Food is great as always. The setting is a bit dated but that does not matter that much to me. Service is so-so.

We had a lovely dinner celebrating my son's college graduation with 7 of his family and friends. Bertucci's is a place near and dear to him as when he was in high school and had an early release day he would meet me there for lunch. Many of the wait staff have worked there many years and know him and always go out of their way to come by and talk and provide great service. This time our waitress, Annie, brought by a complimentary dessert to acknowledge his graduation. Thank you!!
Good Pizza, salad and wine, unenthusiastic service. The restaurant could use a bit of an update.
I went to this place to celebrate New Years Eve. It was very quiet with probably three four tables filled. The host was pretty nice to us.
Then after the food was served. Everything went downhill for me.The food was cold by the time it was served. I think the entre and appetizer was prepared simulataneosly and by tbe time we were done with the appetizers. The entre was cold. My pasta was already stiff.
I went with three other friends and we said we will split the sampler but pay the entre separately. She got super mad to see four cards. Not really the best was to celebrate my New Years.
Food was good - we had a few special requests but a few got mixed up. Thankfully, the most important one was fine. Very pleasant staff.

The food was great. We had a large group and Ann Marie and - I am so sorry , I forgot his name - were great. They both were very attentive and right on the ball.

Very attentive service, excellent fresh rolls and house-made desserts and the dinner entrees are just delicious.
I was expecting a little more atmosphere for an Italian restaurant —warmer lighting, etc., but the employees were very friendly and the food very good. Our waitress was a little forgetful but she made up for it with her friendly personality. Everyone wanted us to be happy and we had an enjoyable meal. We took home our extra rolls and enjoyed them for breakfast.
Came here with my spouse and children. Ambience was non-existent. Terrible lighting, TVs on. Staff was unhelpful and unknowledgeable. Food was decent for what it was and well-priced. The overall experience though was subpar.
