to but was still nice. The service was great and the one issue we had was immediately addressed by the manager. Would definitely go back.

We had to wait ten minutes even though we had a reservation. It was cold overall and especially cold sutting near a window. The food was good but it seems like it is too expensive. For a burger and beer including tip it was $38.
We loved it! My husband is Celiac and this was by far the best place we have been too! Shelley gave us excellent service.. this is our new spot and we plan on bringing our family and friends!
We were seated in the back near the cooking area. I was not happy it was too dark and felt confined. We asked if we could sit in the front area near the bar area and the hostess seemed annoyed and not accommodating . So we just Settled not wanting to cause a scene. ( we thought she was trying to spread us out between waitresses). I was freezing and the lighting was too dark. My husband being a electrician and lighting expert said the same. The food was great! The chefs should be credited for sure!! We will go back but definitely ask to sit in the front area. Remember many couples go to dinner not just for the food but for the comfort and atmosphere!

This was my first time visiting a 110 Grill. I love that it is a scratch kitchen with a focus on allergies. Our waitress, Ivory, provided great service and was friendly and welcoming. Our food and drinks were incredible. The presentation and taste was spot on. I can’t wait to return and try something new on the menu.
A very nice lunch. When the manager is expediting, food comes out quickly, but otherwise it sits in the pass for some time. I will definitely be back, delicious food!
Food is just okay, but way overpriced for what it is. Service was super slow. Waited 15 min past our reservation to be seated. Waited 10 min for server to come. Waited 20 min after ordering before server offered us bread. When food came, the kitchen had ignored instructions, and wait-staff offered neither apology nor offered to make it right. They tout their loyalty program, but the servers don’t put the code onto the receipt unless you make a point to ask them to before you ask for the check. When I asked the server about getting loyalty points for our meal, she said something vague about calling the number on the website, but had no idea how to find that number. Overall, it’s hard to justify the cost of a dinner with underwhelming food and poor service.

There were 4 or us for dinner. Were seated promptly, hostess very nice. We ordered the fried pickles and calamari for appetizers, both very good. Our drinks came in a reasonable time, my gimlet was horrible, my friend had a yummy blood orange martini. My husband ordered the fish and chips . The fish was extremely mushy, he didn't really eat any of it. My friend ordered the tuna, she said it was good, however she was up for hours in the middle of the night, not in a good way.....my 101 salad was good, a bit salty.... side of chicken which was really good. Total for the four of us with tip (we each had 2 drinks) Our waitress was very nice and everyone else that attended to us was super friendly as well. The overall experience was not good enough for us to go back.
Mainly, I think the food is ok, but overpriced for what it is. Our server was terrific, very attentive and pleasant. As a restaurant they're still working out some procedural kinks having only been over for a few weeks.
I am excited about having 110 in the area. The food is really good.
It is chilly in the place. Hopefully that will change. I know it is new and things might not be running smoothly.
The salad was amazingly fresh but for 11$ I thought it was a little small. I had the Brussels sprout salad.
The dressing was outstanding.
This was my first time eating at 110- I've heard great things, especially about how they cater to allergies and dietary needs. I don't specifically have needs but I have preferences I will probably be more aware of next time I'm there. My only complaint about the food was that there was a lot of oil on both my swordfish and brussels sprouts. I like the taste of my food (which I know some people like the taste of butter/oil) so I will be making sure in the future I ask them for little to no use of butter/oil. Also I got the seasonal salad with no nuts and dressing on the side, thankfully the salad was lightly dressed and I don't have a nut allergy so I could pick the nuts off. Otherwise the food was tasty, reasonably priced, and came out in a normal amount of time. Our server seemed a bit anxious and kept messing up her words and forgot my fiance's beer #2 on the bar so he didn't have it and she seemed to have forgotten anything before I said something. I look forward to try less health conscious things on the menu like the pizzas, burgers, and their totchos sound delicious. Also when I'm not stuffed from dinner (as portions are an excellent size), I will be all over dessert.
Fantastic service and great food. For those with food allergies, nothing is prepared without a manager reviewing and approving, and even delivering it to you. Loved the experience. We will return!
