Food was really good n tasty

Victor and staff were superb! The “Tomahawk” steak and mashed potatoes were amazing. The oysters and clams were fresh and delicious. Drinks were excellent! The ambiance lent itself to make this an unforgettable birthday surprise for my better half! Kudos. I’d come back many times. Benjamin Prime is the best!

Best steakhouse I've ever visited so far! Instructions were followed, our steak was cooked to our liking, received friendly service and the mashed potatoes were amazing! Would highly recommend.

Please do yourself a favor and try Benjamin Steak (or Prime) at least once in your life. Everything is fantastic- the food ( Porterhouse for 3, crab cocktail, Cesar salad, truffle mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts), the amazing service, cocktails, and superb wine list.

This was our Valentines dinner and although busy we were seattwf very quickly and the evening was absolutely amazing from the atmosphere to the food our waiter was great very accommodating we will definitely be back

Service was the big issue. I believe all problems could be exclusively attributed to our server johny g. Management was polite and helpful when he arrived. The time limit was 1 hour and 30 minutes which is fine if you get served within the time limit. However, we did not see food for a long time. At the 1 hour 15 minute mark, we asked for the manager and stated that it would be impossible to leave in the time allotted. I assume the server never put in the order as he was galactically ill prepared, so that would not surprise me. We were served at approximately 15 shy of the 2 hour mark. Food was delicious. Ambiance was fine. Server’s lack of ability in such a fine establishment put a slight damper on the Valentine’s Day dinner. The ultimate cost for the meal; oyster app, filet, potato, king crab, bottle of wine ($$$), and assorted cocktails was slightly higher but not beyond expected. However, given that the service person was absolutely abominable; i am disappointed with the price as well as a result. Sadly, i am unsure if gratuity was built in and regret giving a full 20% which may have been on top of that.

Endstate: food great, management great, ambiance good, service worst. Will not recommend, will not revisit.

Great food, great service. Since the capacity was only 25%, it was also a good deal quieter than usual, which was fine.

Whe ate outdoors even though it was quite cold. Food and service was excellent as it has always been in the past.

Dinner was delicious we ordered a Porterhouse Steak for 2 cooked to perfection and the Mash Potato w Truffle Oil just melts in your mouth we definitely will be coming back.

I came for my birthday, a very nice place if you’re looking for something upscale and affordable. Great for date night and special occasions, the servers really make sure your enjoying your food.

Exceeded expectations!!

Management was extremely rude and condescending. Rushed us out and was totally disrespectful. Ruined our whole experience. Service was slow but it was a holiday. We will not be going back

Great Great Customer Service. I wish I could give 10 stars. The food was very delicious and the atmosphere was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and I had the best time of my life. Will definitely go again.

The music was loud. We couldn't hear the waiter. We had to request that they turn down the volume. The service was ok, our waiter wasn't very attentive.

I wasn't too thrilled wit the lighting.

The food and the service was excellent. The outdoor dining experience was horrible. The heated lamp only had one bulb working. There were actually a few that I saw like that. It was rather cold the day that I went, so that was a little uncomfortable.

The outdoor dining patio set up was warm and cozy but very tight.

The lobster Mac and cheese was outstanding. The rib eye and filet mignon were excellent. The only thing that bothered me is that we felt rushed by the servers to finish our meal and leave since they were ‘running late on the reservations’ even though we did not take much time (I would say we spent about 1 hour from start to finish). Otherwise, everything was great.

My daughter and I were celebrating double birthdays, food was great but we were rudely kicked out after we paid even though there were plenty of empty sits.
