We had a large group of a boys hockey team and parents and the team at Bertucci's did a great job to get everyone seated and food served as quickly as possible. Very accommodating and our servers were great.

Nashua Bertucci does not consider an Open Table Reservation as a "reservation". You may have an Open Table reservation but your name goes to the bottom of the list and you will wait until everyone above you has been seated. I usually let them add my name to the list and then leave to go elsewhere.

The restaurant was almost empty at 7:00 on a Saturday night. An immediate red flag. We ordered2 appetizers for my friend and an entree for myself and asked to have everything brought out together. The appetizers arrived and had been eaten and my entree was still nowhere in sight. When I asked the waiter he was very apologetic and had the food there pretty quickly. He told us something about the kitchen not understanding but honestly we think he just forgot. To his credit he removed it fr the bill but by then our overall opinion was less than favorable.

Food presentation and flavor were very good. Unfortunately, food was not served hot, just barely warm. Spoiled an otherwise nice meal. Noise level is chronically too high because the restaurant lacks any sound-deadening, and choice of background music was not at al to our taste.

Bertucci's is always a good go to place, if you want a decent meal at a very reasonable price. We started with the Tuscan wings. We ALWAYS start with those. Nearly always excellent. I had the Salmon dinner, which was quite good. The fish was somewhat overcooked, which is pretty frequent. Luckily Salmon is a fish I can tolerate over done(somewhat) Richard had the Chicken Picatta, which was just right. Sharon had the Shrimp pasta, which was also very good. We did have side salads to start. Mine was the Caesar which was excellent.

Upon arrival they could not find our reservation. All was managed and thankfully they could handle a group of 12. Service was great. Food was good. Noise level upon arrival was noticeably high. .

Tired and soggy food with bland ingredients. Service tried to be good but got orders wrong and delivered food at different times. Also dropped glass and oil almost on the table and didn’t do anything to make up for it.

Been a while since we have been to Bertucci's in Nashua previous experiences have been good. We had reservations for 6 of us at 6:30 got there at 6:20 the host said it would be 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes and seeing them combine 2 tables for a party of 10 I asked the again about a table, saying I wanted to speak to the manager. It took another 10 minutes, never saw a mangaer we ended up setting down at 7 PM.
The waiter was there quickly and got our drink orders, no plates or silverware on the table, they were apparently out. Very poor mangement at this place, I will not be going there again.
Our waiter was fantastic. He handled our table of 14 with ease and had no problem with multiple checks.
Food was good as always here. Father's Day was busy. No surprise but making a reservation ahead of time was certainly worth doing. Will be back.
The food was great, as always. But this time around, the wait time to get our meals was excessive for some reason. Even the waiter saw this and apologized for the excessive wait. He even deducted the salad from the bill extra long time that we had to wait to get our food. That was the proper thing to do!
When another local Italian Restaurant could accommodate us on Mother’s Day, we went to Bertucci’s. It was really good.
Holistically acceptable food. Busy spot but family friendly.
Normally, my dining experiences at Bertucci's have been very good, however, this most recent visit was not. Our table was set and ready when we arrived, but the bread that had been put out was hard as a rock. The waiter did bring us fresh and hot rolls when we requested. We were not told that they did not serve from the lunch menu until we were ordering which threw everyone's choices off. When the food arrived, several of the meals were just luke warm while others were quite hot. Lastly, when we ordered dessert for one of the children in the party, the blond brownie sundae was also too hard to cut into. The waiter did go ask how they had prepared it, but not remedy was offered. Unfortunately, we left the restaurant quite disappointed.
We have not been for a while and it has gone downhill. Our table was not ready even though the host went to check if it was. There was no napkins or silverware. Our server was distracted and got confused on a simple enough order, has to repeat it. Didn't get any water, has to ask for that as well as napkins and silver. Our appetizer was good but when our meal came the chicken marsala was cooked but cold. The chicken parmigiana was burnt, they tried to hide it by putting the burnt breading underneath but it was so burnt you couldn't cut through it. Asked server for a replacement but grilled instead of breaded. She came back and said it only comes grilled or breaded.! I said I asked for grilled. It came back so fast I thought it would be under cooked, it wasn't but it was cold as if they just melted the cheese. She didn't offer to take the meal off so I asked to use a coupon even though it didn't meet the requirements and at least they allowed that. The people with pizza looked happy so maybe we should have stuck with that. Now I dont really want to go back and try howber.
Our server was terrific. We were a party of seven with a six-year-old and a 1 year old. He was very friendly with the six-year-old who brought his army guys and used his placemat and crayons to build little forts. Our server was a very good sport about the untidy table top. Our 1 year old thought the trick of the night was to drop things on the tile floor that would clatter. While we were able to catch most of them, on occasion things escaped us and our server was a good sport about things. We had two pizzas. One of which was perfect and the other one was, well, very well done . We would go back because of the server, the ambience and, of course, the rolls!
Fantastic service and the coupon made dinner an excellent value.

I would recommend with a bit of doubt. Yesterday, waitress started out ok. Had to re-ask for butter instead of oil. Wanted salads as appetizer- only got half way thru them and pizza was at table. Had to ask for refills. Never picked up dirty salad plates off table. Our service was not what it has been in the past, but was ok. But heard our girl telling others she was sorry as it was busy in there. It was 6:00pm! It should be busy! If she can't handle a restaurant that was was for most part full but no waiting line, she is in wrong business. People next to us asked for salads as appetizer, like us. They never got salads. Main course showed up first and they told her to keep salads - take them off the bill. There is a hotel across the street. Manager should be in touch with that hotel for the weekend residents. They were crazy busy when there was a ton of girls and their parents in there. . They couldn't handle it. Please straighten things out. We hate to loose this restaurant! The people next to us took silver off another table cuz they weren't given any. We had to chase hostess down the last time we were there for silverware! I found my own napkins!

Their food is amazing, always! The day we went to the Nashua restaurant they must have been short staffed cuz it took a couple hours and our waitress seemed stressed. We kept trying to ease her obvious distress as we weren’t in a rush but something was going on that day.
It was my wife’s birthday and although I included several notes in the reservation, the male manager who was working 2/20 around 7pm completely disregarded my requests by not even glancing at the reservation and seating us rather frankly. The restaurant was not busy in the slightest, yet the service was subpar at best and everyone’s food arrived cold. There wasn’t any sort of extra step they took to acknowledge her birthday, which makes celebrating at Bertucci’s less of an experience than going to Denny’s or IHOP where they would have done more. Overall this location fell so short, and the Manchester location will be where we return, if at all. There’s so many restaurants out there with similar food and way better customer service.

The service was slower than usual due to it being Valentine's day and there were a lot of people at the restaurant when we arrived at our reservation at 6pm, however our server and the food was excellent as usual. We frequent Bertucci's quite often in Nashua.
The food was average and the service was poor. Additionally, the open kitchen concept allows customers to view the preparation. The gentleman preparing the pizzas was not wearing gloves, wiped his sweaty forehead and continued to grab ingredients with his bare hands. He went outside, came back in and didn’t wash his hands. I spoke with the host since he wouldn’t get the manager and he spoke with the cook. He continued with the behavior. When we finally found the manager, we watched her pick her nose and then finishing prepping a pizza. We didn’t bother speaking with her. We won’t be going back.
The food and wait-service is fine, and just what you would expect. However, don't expect them to honor your reservation if it is a busy night. I had made a reservation of 6:15 for 5 people, arrived on time, and had a 25 minute wait. Considering that we booked the reservation explicitly to accommodate a child and an infant, this defeated the purpose.
Always consistent, reasonably priced and clean. If you expect fine dining, not a 5 star. If you want to above in a chain restaurant; they do it well.

The food is very good. The menu (or addendum) could contain dietary information, like salt, fat and calorie data for people on special diets. And maybe allow for changing dish preparation for special diets.
Overall a good meal. There were a few snags: Our App was the legendary Tuscan chix wings. They were a bit over cooked, but still flavorful. My Meal was very good, but as for my brother, he had to return the Steak tips as the Pasta had not been drained properly causing it to be very wet. The Steak tips were WAY over done. Upon getting the new one, it was much better. Beth's Egg Plant Parm. was fine. Richard's Chix Fettuccini, had the Chix over cooked as well. The chix were quite tough as a result. We're ALL in the food industry & can be pretty picky. I will note the place was mobbed when we got there, but thinned out rapidly, so I can't say the crowd was cause. We think there's quite a bit of new staff. That being said, it was an enjoyable meal & we'll still return. We hope the next time the kitchen staff will be up to their usual great standard.
As always, Bertucci's has good food and a nice atmosphere, a bit loud at times. Not easy to find losalt/lofat dishes but the seafood section does offers some choices. Recommended for all diet types.
My friend, who I hadn't seen in 36 years, and I had a wonderful meal that took over several hours. Your wait staff was most patient and quite comical.

We go here often. Nice to see it listed on Opentable. We started with the Tuscan wings. Pretty much these are about the best in the business. Not messy as Buffalo wings & lots of flavor. From there I had a side Caesar salad, which is always very good. For my main I had the Salmon with Rosemary potatoes & sautéed Spinach. Richard had the Shrimp & pasta. which he enjoyed. We skipped dessert. For about $60 for 2 people including specialty drinks, it's decent bargain for such fresh made food. We go often usualy a few times a month as it's right down the street.
