110 Grill - Latham
The service was very good. However, we had an early reservation so it was not crowded. While our fish was tasty and hot the veggies and potatoes were not even warm. This tells me your just sending out food with no coordination between those preparing the food. Overall we were disappointed.
When I made the reservation I had a choice of high top tables or regular & I selected regular but the restaurant did not receive that information from OpenTable so they were planning to put as at a high top table which would not have worked for us. We therefore had to wait a while to be seated at a regular table.
It felt very cozy, and I loved that they had vegetarian options! Our waiter was very pleasant and attentive The food came out quickly and tasted great.
Excellent! Great variety on the menu as well as a gluten-free menu. Four of us had dinner one of us ordered gluten-free. The chef brought and served the gluten-free plate. No cross-contamination.
The food and service were great!
Our server Kenny was exceptional. Food was better than average. Ambiance was perfect.
I had fish and chips. Serving was small. Fish was not crispy. My wife had shrimp and clams with linguine. Could not taste clams. Not very good. Probably will not return.

The food and drinks were good but they need to work on getting the kitchen and bar right. It took forever for our drinks to arrive. The food took a long time and appetizers and main course showed up together. Our waitress was very attentive but she could not make the food and drinks. We will give it one more try before giving up on it because the food was good.

I don’t know if I’ve ever written a review, but our experience wasn’t very good so I’ll just put this out there. It was a small birthday dinner. Party of five with two little kids (4 & 6). Make a 5:45 reservations so it wouldn’t be a late night. Place looks nice and I’d say it has a good ambiance. Ordered apps (pickle chips and calamari) along w entrees. Takes almost an hour for the apps to come. In the meantime the manager comes over and apologizes for the delay and tells us it’s bc they had to be remade (don’t know why). We get them and finish them and then it’s another 15-20 mins for entrees. They eventually come out for everyone but me. Mine takes another 5 minutes. We don’t complain, but the waitress feels bad and says she will buy a dessert. Nice enough. I ask for an ice cream, and the kids order a bowl of berries and a dish of ice cream as well. Big mistake, as those take another 20 mins to come out. Ice cream and berries. All in all we didn’t get out of there until probably 8:15. I know they are a relatively new establishment so maybe they will work out their obvious kitchen/service issues, but we’ll wait a while to find out.

Non verbal hostess didn't help our first impression. Maybe we weren't that interesting, but still. Also, there was just one booth occupied and she wanted to seat us right next to the occupied booth?? Cody, our server, made up for it. Very welcoming and helpful. Our 4 lunches of tomato soup, grilled cheese, Cuban and fish tacos, were fine. We went to the Latham location because our friends are crazy for 110 in Massachusetts. Bar service was slow. I cancelled my wine because I was half way though my lunch and it hadn't arrived.
In closing, we asked the hostess about the loyalty program and she couldn't provide any information and said they didn't have loyalty cards. Our friend had his card in his hand. I had signed up on line beforehand and only received a promotional email that stated in part, "Receiving this notification does not mean that you have signed up for the 110 Grill loyalty program". I had to establish a password! So we didn't buy gift cards as intended.

i ordered a pasta dish and i thought the pasta was a little over cooked. it should be served Al Dente.
The food is very good, when the dining room is full the service is delayed...not sure it the issue originates in the kitchen or lack of staff in dining room.
First time at restaurant wonderful experience little pricier than we were expecting

We love the 110 Grill. Everything goes over so well. They are always very careful with are order especially since there is food allergies. My family and I dine there any chance we can. Would recommend 110 all the time.
The food is all made to order so you can adjust anything, which is fantastic. I requested a few changes to my meal and they were made correctly and the food tasted good.

Great first experience. Love the menu and atmosphere. Food and service was great. Experienced short wait for table because we waited for low-top. This was requested in reservation but was not acknowledged. Not sure how it shows up on Open Table reservations, so maybe that was the issue. Will go back.
Great atmosphere and the food was delicious. Was not rushed at all and Vionna our waitress was great! Highly recommend.
Slower than I expected for Sunday evening at new restaurant. Service was very friendly. Meals were tasty, although the salmon add on with salad was pretty small for $9.
My daughter has a severe tree nut allergy and they went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe eating!
The food and service was excellent, will be visiting again soon!
We were a party of six for lunch...restaurant was minimally to moderately busy....kitchen was slow! We all enjoyed the food...recommend the Beyond Burger!
Four Very different dinners, and all delicious. Appetizers were a highlight!
Our server Kenney was phenomenal! He was so helpful with our drink and meal selection. Having one of our group being gluten-free, he went above and beyond to be sure everything was just right.
The service wasn't great: waiter was slow and didn't stop by the table very often; brought out rolls 5 minutes before food was delivered; asked us for a 5 star review before we had even placed our order, etc. The other concern I had about the experience was the up-charges for a side salad and brussel sprouts. If a protein comes with a choice of 2 sides, why can't a side salad be one of them and not cost an additional $4? I opted for brussel spouts as my 2 sides ($1 up-charge) and they charged me the up-charge on both servings. Was that really necessary to do on a $30+ entree?
That being said, food was great, allergen menu made it easy for me to order, food came out steaming hot and fresh so no complaints there.
The dead flowers on the hostess stand from when they opened two weeks ago was a real turn off and telling of the food to come. I ordered the caprese salad...and it came with breaded and fried chicken, with cheeses melted on top with pesto sauce. It was pretty gross! Not a caprese at all!

I think in time this place will do much better than my rating reflects. It was our first visit.
Our rolls came out cold and somewhat frozen. We complained and got more of the same. I had a salad that was ok. Two of the other dishes were warm, not hot. We waited over an hour for our food. Our server kept apologizing and brought us a free dessert.
My husband and I had previously made plans with friends to go to lunch this Tuesday. I hope our lunch will be better than our dinner.
We could see the kitchen staff from our table. They appeared very busy and were not talking. Having observed this, we thought something is wrong with the system or adapting to the system.

Excellent service . Food was very good and flavorful. I had the mediterranian wrap which was excellent. My husband had fish and chips which was done with a light and crispy batter. would def recommend it.
For a chain restaurant, we found 110 to be surprisingly good. The food was above average, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was very nice. We especially liked the open kitchen and the outside deck with fire pit. We will definitely return.
We had to wait a short time for our table as there seemed to be some confusion about where to seat us. We had made reservations on Open Table. This was quickly remedied and were seated in a nice booth near the open kitchen. The server was friendly and welcoming. My Wife ordered the Cuban Swordfish, but the waitress said that they were out of it. Not a big deal, but she should have notified us prior to ordering. She wound up getting the Mushroom Demi Sirloin and really enjoyed it. I ordered the Short Rib Risotto and it was delicious. The space is well-decorated, creating a warm ambiance. All-in-all the 110 Grill was a hit with us!
You could not tell that they had only been open for a week when we went! The manager, Aaron, was fantastic! Our server was wonderful and timely with our orders and the ambience was great. We can’t wait to back and have some drinks outside by the fire pit. I think we’ve found a new date night spot!

This was our first visit and the Latham location recently opened. Outstanding service. Food was delicious. We had the tots appetizer, turkey burger, flatbread, and pulled pork. Delicious and we will be back.

Our waitress Lindsay was outstanding and made sure to read our order back to us to give us the satisfaction that it wouldn’t be messed up.. and it wasn’t. The service was kind, though music was very loud and didn’t seem to fit the scenery of the restaurant. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will recommend again.
