    I have not ate at this Bahama Breeze in years because it is no in the best area. However, since I was given a gift card, I decided to go back there. I was very disappointed in the taste of the food. I use to love all the flavors of the food. But on Saturday night, the food was all very bland. Our server was fabulous though. As a result, it will probably be years before I go back again because the food was not good.

    Food, staff, and atmosphere was very nice. I attended on Saturday around 4pm so the restaurant wasn't over crowded. I have the three cheese crab dip for appetizer, Jamaican jerk chicken for entree. Both were fresh, lots of flavor, and came out in ample timing

    Excellent food. The blends of flavors are amazing. Our server was ok. Not great but a little unfriendly. But food was so good. I had the stuffed plantain and was amazed with the flavor profile. The drinks were delicious.

    The coconut shrimp my daughter and I both ordered were overcooked. We really looked forward to ordering the Conch Fritters, however were told they now have a new recipe, so without hesitation decided to try. The Conch Fritters no longer have “conch” in them. The new recipe consists of a hushpuppy with pineapple and veggies. Being Bahamian, this was disappointing.

    Unfortunately not a good experience. My meal and my friend's meal both had hair in it. Needless to say we both lost our appetite. The Manager on site did comp our meal and one of our drinks. Outside of that mis-hap the service was good. However the food was not.

    Had a reservation on one of the busiest days of the year. We walked in got seated very quickly. The waitress was awesome! We got our food within a reasonable time. She was quick, very attentive, professional and most of all courteous! The food was delicious, the drinks were even better! Had a great time! Will definitely be back!

    I made a reservation and that seemed to go out of the window. I was told upon entering that the table was ready but, we had to wait for the customers at the table to finish. (How was it ready and we had to wait?) We went and stood near the table as directed and noticed the guest had just received their food. This was at 1:15pm. At 1:45pm I spoke with the greeter again and explained that the guest at our so-called table, were not finished. She then stated that she was preparing another table for us. About 5 minutes later, the table was ready but without the 8 seats as reserved. On the initial reservation, I asked that we be accommodated for a wheelchair. I'm glad my mother-in-law didn't come, because no accommodations were made for that. The server, service and food were good.

    I will keep it simple. We wanted to try something new. My first impression, the host came off rude for whatever reason, not a big deal to us because we plan not going back or returning. To the main points- the foods we ordered lacked flavor and freshness, it tasted more like reheated and/or frozen products that still came out cold. I will end with a good note, we had an excellent server (Tajuana) and we enjoyed/appreciated the ambience, it’s beautiful!!

    We have been to this location several time. Food is always great. Servers are always nice. The only con is the hosts that always seem overwhelmed with reservations. Which confuses me as they are aware that we are coming. So even with reservation, seating is slow. But once seated its all good.

    We went for my mother's birthday. Service was unaccommodating. We have a large family with small children, originally had to book two separate tables because no one picks up the phone and online bookings limit the party number. We asked to have tables next to each other or put together. Although the place was not busy, we were made to wait about an hour to be seated. My mom even wanted to leave and I feel like this experience put a danper on her birthday. Food is OK at best. Probably won't go back

    Great food and service for our little reunion. Really love their black bean soup and the jerk shrimp, served inside half a pineapple! And the ice-cold white wine was much appreciated! This is a happy place —-

    My first time there in years, I was blown away on how good the food was and is. I guess on not on that side of town anymore, I will definitely consider coming there more and the bonus is 1/2 off appetizers between 4-6pm.

    This restaurant used to be very good, but now seems to be in decline. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, and we had a reservation, the host could not seat us because the seats had not been cleaned and we had to stand waiting by our table until he fetched something to clean them himself. The waitress did a good job, but piled our dirty dishes on our table instead of taking them away. She would just stack them and walk away without them. The food was good but the ground beef was not detectable in the dish I ordered. It could have been considered mainly vegetarian. Hopefully they will be able to bring up their standards before it just becomes a fast eats place.

    The front desk staff was not very friendly. They looked overwhelmed and uninterested. The food came out lukewarm and the waitress seemed too busy.

    Server seemed a little new and nervous, but was doing a great job. Female manager with the glasses on did a fantastic job of backing him up. All of the managers were engaged, but loved her.

    Everything was great! Waitress Carly was amazing and on point. The only thing I would change is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to get outdoor seating on Thursdays or fridays when the live music is on.
