I know how hard the restaurant industry can be, so I always like to be fair - even forgiving. But in this instance, forgiving is just not on the menu.

From the moment we walked in for a 5:45pm reservation, we had to wait to be seated. Not normal waiting, a line formed behind us with more than one other family. Patience wore thin. Finally, we were seen and checked in.

When we went to our table, we gave our waiter (who was very friendly and accommodating) our app order, and ordered our kids' food so they wouldn't have to wait like adults. The kids did. The adults did. Phones came out. Disney Plus went on.

When the Totchos (app) arrived, it was cold. When my daughter's Mac n' Cheese arrived, it was cold. We sent them (the Totchos) back to be heated up/remade, switched my daughter's meal to something else, and my wife asked for some more ketchup for our son's fries (hot and tasty).

Our waiter apologized, and off he went to grab new food. Again, we waited, and waited, and waited.

Finally, after our waiter had apologized to the couple behind us, as their steak was cooked rare instead of well-done (??), I flagged him down, and asked about the ketchup and the new Totchos. They were both promptly retrieved.

Upon receiving them, we put in our entree order. More...excessive...waiting.

When the food did arrive (we're about 75 mins into our meal - and this story), it was hot and delicious (especially my Corden Blue). We then made an exhausted inquiry about the ice cream that came with our kids' meals and were promised it was on its way out.

More waiting. Patience waned. More inquiries. Food Landing. Apologies all around.

Promptly paid the check and put this experience, and restaurant, into my rearview.

Like I said, I try and be forgiving/understanding. But this was one of the worst meals I've had - top 3 of all time, easy.

I shall not be returning, and urge everyone to leave serious time if they visit (especially with kids).

My husband and I have had dinner at 110 Grill in Plymouth several times. Each time we can rely on getting a good meal and interesting cocktails. This time we went on New Year's Eve with our daughter. The restaurant wasn't hectically busy and there were other families there as well. Our waitress was wonderful, anticipating drink refills and attentive at just the right times.
There was a singer with a guitar there on NYE. Something different and he was good.
Our food was good - flavorful and good portions. Prices are a bit high. The menu is great with many different choices to accommodate many different tastes, important with groups and families.

Had a reservation but waited for one host while she slowly processed two gift card purchase. And I mean slowly. The room was deafening from a live guitar player. Could not hear my spouse talk.. not a good thing:-( the food was served okay, but in the wrong order. Appetizers came after main course... nice. Food was ok nothing special. Otherwise it was a great dinner.

110 Grill is excellent from start to finish. They have a wonderful variety of starters, sides, sandwiches, pizza's and entrees. A good mix of both traditional and unique fare. They take care in the quality of their food and they even have a section with vegetarian dishes, many that can be made vegan upon request. The drink menu is outstanding, the service and overall atmosphere is very welcoming and individualized. I highly recommend this establishment!

We arrived not me for an early dinner reservation & after being seated for 15 minutes with menus we had not been greeted, offered a drink or any service despite and multiple wait staff passing by us several times. The dining area was not even fully occupied. It's been years since we received such poor service in any restaurant - we informed the hostess & walked out. Quite a disappointment - we won't be back, nor recommend this Plymouth location to anyone. They need a serious overhaul.

Pleasantly surprised that an off the beaten path “
Chain restaurant “ was so good !
Great vibe, terrific service & very varied menu.Also Gluten Free & Vegan.
Look like a great bar scene also.

My daughter ordered a cheese steak with no veggies and was delivered a cheese steak with veggies. To fix the problem, they took it back and just took the veggies off and gave it back. The sandwich still had the taste of the veggies (as they had been mixed in with the cheese steak). They did not offer to make a new sandwich just offered to take the meal off the bill. While that is appreciated, a new sandwich would have been better.

Our waiter, Kyle, was very attentive to our needs. He was always asking us if we needed anything. They have an area of high topped tables, which was great and very roomy. Food was excellent. This was our first visit, we will definitely be back.

Service was slow for what seemed to be a quiet Wednesday evening. Rolls took a long time. Food wait was also lengthy. One burger ordered med well, one med-med rare. Both came well done, no pink at all. Tasted ok, but really prefer med with pink center.

Everything was awesome. Food and service. If I had to criticize. The cook on the ribeye and tips were a little past medium. My swordfish was awesomely done. Had a great interaction with management. Very happy overall.

The service started out well but deteriorated after we waited over 30 minutes for our simple dinner. The order was wrong, the food that did arrive was not good and the server barely apologetic. the manager (who came after we requested that he speak with us) made excuses. He did comp us for the meal but I would never return.

I’ve been here many times! Last night the bar staff were just in a word “off”! While having a great conversation with my friend, it was distracting, disruptive, and disappointing for the need to track down a bar staff! And I’m talking about basics like ordering dinner or getting a drink refill. Sitting at the bar one typically expects better more interactive service. And that’s been the case in the past. I will give another try in the future - but keep in mind folks there are many options out there so step it up a bit!

This is our 3rd time coming here- the first was just after it opened and there were some snafus. The second was good. This last time was the worst of all. My husband's soup never arrived. My son ordered broccoli as his side, and cucumbers came. My chicken cordon bleu sandwich was was overcooked- the bun was black, the chicken dry with barely any sauce. My husband's $19 turkey tips had all of 6 small tips and 2 broccolinis. Overall, food is inconsistent, service is so so and prices are alot for what you get. Not in a rush to go back any time soon.

It was our anniversary. My wife’s onion soup was cold. The raspberry lemonade sangria was syrupy. We watched staff try to seat people at a table next to us 6 times and people kept asking to go somewhere warmer. A table of four that was there before us, asked to get moved before their dinners came... this occurred over a twenty minute period - should not take management that long to catch on. It was our first trip there, most likely our last.

Waited an hour for our food. My husband ordered a Coke and it had no flavor x2 he than changed it to a ginger ale, which again had no flavor so he settled for a water. The waitress never asked me if I wanted another drink. My husband had to ask her for another round when we where served our dinner... finally. I enjoyed the Salmon but my husband received a small portion of steak tips for the $25 cost. So disappointed in tonight’s experience. I had a great experience at 110 Grill in NH and couldn’t wait to take my husband there.

Excellent service and delicious food! We will definitely be returning. Our son has celiac disease, and most often is excluded from enjoying simple things like french fries...but here at the 110 grill he could have french fries because they have a dedicated gluten free frier. He was so happy!! Overall it was a fantastic experience!

I’ve been here twice and think it’s just ok. Maybe I would feel a little different if it wasn’t so pricey for ok food. Best deal is kids menu!! We had nachos to start-disappointing with only a few little shreds of chicken and super skimpy on toppings. My husbands steak tips were dry. I had s wedge salad-which was good(but not to difficult to screw up!). My daughter had the Mac-hmmm it was alright but just missing something. Hope they can improve and pull it together. because I love that it’s convenient and intriguing menu items.

This location has not been opened very long but in comparison to the Braintree location, it needs to iron out lots of issues. .......especially the kitchen and chef.

Appetizers consisting of wings with garlic Parmesan and tuna sashimi. I asked that the wings be. Done well and crisp. It never happened. My wife’s tuna was good but nothing special. For entrees, I ordered the swordfish with garlic mashed potatoes and skinny onion rings. My wife ordered their special burger.

You should know that before we were not even 1/2 way through our apps the entrees arrived and I asked the server to return until we were finished our first course. I watched as the dinners were set atop the heating lamps until we were finished. Needless to say, the entrees arrived and I took one bite of swordfish and the fish had been sitting there dried out and warm, not hot. However both the potatoes and the onion rings were cold. I asked the server if she would return as this was not acceptable. The chef threw the fish back on the grill to heat up and dried the fish completely out. By this time, I was over it and asked for a manager. Brett came over and I explained the evening issues. He had the chef prepare a new dish and of course, my wife’s burger ( which she was pleased with) was eaten by the time the new entree arrived. As I stated to the manager, “Chef needs to do it right the first time”. Brett apologized, and comped the bill for both meals which was very nice.
Our server Matty was a real “gem” who is young but very proficient in her job and handled the situation extremely well. It will take awhile to get the kinks out but the Chef needs to get his act together as this was not his first venture in cooking.

Mentioned that I went to 110 Grill this weekend to colleagues and I received the following comments. Been to other locations and “nothing but a glorified , more upscale fast food restaurant. I guess I wasn’t alone in my assessment. Kudos to Brett and Matty for the effort.

Service was horrible. Waiter never checked on us after bringing our drinks. No bread. Appetizers came out after an hour and a half. When we finally received our food it was cold. And someone in our party was brought out the wrong entree. No apology from the waiter. We had to flag him down for a second round of drinks which we never received and had to ask after 30minutes of waiting. The food was good but would have been better if it was actually hot instead of room temp. Drinks, although they took for ever, were great. If you aren’t in a rush it’s ok. As we walked out there were multiple unhappy customers walking complaining about the wait and service also.

While the food was pretty good it took us over 2 hours to eat and that’s far too long with children, especially considering we did not have dessert.

Out waitress was not very attentive at all.

110 is 110% game in with vibrant atmosphere and a wonderful wait staff especially at the bar. Food options for all from vegetarian to gluten free to carnivores- an eclectic mix of fresh well prepared options. Open table is a great option to reserve a seat for a busy Friday or Saturday night.
