   We recently went to Italy and this place comes very close to the food and ways of Italy. Loved it!

   Food was tasty but service was slow/inattentive. I sat with an empty drink through my whole dinner since no one came to check in.

   I visited the restaurant today with my family around 7:00pm. on 5-17-25. I ordered a Ceasar salad which I was disappointed in both for the presentation and taste. I had a plate filled with white rib romaine instead of leafy green and also had to ask for extra dressing. When I explained this to the waiter and then the Manger on Duty he was dismissive and stated that the kitchen had a big party to serve and abruptly walked away. I will be raising this concern with corporate as the manager should not be servicing such a nice location in Sugarland, Tx with this attitude.

   The restaurant was beautiful, clean, and busy. When we first arrived we were greeted and sat very quickly, but our server was not very good. When our first round of food came out, we had no silverware- we asked 3 different servers for help, sat there for 10 minutes - and ultimately had to get up and go to the worker door to ask for silverware from the kitchen. Our server although nice was not attentive, she only came to check on us after a manager had come by and refilled our drinks.
