At first we were kind of bummed we couldn’t sit in the main dining area due to a private event, but the bar area had entertainment and we really enjoyed them. We haven’t been in a couple years but the food is still good. Lobster Mac and cheese is a must have.
I got the 22 oz Ribeye. It was the best steak I ever had. DELICIOUS!
Never disappoints always friendly courteous and I always leave stuffed
The food was ok. I got ribs and there were a few burnt parts that we to hard to eat. Not a lot of gluten free options. The waitress was very nice and attentive to our table, however there was only 3 customers duing our late lunch time of 3:45 pm.
We received excellent customer service from our waiter Sal, however, the seafood pasta was not the best and could have used a lot more seasoning.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We went for our anniversary got seated and waited 20 minutes without even a drink order taken!! It was the first time i ever walked out of a restaurant EVER!! The only good thing about it was the hostess. She was very kind and apologetic when i mentioned what happened she offered to get a manager but i declined. Will never come back. Thet ruined our special night! Luckly we went to longhorn steakhouse and it was the best experience ever! They turned our ruined experience around. Thank you longhorn steakhouse!
Tuesday night prime rib special is a really good value. It was a nice cut of meat, good salad, and really good mashed potatoes with gravy , creamy horseradish if you want it, $19.95. My wife had a very good seafood pasta that was enough for 2 people.
Our server was congenial, but not very good. After ordering cocktails, it took 25 minutes to get them . The bread didn’t show up for over 30 minutes and only after we asked the second time. Overall , she was not very attentive and was slow . Neither the bar , nor the restaurant was very busy
Arrived 10 minutes late, still had to wait to be seated. Server took awhile to get over. No glassware set up.. place seemed understaffed. 3 of the two times our server stopped by when he was grabbing his receipt with the tip. Would not recommend
Food and service excellent.
I was a little disappointed that we were seated in the more informal room with the tacky video gambling machines, as we had a reservation, and the person who seated us did not ask if we would be ok with that, but otherwise service was great and food is good.
We went for NYE and had a 7:15 reservation with a small child. We waited until 8 for our seats, with a small child. The server was polite but scrambled. Our salads came out 30 minutes after we ordered, and dinner followed at 9:15. We were asked if we wanted dessert and dishes were stacked on our table with two people having to help the server. There was 1 bartender for the whole restaurant to serve bar patrons waiting for their table and the whole restaurant. Food quality was not a lot for the price. I wouldn’t go back and am very disappointed.
Michele Party of 10 NYE
The coconut sea bass was very good, but came with one side only. I also had the wedge salad. The salad was good, but I would have preferred a choice of dressings. My husband had the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and it was tasty. Portion size was good. We were also served a Creamette salad in a small bowl and three rolls before the meal was served. While I thought the pasta was just a bit over priced, their wine servings and cost was as expected. Overall, it was a good experience and the service from the front desk to all of the wait staff was very good.
I dined here with my wife for New Year’s Eve. The restaurant wasn’t terribly busy or overcrowded; however, the service was terrible. It typical took 10-15 minutes to be checked on by our waitress in between water, cocktails, and entrees. We had on waitress provide our water and another take our drink order. Neither was our main server, but gave an indication that we were in store for poor service. Our waitress always had an excuse for the poor service either blaming the bartender or the kitchen. At the end of the night, a kindhearted waitress had the manager speak to us about our service. The owner spoke with us and said to not dine on a holiday (i.e. Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.) because the restaurant was extremely busy these days. He strongly encouraged us to dine again and offered a free appetizer. We stated we don’t intend on coming back and asked to have a round of drinks comped. That didn’t happen. At least the food was good.
Food was just ok. Service was lacking. I recognize it was brunch, but my dirty plate sat on the table for some time. We were chit chatting for a bit and couldn’t even get a refill on our water. Server didn’t really check on us much though he was polite when he did. Thought it was overpriced for what was offered. Restaurant smelled like seafood because of the crab legs offered. Room was stifling hot due to all of the burners being on. Eggs were runny. Same person was manning both the carving station and the omelet station so you basically chose one or the other - when he was even there. Food selection seemed kind of random - for example, pumpkin ravioli? Much prefer dinner here than brunch.
Get together for me and my sis.
Delicious meal... excellent service from our waiter, Brian. Could have enhanced the decor with a few more Christmas decorations. Excellent experience!
Great food and service. Only suggestion Wouk does be to warm up the dining room with some holiday cheer, as well as to soften the lighting.
I absolutely love 94 West. This was my first time for brunch and it was well worth it. Just a great atmosphere. I had to take away a star for our waiter because we were trying to explain to him that we left the tip within our bill and he kept cutting us off...dismissive like. However after he caught his flaw he came and told us that he knew what happened but he never apologized. We were very offended because we pride on tipping well. Overall it was yet another amazing experience at 94 West!
The steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides were very tasty. The service was awesome and the wine was delicious. We will be back for sure.
Menu had dish no longer available. Service was mediocre as was the food. Dessert wanted was also not available. Disappointing
The food was so delish and our waiter Bryan very helpful and attentive. The music was a bit loud for me and it was really fancy then what I expected. We definitely would dine there again.
Waitress was absolutely the best part of the entire experience by far. So professional and so courteous
I was so excited to hear they now serve lunch, same great food and service just earlier in the day and perfectly priced! Even tried a new appetizer garlic shrimp delicious!
Made our birthday celebration horrible service was slow and the food was nasty.
Everything was great the steaks were cooked just the way they were ordered very nice I will b going there again
This place is beautiful and our food was great! The downside was ultimately the waitresses. We sat in our booth for a good 10 minutes with no waitress in sight. Finally, an older, frazzled waitress rushed up to us asking if we had been helped. We said no and she rushed away while sighing loudly and rolling her eyes. Another waitress came by a couple of minutes later and said she was sorry but our waitress is “in the bathroom” and will be with us shortly. Ummm... TMI. Finally, our waitress came and when we asked her a question about the menu she answered incorrectly and then stated “sorry! I just woke up!” Seriously so unprofessional.
No gluten free options, but the waitress seemingly had no idea what I was asking and had to go ask the chef first.
We ordered an appetizer and the waitress did not return to take our order until the appetizer was ready to be delivered to the table.
Asked for a cappuccino after dinner... again the waitress had no idea if they offered that option, so she had to go to the bar to ask. She returned and said they didn’t have the machine to make one. Didn’t offer any alternative (such as umm... coffee...).
Luckily we had a gift card to cover our meals, but we will never return. Ever. It’s really a shame because the restaurant is beautiful and the food was good.
This is my second time here and it was as the first an exceptional experience. The waiter was very attentive and polite with great conversation. The food was hot and delicious. I tried their baked Rockefeller oysters for the first time; good yet I tasted my spinach than the oyster itself...overall though they were hot and good.
Everything was great. The hostess was great and our table was ready. The waitress was very pleasant. I enjoyed every bit of the lunch and will visit soon.
The price of the food for the quality of food received did not correlate. Desserts and alcoholic beverages, were the only good things at this restaurant. The hostess didn’t have enough clothes on to be in an “upscale” restaurant, the servers and bartender were more concerned with talking very loudly about their personal lives, which I have no interest in, than in making good tips and the food was what I could get at any run of the mill steakhouse. Not impressed and I won’t go back - unless it’s just for drinks and desserts.
I told them it was a birthday we were celebrating and they didn’t say anything. When I asked the hostess when we were leaving she had no idea if the birthday person received a piece of cake.
We went to their buffet on Thanksgiving. The food was good, with lots of options and some delicious items - cornbread stuffing, the apple salad and the cannoli were some of my favorites. Our server was great and overall we had a very enjoyable visit. It was our first time there but we will definitely come back and check it out on a regular night or maybe their weekend brunch.
It was a fun day with tons of food and many varieties, thereby satisfying everyone’s individual taste. It was a nice place to celebrate a birthday.
There dining philosophy has changed to be "Cheaper" and they have lost their panache. I don't think I'll be back.
Food was a tad bit cold - other than that our bartender cleaned our table and was very attentive and friendly
We absolutely love it!!!!!!!!!
The worst EVER! From the attitude and ignorance of the hostess woman, to the not getting a dink for 20 mins upon sitting down, to my uncooked Sea Bass (I asked the waiter 2X to make sure it was well done). 2x only because it took almost 45 mins for him to. One tell us that the bartender stole the fish. SERIOUSLY?!?!!! Never again!
My husband & I were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. He ordered the lamb, I ordered the baked shrimp w/asparagus. Lamb was very good. The shrimp dish was a bit tasteless. Did not have any lemon flavor all. Server was friendly & attententive. My husband ordered a glass of wine which he didn't like at all & could not drink it. He mentioned it to our server but she just asked what else he wanted to order, left the glass of wine on the table during the entire meal & also charged us for it. When making the reservation through open table, we marked it was a special anniversary occasion but there was no mention of it from the hostess or server. All in all, it's an OK place with OK food. Not our favorite.
Nothing exceptional at the prices they are charging. Became a little concerned when 10 minutes into our evening a man at a table near us called the waitress over and told her that his meal that he had just received was "terrible" and his wife's was not much better. They got up and left.
Brianna was our server and the owner Brian is very nice. Brianna provided impeccable service. This wasn’t my first time here but this was the first time I was compelled to write a review. Brianna’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness didn’t go unnoticed. Since be been coming Brian has always been very personable.
