Waiter was very slow almost nonexistent as well. Last couple of time service has not been that great. Prices of the food went up as well Not as good as it used to be.

Nobody ever knows how to check you in on OpenTable. They didn’t even know they were having specials. The food was just meh

Great night to just relax and decompress from all the dealings at work... and food was perfect!

The service was horrible. It took SO long to get our drinks and bread then didn’t have napkins or plates. Our meals were served with no utensils or napkins. The chicken in the piccata tasted like rubber.

VERY disappointing!

It was clear that the staff was overworked and unhappy. The manager was nowhere in sight and certainly not helping to run food or clear tables. Our waitress Jessica was lovely but seemed overwhelmed and perhaps a bit angry at the situation. I was going to speak to the manager about leading by example but learned he was leaving in 2 days. I certainly hope the new manager is on the ball. Unfortunately the wait staff gets blamed for everything. This is not the same restaurant we ate at a few years ago.

This location needs some help. Our waiter was excellent. Very attentive. Food was not the best I’ve had at Bertuccis. Pasta on a chicken dish was awful. One person had chicken parm and didn’t eat it. Said chicken tasted like it had freezer burn. But the biggest issue was the cleanliness- or lack of. We were in a booth type seat. The gap between the cushion of seat and seat back was full of crumbs and debris. The bathroom stall door in ladies room looked filthy. Paper towels were empty. The trash barrel was full. There were rolls of toilet paper all over the sink vanity. Maybe to use to dry my hands? Just outside the bathroom door in hall of restaurant was toilet paper on the floor and a dental floss stick on the floor. Not sure how it got to be such a mess and it was only 7 pm! Would hate to see what it looked like at 10 pm.

The meal was good. Kudos to our waiter - I think the restaurant could have used another server for the shift. Our waiter kept us informed and checked in.

Food was good but not great. Part to blame on our waitress. She was slow with all aspects of service. Our food definitely sat waiting for waitress to serve longer than it should.

Had roasted veggie pizza. Was delish! Service was great too!

Service was okay, kids drinks without covers ?
Smallest kids meal ever, one flat chicken cutlet about 3” diameter cut into 4 pieces.

Great service from Mia! Food was served hot and promptly. Water glasses were filled frequently bit not too often.

Food was good but took well over an hour. Some plates were cold, food also come out in wrong order

The staff was friendly, but either very disorganized or understaffed. The restaurant did not recognize our reservation, even after showing them the reservation on my phone, but they did seat us within 5 - 10 minutes and accomodated us with a nice corner booth. The server was very nice and seemed overworked with way too many tables. He'd forget an item or two each trip, but I believe the restaurant is just poorly managed at the moment (given it was a Saturday night). I also heard the table next to us complain about the service to the manager - and his excuse was that there were a lot of events in the area (which is a pretty poor excuse, as the restaurant was not even close to capacity).

The food was delicious. All four of us enjoyed our food. However the inside of the restaurant itself......It was very run down and needs lots of attention. Rugs are threadbare and look dirty. The bathroom was okay but needs attention and updates AND good scrubbing. Torn seats lend to an unkempt look Did not like seeing very well used broom leaning on the back of the booth. The rolls have gotten too small and are tough as they may be too compact, however still delicious. We would go back as we like the pizza and the location leads to a good meeting place.

The staff is not familiar with open table and did not know how to check us in and no points were given to my Open table account.

Food was good and staff good no issues would go back

Even though we had reservations for 6:30 and arrived prior to that, we had to wait about 25 minutes. The hostess said they had a large party come in and our waitress told us they were very short staffed. I think there wereonly 3 or 4 waitresses/waiters for the whole restaurant.
The food was very good, well worth waiting for. My drink could have been better but I didn’t say anything as I thought maybe they had problems there too.
I would definitely go back. I think just the beginning of the school year left them short handed.
