Food presentation was amazing, and was very pleasant to the taste.
The photos and reviews were deceiving in my opinion, or maybe I expected too much. I was prepared for a fine dining experience and it wasn't quite that. I was initially thrown off by the slot machines on one side of the restaurant. The food wasn't bad, but not on a level with the price. My waitress coughed and sniffled a lot while another waitress loudly had a ten-minute conversation behind us. I would recommend it to anyone over 30 that is looking for a fine dining experience. However, like I said I may have set my expectations a bit high based on the pics and the area.
This was a walk back in time. Service was slow and we received our foot after two other tables had received theirs and we were there before them! Not to mention the food was ice cold. I think the best thing I had was the wedge salad. Defiantly not some place I would recommend for a date night
Wonderful food. Great service.
Our server was great. But the steak was tasteless and dry.
Food not cooked right. Waitress spent more time talking to other customers. Seating was cramped. Forced 18% gratuity
The waitress Paige made our experience fantastic. Could do without the slot machines in the dinning area. Time and place for everything. Charging you steak house prices while placing slot machines in same room where your eating.
Ribeyes were great. Service was great and we had very nice time
I feel that the slot machines took away from the whole dining experience.
Seated us in the bar area. Dress code is not important. Hostess was wearing jeans and long sleeve t-shirt. Owner acted like a nervous wreck. Directing staff, even played slots a couple times.
Food was good, portions ample. But the lack of atmosphere/ambience was a show stopper for us. We expected a nice Valentine's dinner in a nice restaurant with nice atmosphere.
Instead we sat in a bar listening to slot machines.
Won't go back
I believe my son had more fun than i did and it was my birthday lol! Highly reccomended I will be returning. Great food
The owner was obnoxious and swearing at his employees. The martinis were very weak. We couldn’t taste the alcohol at all. The bone in ribeye was delicious as well as the augratin potatoes.
Katie is the absolute best!
My first visit here as it was recommended by a friend and the food was DELICIOUS! Portion sizes were excellent for the prices. Our server Alyssa was very attentive and kind. I would recommend!
Love this place! You guys always treat ya so well and dying to come back for more
I could not enjoy my Birthday because your restaurant was closed when I arrived .
Great experience, food was good. Need some more choices. Fried chicken with the waffles.
It was for my husbands 48th birthday. The waitress was attentive and the food was great.
Our Experience was Excellent:
The food was delicious 😋
Moms 70th bday
Experience was great but it was very cold
At first we were kind of bummed we couldn’t sit in the main dining area due to a private event, but the bar area had entertainment and we really enjoyed them. We haven’t been in a couple years but the food is still good. Lobster Mac and cheese is a must have.
I got the 22 oz Ribeye. It was the best steak I ever had. DELICIOUS!
Never disappoints always friendly courteous and I always leave stuffed
The food was ok. I got ribs and there were a few burnt parts that we to hard to eat. Not a lot of gluten free options. The waitress was very nice and attentive to our table, however there was only 3 customers duing our late lunch time of 3:45 pm.
We received excellent customer service from our waiter Sal, however, the seafood pasta was not the best and could have used a lot more seasoning.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We went for our anniversary got seated and waited 20 minutes without even a drink order taken!! It was the first time i ever walked out of a restaurant EVER!! The only good thing about it was the hostess. She was very kind and apologetic when i mentioned what happened she offered to get a manager but i declined. Will never come back. Thet ruined our special night! Luckly we went to longhorn steakhouse and it was the best experience ever! They turned our ruined experience around. Thank you longhorn steakhouse!
Tuesday night prime rib special is a really good value. It was a nice cut of meat, good salad, and really good mashed potatoes with gravy , creamy horseradish if you want it, $19.95. My wife had a very good seafood pasta that was enough for 2 people.
Our server was congenial, but not very good. After ordering cocktails, it took 25 minutes to get them . The bread didn’t show up for over 30 minutes and only after we asked the second time. Overall , she was not very attentive and was slow . Neither the bar , nor the restaurant was very busy
Arrived 10 minutes late, still had to wait to be seated. Server took awhile to get over. No glassware set up.. place seemed understaffed. 3 of the two times our server stopped by when he was grabbing his receipt with the tip. Would not recommend
Food and service excellent.
I was a little disappointed that we were seated in the more informal room with the tacky video gambling machines, as we had a reservation, and the person who seated us did not ask if we would be ok with that, but otherwise service was great and food is good.
We went for NYE and had a 7:15 reservation with a small child. We waited until 8 for our seats, with a small child. The server was polite but scrambled. Our salads came out 30 minutes after we ordered, and dinner followed at 9:15. We were asked if we wanted dessert and dishes were stacked on our table with two people having to help the server. There was 1 bartender for the whole restaurant to serve bar patrons waiting for their table and the whole restaurant. Food quality was not a lot for the price. I wouldn’t go back and am very disappointed.
Michele Party of 10 NYE
The coconut sea bass was very good, but came with one side only. I also had the wedge salad. The salad was good, but I would have preferred a choice of dressings. My husband had the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and it was tasty. Portion size was good. We were also served a Creamette salad in a small bowl and three rolls before the meal was served. While I thought the pasta was just a bit over priced, their wine servings and cost was as expected. Overall, it was a good experience and the service from the front desk to all of the wait staff was very good.
I dined here with my wife for New Year’s Eve. The restaurant wasn’t terribly busy or overcrowded; however, the service was terrible. It typical took 10-15 minutes to be checked on by our waitress in between water, cocktails, and entrees. We had on waitress provide our water and another take our drink order. Neither was our main server, but gave an indication that we were in store for poor service. Our waitress always had an excuse for the poor service either blaming the bartender or the kitchen. At the end of the night, a kindhearted waitress had the manager speak to us about our service. The owner spoke with us and said to not dine on a holiday (i.e. Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.) because the restaurant was extremely busy these days. He strongly encouraged us to dine again and offered a free appetizer. We stated we don’t intend on coming back and asked to have a round of drinks comped. That didn’t happen. At least the food was good.
Food was just ok. Service was lacking. I recognize it was brunch, but my dirty plate sat on the table for some time. We were chit chatting for a bit and couldn’t even get a refill on our water. Server didn’t really check on us much though he was polite when he did. Thought it was overpriced for what was offered. Restaurant smelled like seafood because of the crab legs offered. Room was stifling hot due to all of the burners being on. Eggs were runny. Same person was manning both the carving station and the omelet station so you basically chose one or the other - when he was even there. Food selection seemed kind of random - for example, pumpkin ravioli? Much prefer dinner here than brunch.
Get together for me and my sis.
Delicious meal... excellent service from our waiter, Brian. Could have enhanced the decor with a few more Christmas decorations. Excellent experience!
Great food and service. Only suggestion Wouk does be to warm up the dining room with some holiday cheer, as well as to soften the lighting.
I absolutely love 94 West. This was my first time for brunch and it was well worth it. Just a great atmosphere. I had to take away a star for our waiter because we were trying to explain to him that we left the tip within our bill and he kept cutting us off...dismissive like. However after he caught his flaw he came and told us that he knew what happened but he never apologized. We were very offended because we pride on tipping well. Overall it was yet another amazing experience at 94 West!
The steaks were cooked to perfection and the sides were very tasty. The service was awesome and the wine was delicious. We will be back for sure.
