Always a great experience. One of my faves!
Very courteous staff and quaint place. Fabulous experience during relaxing family dinner. We recommended this place to our several friends. Thank you for the kind and graceful service. Happy holidays!
Food is amazing, service is great. It is a relative small restaurant has good Italian food. Only issue is it got very loud when it is full house due to the structure of the building. I also notice the AC is limited due to the structure but we had no issue as it is winter time. Overall a lovely restaurant for both date night and friends gathering over a meal.
We moved here from NYC and this is our absolute favorite Italian restaurant in the area. 5 stars and fabulous food/service every single time.
Went there for a BD celebration and had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the food, the service, the ambiance...would recommend to others and can hardly wait to return😊
We had a large group with us, service was great, food was amazing (as usual) and we had a great night. One of my favorite spots and we’ll continue to visit!
Great service and food. only disappointment was that they ran out of Caesar salad.
Enjoyed the bartender, drink menu, wait staff, dining outside, and the food. We had a group of seven and tried lots of entrees. Everything was perfect. Smoked salmon risotto, salmon with spaghetti, squid ink pasta, and I can't remember after that. But it was all fantastic.
We had a terrible experience. My order was burned badly yet they tried to pass it off on me. The server was extremely rude when I complained about it and caused a scene at the table. I will not be going back.
Food was very good. Service was rather slow, it was very busy with a couple of large parties which likely slowed things down. It was very loud which made conversation a little difficult.
A great meal! Starting with our server (BJ) who was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to explain ingredients and preparation for every menu item we asked about.
We started with an appetizer off the list of specials, Seared octopus. It was seared in a very tasty sauce, spiced, but not hot. The two generous sized tentacles were tasty and incredibly tender.
My wife and I went for the Chef’s specials for our entrees also. My wife had a halibut steak, prepared in a balsamic buerre blanc. It was cooked perfectly. Very light and flaky. I had asparagus risotto, topped with 3 day boat scallops. The risotto was a very cheesy and creamy. The asparagus provided texture as well as freshness. The scallops were sautéed perfectly.
Staying with the theme we shared the special dessert. An apple crisp topped with vanilla gelato and a light caramel drizzle. The sweet crisp along with the slightly tart apples were a perfect combination. A great evening and we will definitely be back!
They have grown and polished their service over the years. We eat here as family favorite all the time.
A neighborhood gem. Great food and ambiance. Highly recommended.
Everything was excellent and the chef even prepared sautéed spinach for us even though it was not on the menu. Needless to say it too was yummy. I love the clams with linguine.
Our dining experience at A. Bellagio was very good! The service was top-notch, and the food excellent!
I had the salmon entree. The salmon was moist and flavorful. My husband ordered the seafood pasta, and he enjoyed it as well!
The waiter old man there was very nice. Unfortunately every time he spoke to me he was spitting on me in my drink and food and it was completely disgusting. Someone needs to tell him not to speak so closely since he is unaware he is spitting on people when he talks. If you don’t believe me then you should sit down and have him serve you it is really out of control bad. He spits everywhere when he talks. Disgusting. I won’t be returning ever.
I liked the menu choices and the service and decor was great
Our second time at this restaurant. The food is excellent. Very friendly staff from the moment you walk in the door until you leave.
Our dinner companion ordered a pasta with seafood and the chef forgot the pasta! To be fair, our friend could not pin-point what was wrong with his dish until the another waiter (or chef?) brought over a bowl of cooked plain pasta half way through the meal for him to add to his dish. Our waitress didn't even apologize or acknowledge this error and no adjustment on bill either.
Great food and winw
Great restaurant! Food is always tasty, service is attentive, and the ambiance on the patio is lovely (it is also less noisy than the restaurant interior). Every time I have been there the experience is top drawer!
My husband and I went out with a friend on a Monday night. It was very slow, being a Monday but it made for an enjoyable evening, being very quiet. We ordered two glasses of red wine and burrata sub tomatoes for bell peppers as an appetizer. The burrata was delicious and my husband who doesn’t love prosciutto, LOVED the prosciutto. I ordered the spaghetti carbonara, which was maybe the best carbonara I’ve ever had? It was perfect! I couldn’t even save some for leftovers, I ate the whole thing! My husband got the smoked salmon pasta which is his favorite and was also very delicious. I don’t recall what our friend got but her dish was delicious too. For dessert, we got the dark chocolate truffle and it was delicious as well. Everything was superb. We will be back!
Food and service is always very good. A nice, quiet restaurant for conversation.
We had the most amazing time at A Bellagio this past weekend. Incredible food, nice ambience and good conversation. It was a busy Saturday evening and despite having reservations at 7:30, we had to wait for our table. This turned out to be a good thing. We found a small spot at their quaint bar and ordered drinks while we waited for our table. Chatting with other patrons at the bar, we quickly learned that they were die hard regulars. The delightful duo tending the bar, Eddie (owner) and Scouter were attentive, friendly, and funny. They made us feel welcomed as if we were regulars. We ended up giving up our table to have dinner at the bar, which I think made for a better experience.
Based on recommendations from the regulars, and Eddie and Scouter, we tried the caprese, spinach salad, carbonara and salsiccia, and all of it was melt in your mouth delizioso! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. You can tell their food is made with care and love.
To top it off, Eddie gave us limoncello's on the house. That was unexpected and much appreciated. :)
You may have to wait for a table even if you have reservations, but be patient and you won't be disappointed. We can't wait to go back.
The food is always very good at Bellagio. Keep in mind if you are going on a weekend..it usually is crowded and loud.
Very friendly atmosphere and they work hard to make sure your meal is right.
Our calamari came in cold, so they took it back to reheat.
I love their squid pasta and if in the menu for the week their octopus.
Food was tasty, but service was super slow and inattentive. Server was nice though, just MIA for most of the time.
Outside dining area was temperate and serene - fortunate enough to have the area to ourselves. Food was delicious and service was prompt in all aspects..
Maybe it was a busy night, but it took almost 30 min between our reservation time and when we were seated (though the table was empty the whole time). Appetizers were good but entrees were ok, a tad salty. I think the pasta dishes with tomato based sauces were better than butter or oil based sauces. I remember the food being better years earlier, so I'd still return to try a few more dishes. May have been an abnormally busy night and they couldn't keep up with the demand.
We always recommend A Bellagio. We're treated like family and my husband (who's picky about this) says it's one of his top places to have a good steak filet. Plus great fish options for me. Don't miss out on the house-made Limoncello after!
First time dining here and really surprised this place was not more crowded. Food was excellent. Service was excellent and unobtrusive. Price was a bargain! Really an excellent dining experience. Will be going back for sure...
The overall experience just amazing and we really had a good time having dinner outside. The ambience on outside tables is completely different than inside. Would highly recommend it
I loved the ambience and it wasn't a problem getting a reservation! But, the food was so-so. My linguine alla vognole (sp?) had what appeared to be canned diced tomatoes, though it did have plenty of clams. My husband's pasta with bolognese was so so and my son liked the gnocchi. Our server was also so so. She would ask us how everything was as she passed our table rather than stopping to ask. She also asked us if we wanted dessert as she passed our table, again not stopping to ask. Yeah, not too impressive.
Date with wife. Great service, dog on patio ok, great dining exp. black ink squid was awesome. Our waitress BJ was super busy but very nice. Host was super nice - all +++
Wonderful food and waitress
We've dinner an A Bellagio on several occasions and have always been pleased with the food and service. The atmosphere is very pleasant that lends itself to either a quiet romantic evening or a just a casual meal.
The service was extremely slow and the whole group took turns in getting the waitress inside the restaurant. The patio is beautiful, especially for a group, but the service is so terrible. This restaurant is now blocked off our company's recommended place to eat.
Great food but the service was lacking. We were constantly looked over, water was not refilled etc. We planned to order dessert but it took them 30 minutes to finally clear our mains away - by then we just wanted the cheque. Probably treat you fine if you’re a party, not great if you’re a couple. I think for the prices you can get better food and service elsewhere - YMMV.
Food was a little under seasoned but the restaurant was hot! It didn’t feel like the air conditioning was on at all.
We love A Bellagio. The food is outstanding. Service is not always consistent.
