Morning coffee & brunch was delicious. The feel is definitely cozy & casual.
I hesitate to tell everyone, but this place is AMAZING! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is so relaxing and most of all they are very dog friendly. The entire staff is so welcoming. Also, on Sundays they have live music.
The venue is beautiful! I really love the ambiance and outdoor setup. The food is your typical brunch food, which is fun to share.
This was my 2nd time eating here, however my waiter was so rude. He was trying to be funny by “dissing” me by attacking my appearance, personality, and friends. When he realized I did not find it funny, he tried to make it up to us by being nice again and blaming it on a busy day and that he was new to the place. I would not eat here again because of him.
Our food and drinks were slow to be brought out. People who ordered after us received their food before us. Appetizers came out and we didnt have drinks. The food was also cold. We asked to be moved to a table with shade. Took 15 mins to be told no. A table next to us right after that and got moved to a table with shade. Couldn't help but notice the racial difference in our tables. Very nice re
Experience at the restaurant was very good I wish I could mention the waiter’s name but unfortunately he was not wearing a name tag.
food was delicious the music was spectacular the only drawback to your restaurant is you only have one bathroom for all the people that come to dine .
Great choice if you want a weekend brunch in a less crowded setting
Love this place!! Great service and delicious food!
Absolutely phenomenal food, atmosphere, and price. We will be back soon!
We came for Father’s Day and really enjoyed the location. The food was excellent.
Loved it! Easy to park…. Loved the food and Ambience… We had a great time! Thanks
Nice outside dining
Lunch, happy hour and dinner service
Tasty and interesting food!
Good for both veg and meat eaters
They do weddings and I can see why
Can’t wait to go and hang out with friends
Treasure Island is a strange place but a cool change of pace
A lovely oasis
The food was absolutely delicious! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was festive yet peaceful.
Nice people, casual setting
So a cute secluded beautiful date spot. Great service food portions price.
The food was excellent, imaginative and well executed.
Gorgeous hidden spot
While the power outage was out of their control, it would have been nice if they had reached out to us (we had a reservation)to give us a heads up as we had to pay cash for our meal. Luckily, we had enough cash on us to pay for our check. It also took a while for them to service our table and there were not very many other guests there. Once we were served, no one ever came back to check on us.
We had 5 kids and it took 20 mins to get seated and one hour wait for our food. They were all very nice just obviously understaffed.
Brunch menu is excellent. Good service and pleasant venue. Nice to take visitors to a place most don’t see. A hidden gem.
Great outdoor space for a sunny day! Loved the food and the drinks available. Love the live music as well.
The food was excellent, with the exception of one dish that was good, but very spicy - so hot as to be inedible. If we'd known to ask for less heat it would have been delicious.
We had a French 75 that was perfection.
The hostess/server was super - nice and helpful - and she did her best to make sure that we were comfortable. I give the Aracely Cafe our highest accolade - we'll be returning, soon!
Very cool place located on Treasure Island. Started our brunch with delicious coffee and banana bread. Had the empanadas for an appetizer — very fresh and flaky. Then the croissant French toast, which was absolute heaven. They were setting up for an evening wedding and so we came to realize they had a entire enclosed back area for events. We will definitely return.
Great location. Great menu. Great service! Need to come up with a better Bloody Mary recipe.
The only reason I gave a three star on a outdoor seating...is COVID....forcing restaurants to push outdoors.
This restaurant is amazing food was delicious all way around. Service delightful! I would go back in a heartbeat!
Service was a bit slow but it is something happening everywhere this days with the pandemic. Creative twists on American classics.
Food was fabulous! Was seated immediately for my reservation even though I was about 10min early. My friend was late but the service was more than cordial and allowed us to stay up until they actually did close at 3pm due to a wedding. Amazing service in spite of preparing the same area for the wedding. I wish they didn’t close so early but understand. The venue does not have a view at all of the Bay and my friend was a bit turned off by how far into Treasure Island you have to drive, especially with all the construction right now (May 2021) however the food and outstanding wait-staff more than makes up for it! I would love to see a homemade Bloody Mary (mix) on their menu, but will absolutely return as opposed to traveling to that “other” restaurant. ;)
So happy to find a restaurant with outdoor dining that isn't in a parking lot. Also very happy they take reservations. They were busy but the service was still good. They have a small menu with creative versions of comfort food. Special diet needs were accommodated. They have a short list of craft cocktails. The ones we tried were excellent. Our wine drinkers were happy with their drinks. We had a good experience and look forward to going back.
love this place! super inventive and delicious menu. great laid back vibe. definitely going back.
Great creative food. If you like to eat outside the box this is a perfect place. Eggs Benie with quinoa as the base was so much better than an under toasted English muffin. You have your choice of meats. French toast croissant was crunchy and flakey and not soggy. With the rhubarb which was a little sour but dulce con leche cream cheese that was sweet (not too) and soft it was just delicious. The beet salad with fried chick peas was another winner. The service was timed just way I wanted for Mother's Day. There are only 4 tables indoors where we ate so it was very quiet but the outdoor patio was lovely.
Beautiful venue! The staff was very busy for Mother’s Day and SF in the yellow tier. However, despite the hustle and bustle, staff was still very attentive! The food was wonderful and I love their homemade habanero sauce! I will return to try their dinner faire!
I'm a restaurant designer and foodie who is very discerning and this place was a delight in all accounts. Awesome little getaway from the city. Amazing Quinoa Benedict.
First of all, the location of Aracely Cafe is fantastic. It's such a surprise when you walk into their courtyard--it's simple but really well done.
The menu is creative, and the food is absolutely amazing! From the vegetarian bowls they have, to the Benedicts to the Tri Tip Sandwich, the flavors are layered, and really delicious.
The fact that the ambiance and food is so good is the ONLY REASON we can tolerate how slow the service is. Our last trip there was yesterday. We had a 10:45 reservation, and there were only a few tables seated by then. It took over 10 minutes before a server came to the table to greet us, and as always, they never ask if you'd like to start with a beverage, or if you have any questions about the menu, they only ask "are you ready to order?" Of course, we were, so we ordered our drinks and we ordered our food.
We then waited another 40 minutes to get our drinks (only after a second server mistakenly thought we were just seated, so he came to take our order, and we let him know what was happening did he go in and immediately come out with our drinks).
Again, the drinks were GREAT!
Moments later, (so almost an hour after we arrived) our food was delivered--except not all of it. We ordered to entrees and a side of sweet potato fries (the fries didn't come until after we asked for the check and they had to serve them to us To Go).
Again, the food was AMAZING! I can't underscore that enough.
What I don't get is with such a fantastic location, and with such great food, how does the management allow for such slow, apathetic service? It's such a bummer, because even if the service was "okay" this review would be 5 stars!
Amazing location , food and service. Having my bday dinner there
Nice little tucked-away spot on Treasure Island! Nice cocktails and lunches. Great patio, well sheltered from the wind. For me at least, Google Maps had a hell of a place with directions, it put me in a loop, but once found it was quite nice.
This is a lovely place! The location is beautiful and they really made it look charming and inviting. BUT, the food... we had four people in our group and three of us ordered that Chilaquiles. It had goat for the meat and it was so tough that it was impossible to swallow. There was supposed to be an over easy egg on the top. Two of the three plates had that but mine had an egg that was over hard. No runny yolk. So disappointing! Two of us ordered a cappuccino and it didn’t seem to have any coffee in it at all. It was like steamed frothy milk. The homemade hot sauce was delicious, though, as was the macho latte.
The reason to go to Aracely Cafe is for the dreamy setting/ambiance and the opportunity to see the exquisite view from Treasure Island. The [brunch] food is just OK. The outdoor seating is well protected from the wind and actually warms up pretty quickly, so don't worry about layers so much as sunscreen.
Definitely out of place. Very upscale ambiance with five-star cuisine in an obscure neighborhood.
Well worth the trip to Treasure Island.
if coming by car at other than rush hour this may be a great choice. less than 10 minutes from downtown. great food and service no parking problems a fantastic value. The neighborhood is not pretty but the restaurant and their outdoor dining patio is nice. why hassle with downtown locations when you can get an excellent and interesting meal.
Aracely is a Treasure! If you are lucky enough to eat there you will be happy you did. The staff and owner of Aracely are wonderful as is the service and food. The large outdoor space is perfect as we return to our lives treat yourself in this warm comfortable spot.
I wanted to give it a one star so people won’t flood this little gem on the island. I want to keep it all to myself. lol, just kidding. This place is truly a little gem that will keep you coming back for more. From ambiance to friendly staff, everything was beyond expectation. I had the croissant French toast and it was delicious. This is the perfect brunch spot!
