Everything was great! The kitchen staff should be mindful they are in an open space and them swearing can be heard by guests.
lights flickered constantly... very annoying. cocktails were awful. good food but overpriced.
Only flaw was that my husband's dairy free fish and chips tasted like baking soda which they apparently use in the preparation- why?
One other comment is that many similar places serve some kind of bread on the side, which would be very welcome with salad entrées.
Excellent food, service, and ambiance. We had part of our party delayed, then added an extra and the waitstaff was extremely pleasing. All of our dishes looked as good as they tasted and were all hot and delicious. 110 Grill has never dissapointed us.
Our server was Karyn and we love her personality and interaction with us. Food was wonderful and we love the new menu
We have been here many a times. This was the first time we have ever had such a horrible experience. Right from the reservation on through the end.
Only gripe was the wait. Had a reservation, still had to wait 35 minutes. It was a Saturday just after Valentines day, so I cut them some slack.
Server was friendly and prompt. V professional. Food took a long time even though not very busy. Some of it was cold. Flavour was just okay, not great. So an average experience. Restrooms were clean.
This is my favorite local restaurant, however here are a few items to think about:
1. Our Valentinis (2) were not served with cherries.
2. My red velvet cake did not come with chocolate drizzle. Our waitress quickly ran it back for the drizzle. SHE was WONDERFUL. Her name is Tina.
3. Another waitress came over to our table and greeted the men, but not the women. She new at least one of the women at our table. This does not represent good customer service nor good business. Her name is Karen.
The hostess seated us right away. We waited for over 15 minutes when the assistant manager came by and asked if anyone had been over. He got us water and took an oder for soup as our starter. It was another 15 minutes before a waitress came by. She took our orders, got us bread and never asked if we wanted anything to drink beside water. We then waited another 20 minutes for our lunches. The food was mediocre. Flat breads were soggy and the lobster bisque had a small piece of lobster.
Fortunately we had gift cards and didn't have to spend our money. We were very disappointed.

Our waitress, Tina, was absolutely perfect. She was funny, polite and always let us know what was happening with our order. We went twice in 3 days and requested her the second time. Awesome waitress. Also the food was incredible as well.

This is my third time at this restaurant and I live it. We went New Year day and it was busy.
We ordered steak tips and steak and cheese. Our New Year's Eve dinner was tasty, but the service was slow. We had to ask three times for bbq sauce.

Food was good but we asked for the gluten free menus and when we ordered off them we received regular dishes. The server did not ask if we wanted the gluten free option, even though that was the menu we were ordering from.
Waitress was very attentive. That makes the whole experience.
No hostess, place was between shifts and it took 10 minutes to get seated. We ordered right away server was very efficient and nice. However, kitchen was slow. Food was under the heat lamp for a while. We ordered a salad and a burger. Unfortunately when an appetizer is ordered it seems to throw the how flow of food to the customer off. Not the best experience I have had, but overall we've been to other 110 grills and it's generally pretty dependable.

Our waiter, Ryan, gave us lots of attention, and was very polite.
We had a good time - indulged in appetizers, entrees, desserts and a few beverages. Unfortunately the steak tips I asked for prepared medium rare on my Caesar salad were pretty well done. I didn’t mention anything as they were marinated nicely and tasted good but still a little disappointing.
This was our third visit, but definitely won’t be our last! Service was prompt and friendly and wait times for food and drinks were less than many places we’ve been, despite the fact that the restaurant was full. The variety of food choices and the high quality of taste will have us going back very soon.
We made a reservation at 6:45, but were not seated until 7:20. We had a show to get to and had to rush though dinner.

I went to this restauant because of its gluten free menu. I have celiac disease and it is difficult to find places to eat in the Upper Valley. I was hoping it would become a place I could eat at while in west leb. However, the two times I have eaten there have left me with symptoms of gluten exposure. Even though the managers have assured me the food I was brought was allergen free, my body's reaction said differently. I won't be going again. If you have celiac's, be cautious. It's very disappointing because it tasted great, and is convenient. Oh well.

I was a little worried when I read other reviews on the food wait but we wanted to try them since it was new to our area. OMG! The food was AMAZING, service was excellent - very friendly - and the atmosphere was upscale yet relaxed. My advice on the wait time for the food? Make sure you go with people that you enjoy conversing with, order some beverages and UNWIND. This is food made from SCRATCH and the wait is well worth it! Everyone gets conditioned to restaurants that have preprepared or frozen items that come out really fast but the difference in the taste and quality will force you to return happily to wait for 110 Grill cuisine.
Table was ready for the reservation time. Waitress was very good.
The real problem was we waited for 20 to 25 minutes for our meal to come out and it was cool. (steak tips, fish and all sides were cool)
I hate waiting and the food not being HOT!
The manager was nice enough to pick up our drinks for the bad experience we had.

We loved this place and the premise on which it is made. It is a fresh scratch kitchen, so the food is made from scratch. The bar syrups and mixers are made from scratch and they have a bunch of craft local beers. Our server was really wonderful and helpful in guiding us through our choices. We highly recommend this place.
Nice place with very good and fresh food cooked to order. Service was great, Karyn was very helpful and engaged! I had the Autumn Schnitzel special and it was very good. I have dined here several times and have never been disappointed.
Th;is was our 2 nd visit to 110 Grill with company. We were seated promptly. The waitress was great. The kitchen was so slow that the GM was helping out. When the food came out it was cool on some dishes. We were a party of 4.
We will try 110 again, the menu and facility is great, but the timeliness of food prep could be significantly improved.

Good food, nice warm hime made rolls. The waitress was great about helping us keep on our tight schedule.
Excellent restaurant. Love how they handle allergies (i.e. Gluten Free). Sign up for their Loyalty Program to get free dessert on your birthday and anniversary! Also $10 GC for every $110 you spend. Our favorite restaurant in the Upper Valley. Olivia was our server and did a fantastic job.
The server, Julie, was very friendly and attentive. For the most part the food was good. They serve bread, which the first time it came out was warm, but hard as a rock. They apologized and said there was fresh bread coming out (so why serve the old one - but I digress). The replacement wasn't much better.
I got the short rib flatbread. Which was super tasty, but the crust was about as hard as the bread. My wife got the fall salad with steak tips. The steak tips were cooked perfect. If they could figure out how to cook bread or crusts, I may go back, but no so sure.
I felt the prices were to high for the area.
Overall it was a good experience, but I wanted it to be great. I had requested specific seating when making the reservation online and was given something different. The wine list doesn't fully reflect the level of wine to match the food menu pricing or style of service offered. It just seemed a bit off. Rex Goliath moscato?
Service was not up to the level it should be either. Our appetizer plate sat in the middle of the table till our dessert arrived, even after all dinner plates were cleared. Our server was a bit absent at times, I saw other servers spend more time in their sections. I'll try again because I know it's in it's first year, it has great potential.
We all enjoyed our meals. All had seafood. Swordfish very tender, cod excellent, salmon burger really flavorful. Loved all the sides, as well, especially the sweet potato fries and Brussels sprouts. Excellent service. Our waitress Tina was excellent, pleasant, attentive, and helpful. Spoke to the culinary manager who was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I give him a lot of credit for the food quality and presentation. Would definitely recommend. Will be back:)
