Bertucci's - White Marsh
This is our favorite restaurant in White Marsh! The food is excellent, the wine choices are great, and the entire staff is lovely. Our favorite is Anne Harris -- she should be teaching servers everywhere how to serve!

Lobster pizza terrible. Everything else Great ...,,....................
Must have been an off night - salad came with no dressing, they forgot the soup, they forgot one of our three pizzas. Two of the glasses were dirty. The food was good but the service was frustrating.
We eat at the White Marsh Bertucci's fairly often. It's a reliable spot for good Italian food! Service is always very, very wonderful -- the staff there is really a team, and it shows! Their hot rolls and oil are so good...I always have a good meal there!
Restaurant seemed dirty. Rest rooms smelled awful. Service was forgetful. Took a significant amount of time to get our check once we were finished eating.
Overall, we had a great time and the food was good. However, our waitress was nice but not as attentive and checking back with us as often as she should have.
Very disappointed that we arrived for the reservation on time but there was a 30 minute wait. We found a different restaurant.
Shanika and the Team there were wonderful!! We got seated right away -no waiting. Food came right awy- nice & hot. Service was wonderful- did not not have to wonder where our server was. We will come again
90th Birthday and Mother’s Day
Restaurant was not busy at all and we had to wait while they cleaned off a table. The host, a Yanni looking young man (nothing wrong with Yanni) moved about as fast as my 80 year old mother. There was food all over the floor under and beside our table and we had to ask them to please sweep it up before we sat down. They were out of strawberry for drinks and a milkshake for my grandson. We all got pasta dishes and the noodles were not fully cooked. I wondered why they weren't busy on a Friday night and now I know why.
I used to go there all the time and you always had to wait and the service and food was great. Really went down hill. It's sad. Also note: I don't usually do these, but they really need to step up their game.
The service was fantastic. I was holding book club meeting and their team made sure we had a great table location. Food was delicious and served right on time. My book club members thoroughly enjoyed themselves

I have been a frequent customer in this Bertucci's since it opened. I have never had such a disappointing experience as I did this time. Although my party of 7 people were all there about 15 minutes before our reservation time, and despite there being many empty tables, they didn't start putting our tables together until 5:30 (our reserved time). We had to ask that 3 tables be used, instead of 2, so that people didn't have to sit between two tables at the crack. (There was a third empty table right next to the two that they used originally.) As the hostess is seating us, she tells us that there is a problem in the kitchen and we should just order pizza because it would be take at least 45 minutes to be served if we wanted pasta of any kind. If she had told us that when we first arrived, we could have preordered or gone somewhere else. The pizza was not up to par when it did come. Since I was treating my family to dinner, I was embarrassed that it was so mediocre. I doubt that I will be visiting there any time in the near future.
Food was excellent. Great place to eat especially for those looking for gluten free options.
Very good food and service
We were in for my daughters birthday dinner. When we walked in we were not greeted by anyone, once the hostess walked up to the front she was extremely rude and had an attitude when I asked if I needed to check in my party and again when we were being seated. Another member of my party had a question about the wine list she had picked up and again received attitude. So much so that I wanted to leave before we even reached our seats. Our waitress was polite but seemed frustrated and annoyed from the beginning . When I tried to explain how the party would be splitting the checks (she had asked) after being talked over and the attitude was removed from her tone she then began to take drink orders that was had to wait 20 minutes for. No explanation to why the drinks were taking so long to come out or even to check on us while we waited. There was the impression of annoyance anytime anyone needed anything once she did finally come back over, after a long absence of time. We were seated for our 6:30 reservation around 6:45 which was fine. Once our food order was taken, the orders came out after 8:00. My fiance had a black fuzzy on top of his meal as it came out and the rest of the meals were just ok. I work in a restaurant myself so I understand the frustrations of Saturday night dinner rush and large parties but it does not excuse attitude and rude behavior to customers.

We love Bertucci's, but this experience was lacking. The restaurant was filthy; there were unbussed tables the entire time we were there, the floor had crumbs, napkins, and other mess all over, and the servers and food runners weren't using trays but carrying plates with their thumbs on the sides. Everyone had a very lax approach to everything they were doing.
Made reservations ahead of time but still waited to be seated, waited over 20 minutes
Reservation website indicates will only hold reservation for 15 minutes .... but apparently we can wait longer if they need us to so to be seated
People without reservations came after us and were seated before us

Waitress rushed and not very personable, handing food to us over the backside of the booth where we were seated

I didn’t realize that the restaurant was a chain. The food was horrible. Clearly frozen food that they flash fried. We had to send an appetizer back because it was cold. Then when the next one came out, the food was hot, but we realized they were putting cold sauce over hot food. Generic wine options. I’ll take ownership for not knowing it was a chain, but holy terrible food Batman. :-(.
Charged extra for black olives for salad. Charged extra to substitute one cheese for another. Didn't mention either until I saw it on the bill. Got my order wrong twice and my daughter's order wrong once. Poor restaurant.
Food took an hour to come out. There was disconnect between the waiter and food runner (the person bringing the food out). Our food was hot when it came out and taste ok which was good
Most of my family didn’t enjoy their food. The pizzas were Mostly good (some bits were burnt) but the bistec meal was awfully burned and my husband’s pasta was not to his liking either. The restaurant was very nice and we all really liked the lighting. The service was okay but nothing special.
Service was great. And the food was delicious. Would definitely come back.
